A new humanitarian aid convoy arrived this morning, Monday, at the Basra al-Sham crossing in the eastern Daraa countryside, heading towards the governorate of al-Suwaida, loaded with food, relief, and medical supplies. The convoy, organized by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent with support from the Syrian government and the local community, included 27 trucks carrying 200 tons of flour, 2,000 shelter baskets, and 1,000 food baskets, in addition to various medical supplies.
Several professional and civil unions in the governorate of Al-Suwaida announced the severance of their relations with the central unions in Damascus, in protest against what they described as the central government’s disregard for the recent events witnessed by the governorate, and its silence regarding violations against civilians. The beginning was on the evening of Saturday, July 26, when the Agricultural Engineers Syndicate - Al-Suwaida branch issued a statement mourning four of its members, and announced through it the cessation of communication with the central syndicate, until the “demise of the current authority and the establishment of an authority that represents the Syrian people and preserves their dignity,” according to its expression. After that, boycott statements followed from other unions, most notably the Teachers Syndicate in Al-Suwaida, which announced its “independence from the central authority,” considering Damascus “an accomplice in the blood.” In its statement, it pointed out that the governorate’s students were unable to take the secondary school exams, despite the efforts made by the teachers.
Al Jazeera quoted a Syrian government source as saying today, Monday, that the situation in the governorate of Al-Suwaida is becoming increasingly dangerous and complex, due to the spread of undisciplined armed groups that prevent the entry of state institutions and obstruct public services. The source told Al Jazeera that intelligence information indicates that executions are taking place in Al-Suwaida, with armed groups preventing the Ministry of Health from documenting these cases, stressing the difficulty of identifying safe areas that allow international organizations to provide assistance, due to the control of these groups over vast areas.
In response to a question about the reality of what is happening in Al-Suwaida? What does the Jewish entity plan for the Al-Suwaida region and southern Syria in general, and does America support it in its planning? What is the relationship of all this to what is mentioned about normalization talks between the Syrian regime and the Jewish entity, especially what happened in the meetings in Azerbaijan and Paris? The esteemed scholar Ata Abu Rashta, Emir of Hizb ut-Tahrir, said: By contemplating the events in Syria, it becomes clear that America is managing them with a plan that did not begin today, although it escalated after the arrival of US President Donald Trump. He added in the answer: It is clear that the American plan in Syria is based on a major premise, which is replacing one agent with another, and for that, Turkey was given the green light to destroy the Bashar regime and build a new regime that is subordinate to it, amid complacent statements from the new Syrian president, which indicate his acceptance of this replacement. He added in the answer: It is truly painful that the Syria of the Levant, which the Messenger ﷺ said about it: «The heartland of Islam is in the Levant», becomes under a regime that governs it far from Islam, and that its ruler falls into loyalty to America and submission to the Jewish entity without fighting it, but rather searching for peace agreements with it, and doing what pleases this entity and its supporter, America... until he kept the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir, the advocates of the Rightly Guided Caliphate, in prisons and did not release them from them to please America and the Jews, the enemies of the Caliphate and its people, imagining that pleasing the enemies of God will preserve his regime! He concluded the answer: We are confident that the Caliphate will return after this oppressive rule in which we live: The Messenger of God ﷺ said: «Then there will be a Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood. Then he was silent». And then Islam and Muslims will be honored and disbelief and disbelievers will be humiliated... and give good news to the believers.

The CEO of the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company, Engineer Hassan Al-Hayari, announced that there are advanced discussions with the Syrian side to supply Syria with up to 40,000 domestic gas cylinders per day during the summer season, through the refining and filling facilities in the city of Zarqa. Al-Hayari explained, in press statements, that the project is still in the technical and logistical studies phase, and it is scheduled to be officially presented to the Syrian side, with an emphasis that the implementation will be subject to the approvals of the Jordanian Ministry of Energy and the concerned authorities, including the organization of transportation and transit through the border crossings. Al-Hayari indicated that the plan is based on receiving empty cylinders from Syria and filling them at the Salah Al-Din gas filling station in the north of the Kingdom, and then returning them to Syrian territory to meet the needs of the population in the south. He stressed that priority will be given to the Jordanian local market, especially during the winter season.
The head of the Syrian General Authority for Civil Aviation, Omar Al-Hosari, announced that the Authority is working to implement a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at rehabilitating the infrastructure of the aviation sector and enhancing Syria’s position as a regional hub in civil aviation traffic, within a vision extending until 2030. In a special statement to the "SANA" agency, Al-Hosari explained that the plan includes rebuilding and rehabilitating existing airports, expanding regional and international air links, modernizing the national air transport fleet, in addition to developing air navigation and communication systems, and opening the door to partnerships with regional and international airlines. He stressed that expanding the Damascus and Aleppo airports is a national priority, in addition to rehabilitating the remaining airports, studying the establishment of new airports, and encouraging the establishment of private airlines to contribute to revitalizing air traffic. Al-Hosari revealed a qualitative project represented in transforming Al-Mazza Airport, which is currently used for military purposes, into a civilian airport dedicated to private aviation and businessmen, with the aim of relieving pressure on Damascus International Airport and creating an investment and commercial attraction point in the heart of the capital.
