The Syrian Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of "Nabil Daryousi," accused of committing war crimes and serious violations during his service in the ranks of the deposed regime, following a security operation carried out by the Internal Security Forces in the Latakia governorate. The ministry stated on its official accounts that Daryousi was involved in participating in military campaigns launched by the former regime against "rebellious" areas, during which he committed serious violations against civilians, including "mutilating the bodies of victims" and violating human rights.
Druze militias affiliated with "Hikmat al-Hajri" launched a wide-scale attack at dawn today, Sunday, on positions belonging to the Syrian Internal Security in the Tal al-Hadid area in the western countryside of Suwayda. Local sources reported that the militias managed to seize Tal al-Hadid, which is a strategic location overlooking a number of surrounding villages and constitutes a security observation point. Militia-affiliated pages broadcasted videos documenting the moment they entered the hill, along with pictures showing their seizure of a vehicle belonging to the Internal Security. For his part, the head of Internal Security in the Suwayda governorate, Brigadier General Ahmed al-Dalati, said that "the rebel gangs in Suwayda attacked Internal Security points in the governorate's countryside at dawn today." He added that "the attack began on Tal Hadid and expanded to Wolga and Rima Hazem in the Suwayda countryside," explaining that "the attack is organized, starting with a fiery prelude with tanks, mortars, and anti-aircraft guns." According to al-Dalati, "the attacks resulted in martyrs from the Internal Security elements and injuries to others," adding: "We gave the order to respond to the sources of fire and contacted mediators to restore things to what they were."
The "Syrian Democratic Forces - SDF" said that the artillery and rocket shelling that it carried out on areas in the eastern Aleppo countryside came within the framework of "self-defense," stressing that the attack came in response to what it described as "provocation" by units affiliated with the Syrian army. In a statement issued by its media center, the "SDF" clarified that it rejects the narrative presented by the Syrian Ministry of Defense on Saturday evening, in which it accused it of attacking a military point belonging to the army in the vicinity of the city of Manbij. The "SDF" accused what it called "unruly factions" working within the Syrian government forces of continuing attacks on the contact lines in the Deir Hafer area, noting that these factions carried out artillery shelling targeting populated areas with more than ten shells. The statement stressed that the "SDF" exercised its right to respond to the sources of fire, describing the Ministry of Defense's statement as "an attempt to mislead public opinion and turn the facts upside down." The Media and Communication Department in the Syrian Ministry of Defense announced that units of the Syrian army confronted on Saturday evening an infiltration attempt carried out by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on one of the army's points in the Manbij countryside, near the village of Al-Kiyariya in the eastern Aleppo countryside. The ministry said that the "SDF" forces launched indiscriminate shelling using rocket launchers and artillery shells, targeting civilian homes in the village of Al-Kiyariya and its surroundings, which led to the injury of four army personnel and three civilians with varying injuries, without knowing the reasons for the escalation.
The spokesperson for the Jewish occupation army, "Avichay Adraee," announced that forces from the army carried out a raid operation last night on four simultaneous targets in the area of Hadar village in the Quneitra countryside, north of the occupied Syrian Golan, within the framework of what he described as "efforts to prevent smuggling and the positioning of terrorist elements near the borders." In a post on his "X" platform account, "Adraee" stated that the operation was carried out by forces of Brigade 226, in cooperation with the field investigations unit, noting that "the forces found and confiscated weapons that arms dealers were suspected of possessing." He also broadcasted videos that he said document the moment the raids and field interrogations were carried out. According to the statement, the operation was based on prior intelligence information and field investigations. In the same context, local media sources in southern Syria reported that the occupation forces took a house under construction on the road between the towns of Hadar and Tranja as a new military site, where movements of military vehicles of the occupation and about forty soldiers were monitored at the site, which belongs to a resident of Tranja, and is located in an uninhabited area.
Unknown gunmen attacked, on Sunday night, the house of a leader in the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and a checkpoint belonging to the (Asayish) forces in the Deir ez-Zor countryside in eastern Syria. A military source close to the SDF in Deir ez-Zor reported that unknown gunmen attacked the house of an SDF leader with an (RPG) shell and machine guns while he was in the house after midnight on Sunday. The source added that "clashes broke out between the two sides, forcing the attackers to flee, while the damage was limited to material losses." In the town of Abu al-Nitel, a military checkpoint of the Asayish was attacked with machine guns by unknown gunmen riding a motorcycle, without any casualties.
Recently, a number of Syrian residents organized a sit-in in Al-Sa'a Square in the city of Homs to demand the release of their relatives detained in Roumieh prison in Lebanon. The protesters affirmed their determination to continue demanding their sons, especially since most of the prisoners are from the Al-Qusayr area in Homs, noting that their demands have been ongoing since liberation until now. Likewise, the families of Syrian detainees (children, women, and men) in Lebanon held a sit-in in front of the Al-Qusayr border crossing, raising their voices to demand the handover of their detained sons in Lebanon to the Syrian authorities. The families of the detainees live in harsh conditions in light of the enforced disappearance suffered by their sons, and they have repeatedly tried to demand them, but to no avail.

The Sudanese army said that its forces thwarted an attack launched by the Rapid Support Forces on the northeastern and southwestern axes of El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur state, during the past Friday and Saturday. A statement by the Sudanese army added that its forces inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment on the Rapid Support Forces, while the rest fled outside the city, according to the statement. The statement also affirmed that "the Rapid Support militia left behind equipment, devices, and belongings, proving that those who are attacking El Fasher are not Sudanese."
