Details:

Early this morning, Monday, more than ten buses entered the city of Suwayda, southern Syria, to transport families from the Bedouin tribes who had been detained inside the city during the past days, against the backdrop of the recent security tensions between armed groups from the city and groups from the tribes residing inside Suwayda and in its countryside. Informed sources said that the buses began the process of transporting about 1,500 people from the tribes' families, including women, children, and the elderly, in addition to a number of injured people, including civilians who were injured during the recent clashes that the city witnessed. The sources indicated that the Syrian security forces were deployed on the administrative borders of the Suwayda Governorate, especially on the roads leading to the Daraa Governorate, with the aim of securing the passage of the convoy that is scheduled to head towards the town of Bosra al-Harir in the eastern Daraa countryside, where the concerned parties are making preparations to receive the families and provide protection for them. The Druze community leadership in Suwayda, led by Hikmat al-Hijri, demanded yesterday, Sunday, the withdrawal of the Syrian army forces and all forces affiliated with the internal security from the vicinity of Jabal al-Arab and all its towns and villages in the Suwayda Governorate, as well as demanded an "immediate cessation of all military attacks." "SANA" reported yesterday, Sunday, from the media office of the Syrian Ministry of Health that al-Hijri refused the entry of an official government delegation accompanied by an aid convoy to the Suwayda Governorate, and only allowed the entry of the Syrian Red Crescent, noting the return of the convoys with the government delegation to Damascus.

The US envoy to Syria, Tom Barak, confirmed that the exchange of hostages and detainees constitutes the next cornerstone on the road to de-escalation in the Suwayda Governorate, pointing out that the logistical arrangements for this step are currently underway, in light of a temporary ceasefire agreement that entered into force since five o'clock on Sunday evening, Damascus time. Barak said, in a post on the "X" platform, that containing the escalation in Suwayda can only be achieved by stopping the violence, protecting civilians, ensuring the arrival of humanitarian aid, and abandoning the paths of revenge, stressing the importance of de-escalation as a basic condition for national integration and integration into the Syrian state.

The “Syrian Democratic Forces” (SDF) are preparing to send aid from their side. The “Autonomous Administration” in northeastern Syria (the political arm of the SDF) completed, on Sunday, the preparation of a humanitarian aid convoy dedicated to the residents of the Suwayda Governorate. Hawar News Agency reported that the convoy is still waiting for the securing of a safe passage, allowing it to reach those who deserve it, in light of the deteriorating security and humanitarian situation in the region. Concurrently, the Hebrew Broadcasting Corporation revealed, on Sunday, that Tel Aviv had sent urgent medical aid to Suwayda, in coordination with Washington and Damascus. The Broadcasting Corporation explained that the content of the aid consists of medical equipment. It pointed out that it is not possible to reveal the way in which the aid entered Suwayda.

Muwaffaq Tarif, the leader of the Druze community in the entity of the Jews, addressed a message yesterday, Sunday, to US President Donald Trump, appealing to him to "protect the Druze minority in Syria," and Tarif said: "The United States must protect the Druze minority in Syria from the ongoing massacres carried out by extremist militias without the government's ability to control the situation," and Tarif claimed in his message, saying: "We are facing horrific scenes of genocide, in an evil attack on innocent Druze civilians - and the United States, the leader of the free world, is allowing this to happen and turning a blind eye." He added: "It is inconceivable to ignore these horrific acts in order to impose the authority of a regime and crush all civil rights, by committing crimes against humanity and genocide," as he claimed.

The Director of Public Relations at the Syrian Ministry of Defense, stated that what happened today from the entity of the Jews came contrary to our expectations. This is a comment written for the radio of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir by Mr. Salem Abu Subaitan: (Comment)

The occupying state claims to be awaiting Hamas' response regarding the deal proposal, exploiting the time for more starvation and massacres in the Gaza Strip and developing military plans to continue the genocide "in the event that the negotiations fail" to lead to a ceasefire and an exchange of prisoners. At a time when officials, led by the head of the occupation government, Benjamin Netanyahu, have been promoting, for many days during which the massacres have escalated, that the deal is close and possible, and that Tel Aviv has agreed to a series of major concessions within the framework of the ongoing negotiations in Doha, the security services are developing their combat plans for a new stage of genocide, based on more siege, attrition, killing, and starvation, especially encircling the areas that the occupation army claims are Hamas strongholds that it has not yet entered, despite the ongoing aggression for nearly two years. The "Yediot Aharonot" newspaper reported, today, Monday, that according to the occupation army's estimates, the Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, does not intend to propose occupying camps in the center of the Strip and the city of Gaza, which is still under Hamas control, if the negotiations collapse, but rather will follow other means of pressure, the main direction of which is "siege and exhaustion." The plan aims to control strategic areas around Gaza City, reduce the friction of ground forces with the resistance, and launch intense air strikes while reducing the risks to soldiers. Accordingly, the occupation army withdrew two regular infantry brigades, the Paratroopers and Commando Brigades, from the Strip and transferred them to other fronts.
