A force from the occupation army penetrated, today, Sunday, the village of Saida al-Hanout in the Quneitra countryside, and the "Ahrar Horan Gathering" said that a force consisting of two military vehicles penetrated the village, without knowing the reasons behind this, while no arrests were recorded until the moment of preparing this news.

Yesterday, Saturday, a large meeting was held in the city of Al-Shaddadi, south of Al-Hasakah, inside the American base, which included leaders from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and representatives of the civil and military councils of Deir ez-Zor Governorate, in addition to a number of tribal elders and cultural figures from the region. Sources said that the meeting took place in two stages, where the Western Line delegation met separately first, followed by a similar meeting for the Eastern Line delegation. The meeting was chaired by the General Commander of the "SDF", Mazloum Abdi, and was attended by a number of prominent figures in the structure of the Autonomous Administration. Mazloum Abdi affirmed during the meeting that the SDF does not intend to hand over its areas or dissolve the Autonomous Administration, explaining that any rapprochement with the Syrian state will come according to conditions, the most prominent of which is maintaining the structure of the Autonomous Administration, and integrating the forces within agreed arrangements. However, the most prominent statement was Abdi's announcement that committees from the "SDF" will begin a series of meetings with the Syrian government in the next few days, in order to hand over state institutions, including military institutions, starting from Deir ez-Zor Governorate, to be followed by the governorates of Raqqa and Hasakah.

A new batch came out from inside the governorate of Suwaida, according to what the governorate's accounts announced, and included about 350 people who were in the grip of the "outlaw" factions. The batch included 250 detainees, in addition to 100 people from various components who wanted to leave the region. The batch also included 26 bodies that were transferred during the operation, without mentioning further details about the circumstances of death.

The Lebanese Druze leader, Walid Jumblatt, directed scathing criticism to Sheikh Hikmat al-Hijri, one of the Druze sheikhs in the governorate of Suwaida, accusing him of seeking to impose the "local rule" project individually, warning that these efforts may lead to weakening Syria's unity and threatening it with partition. In a television interview with Al-Arabiya channel, Jumblatt considered that the developments witnessed by Suwaida recently began as a result of decisions of "entering the unknown," when slogans related to local rule were raised, which later led to a state of chaos. This comes at a time despite what appears from the apparent scene of "relative stability" that followed the bloody clashes in the governorate of Suwaida, while the field and political reality indicates that the governorate is still above a barrel of gunpowder, likely to explode at any moment, not only due to external interference or security chaos, but as a result of a deep internal crack within the religious and leadership structure of the Druze sect, a crack that may turn into an open clash between armed factions with varying loyalties.

A group of the Druze sect in Suwaida moved to confront the government of Syria that was formed after the escape of Bashar al-Assad and the entry of the revolutionaries into Damascus. At the same time, the Jewish entity directed harsh strikes against Damascus in an attempt to support the sectarian movement in Suwaida. This is a comment written for the radio of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir by Dr. Muhammad Gilani, which stated: (Comment)

During its participation in the first Syrian-Saudi Investment Forum, the Damascus Governorate presented the "Damascus Metro" project, which is one of the most prominent projects in the public transportation sector in Syria. The Director of Land Transport Affairs at the Ministry of Transport, Ali Esper, estimated the total cost of the project at about one billion and 200 million euros. Esper explained in a statement to "Syrian News" that the project is characterized by its high operating revenues resulting from the density of daily trips and movements, in addition to the investment potentials provided by the seventeen exchange stations located in areas with high population density.

The US President's Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Whitkov, confirmed that the tensions in Syria are heading towards settlement. In an interview with Fox News, Whitkov said that tensions in Syria have recently increased, "but the matter is already on its way to settlement." In another context, Whitkov expected more countries to normalize relations with (Israel) in the coming months, saying: "The Abraham Accords will expand, and it will not be surprising if about 10 countries join by the end of the year."

Dozens of settlers stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque this morning, Sunday, from the " المغاربة " Gate, under heavy protection from the occupation police. The "Islamic Endowments Department" in occupied Jerusalem stated that dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque and organized provocative tours in its courtyards. It explained that the intruders performed Talmudic rituals in its eastern region, under the protection of the occupation forces, which tightened their measures on the entry of worshipers to Al-Aqsa Mosque and detained their identities at its external gates.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the Strip's hospitals recorded six new deaths in the past 24 hours, as a result of famine and malnutrition, including two children exhausted by hunger. The Ministry confirmed in a press statement, today, Sunday, that the total number of famine and malnutrition deaths has risen to 133 deaths, including 87 children.
