With the increasing number of road accidents

When care is absent and replaced by shifting blame and offering weak excuses!

The Al-Arqub road in the Shuqra district of Abyan Governorate, southern Yemen, witnessed a horrific traffic accident at dawn on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, which led to the burning of a public transport bus that was on its way to Aden, coming from Jeddah, belonging to the Saqr Al-Hijaz company, with 42 passengers on board.

The accident resulted from the bus colliding with another vehicle, due to the narrowness and roughness of the road. Regrettably, there was a lack of firefighting equipment, which caused the fire to continue for 4 continuous hours, and the passengers were unable to get out of the bus. As a result of this unfortunate accident, joy was extinguished in the hearts of 17 families of the deceased and their relatives, and sadness replaced joy and the ululations upon their arrival, and tears were shed for the great tragedy, the death of their relatives who came to visit them, and the hearts of 7 families were broken upon meeting their relatives injured and burned on hospital beds. What prompted these victims to endure the hardships of travel and bear the burden of being away from their families is their great need in a country where care has deteriorated and its people are forced to work far away, as the country's wealth goes to the infidel colonizers in London and Washington, and their children enjoy it, while the Muslims in Yemen are in a state of misery and destitution!!

The official authorities did not arrive until 10 a.m., i.e. 7 hours after the accident occurred, so what kind of guardians are these?! The authorities disclaimed responsibility for the accident, offering various pretexts, blaming the victims for speeding, negligence while driving, dangerous violations, and driving in the wrong direction. To ward off blame, Rashad Al-Alimi, in two telephone calls with the governor of Abyan and the Minister of Health, issued weak directives, the meaning of which was to help the families of the victims, facilitate the transfer of critical cases for treatment in hospitals, carry out periodic maintenance of public roads, and enhance traffic safety operations to reduce the recurrence of accidents!

Two parties share responsibility for the disaster and causing it: the first is the company that owns the bus, as it did not provide safety equipment on its fleet and its commitment, and for the negligence that led to the fire breaking out in the public transport bus before the collision - according to a survivor of the accident who made statements after being transferred to the hospital. The second is the eight-member Presidential Council, due to poor care, expanding roads, periodic maintenance, and failure to provide first aid on a main road. Road accidents in Yemen are devouring people throughout the year, as official data indicates that traffic accidents in the past month alone led to the death of 64 people and the injury of more than 290 others in the Presidential Council areas. If it were not for the fact that this accident was heinous and went beyond the blackout like its predecessors, no one would have known about it.

The rule of Islam differs from today's rule completely. This is the Commander of the Believers, Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, who says, "If a mule stumbled in Iraq, I would fear that God would ask me about it, why did you not pave the road for it, O Omar!" We have not seen worse than these rulers of Yemen, for they are thieves and tails of the infidel colonizers in every sense of the word, and there is no home in this afflicted country that has not suffered from their evil and immorality, how evil is what they do.

O our people, people of faith and wisdom: How long will your suffering continue while you remain silent and do not move a finger against a regime that does not care about your suffering from poor living conditions and does not care about the disasters and calamities that befall you? So why don't you extend your hands and work with Hizb ut-Tahrir to uproot this regime from its roots and throw it into a deep valley, and replace it with the second righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood.
