The US envoy to Syria announced, on Friday evening, the reaching of a ceasefire agreement between the transitional Syrian President Ahmed Al-Shara and the Prime Minister of the occupation, Benjamin Netanyahu, as he put it, under the direct auspices of Washington, and with Turkish-Jordanian support, in addition to adoption from neighboring countries. According to what the envoy published through his account on the "X" platform, the agreement stipulates an immediate cessation of military operations, and the opening of security coordination channels, in preparation for post-war arrangements. The agreement called on the Druze and Bedouin Sunni components to "lay down their weapons" and engage in building a "unified Syrian identity," in cooperation with the rest of the components of society, while emphasizing the values of "mutual respect and joint action for peace and prosperity inside the country and with neighboring countries." No official comment has been issued so far from Al-Shara's office or from the occupation government, while diplomatic sources in Washington described the agreement as a "major breakthrough" that paves the way for comprehensive political and security transformations in Syria and the region.

The correspondent for the "Al-Araby Al-Jadeed" website mentioned that forces from the Ministries of Security and Defense are scheduled to enter Al-Suwaida under the pretext of disengagement this Saturday morning. And that the Syrian Ministry of Defense gave the tribal fighters hours to "hand over the heavy weapons they seized from the headquarters of the armed groups in Al-Suwaida," and that it asked them to leave it at dawn this Saturday. Special sources revealed to Syria TV that an agreement stipulates the entry of public security forces into all areas of Al-Suwaida, and the sources explained that the agreement reached by the Syrian authorities with the sheikhs of reason and local faction leaders in Al-Suwaida, at dawn this Saturday, stipulates the entry of state security and military institutions into the governorate and the dissolution of all factions. The agreement also stipulated the handover of heavy weapons and the integration of faction members into the forces affiliated with the Ministries of Interior and Defense, according to the sources. Simultaneously, the presidency of the Druze community called, at dawn on Saturday, to end the current clashes and stop the shooting. The presidency said in a statement published at dawn today on Facebook: “We extend our hand to deal with every honorable person to end the current clashes, stop the shooting, and resort to the voice of reason, wisdom, and humanity, not to weapons and chaos.” In what he wrote on his official channel on the Telegram platform, the head of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Syria Province, A. Abdul Hamid Abdul Hamid, criticized entering an uncalculated battle, and a sudden, uncalculated withdrawal. He said: Is this how political decisions are made, Mr. (President of the Republic)?! It is not a game of chance, nor an Arab brawl. You are now in Damascus, not in Idlib, and your attack is on the Druze, whom the Jews are seeking to use, and not on Jamal Maarouf or one of the northern factions, and you have been President of the Republic for months, and your decisions and actions are entrusted with the blood, honor and interests of an entire country the size of Syria, and you are not a faction leader who, if he loses a battle, loses control of a few villages and the lives of only dozens of his loyal soldiers. Know that if you do not feel guilty, and do not feel ashamed, then you are a disgrace to this proud people, who will not take long to overthrow you as they overthrew the one before you, and the coming generations will curse you as they curse every reckless with blood and negligent in defending honor.

Civil Defense announced the kidnapping of the head of one of its emergency response centers in Al-Suwaida Governorate, during a humanitarian mission aimed at evacuating a United Nations team. Civil Defense stated in a statement on its Facebook page, on Friday, that Hamza Al-Amarain, head of the Emergency Response Center, entered Al-Suwaida on Wednesday, at 4:30 PM, wearing his official uniform bearing the "White Helmets" logo, to carry out an evacuation operation at the request of the United Nations. The statement quoted the testimony of a woman from Al-Suwaida who was with Al-Amarain in his car during the mission, and she indicated that local gunmen stopped the car in the Al-Omran area, took Al-Amarain to an unknown destination, and confiscated the car he was riding in.

The Syrian Minister of Finance, Muhammad Yusr Barnieh, held a meeting with presidents and executive directors of three American energy companies. The companies are Baker Hughes, Hunt Energy, and Argent LNG. The discussions between the two sides focused on investment opportunities in the Syrian energy sector, including oil, gas, and liquefied natural gas projects. In addition to discussing the tax system and the financial landscape in Syria, which the minister described as "developed and attractive to investment." The spokesman for the "Al-Qassam" Brigades, Abu Ubaida, threatened to stop negotiating on partial deal formulas if the occupation government showed stubbornness in the current round taking place in the Qatari capital. In a video speech, his first in months, broadcast on Friday, Abu Ubaida said: "If the enemy is stubborn in the current round of negotiations, we will not guarantee a return to the formula of partial deals again, nor to the proposal of the 10 prisoners," in reference to the latest deal proposal being negotiated. Regarding the confrontations with the occupation inside the Gaza Strip, he said: "The strategy of the Al-Qassam leadership at this stage is to inflict a massacre on the enemy, carry out qualitative operations, and seek to capture soldiers." Abu Ubaida touched on the occupation's operations in Gaza, saying: "In recent months, the enemy announced an operation he called Gideon's Chariots, trying to project Torah myths onto his racist Nazi battle, stressing that "Al-Qassam" fighters inflicted during the past four months "hundreds of enemy soldiers between dead and wounded." Pointing out that some of the capture operations almost succeeded were it not for the will of God and the enemy's use of the method of killing his soldiers." Abu Ubaida continued: "We have inflicted hundreds of enemy soldiers between dead and wounded and thousands of people suffering from psychological illnesses and shocks (..) Our mujahideen, along with the resistance factions, are waging an unequal confrontation with unmatched faith, fierce determination, and unwavering determination by the power of God." Abu Ubaida threatened a long war of attrition, saying: "Our mujahideen in the resistance factions are ready to continue a long battle of attrition against the occupation forces, and we have no option but to fight with all strength and determination, and we will fight with the stones of the earth."
