The army of the Jewish entity shot down Iranian drones over the Yarmouk Basin in the Daraa countryside today, Tuesday. Activists reported that the occupation army shot down three Iranian drones over the town of Al-Qusayr in the Yarmouk Basin in the western Daraa countryside. Sources indicated intensive flights of the Jewish entity's helicopters along the fence with the occupied Syrian Golan in the Quneitra countryside, amid a recurring scene for the fifth day in a row with the escalation of confrontations between the occupying entity and Iran. According to activists, the downing of the drones caused material damage to homes and farms of civilians in the governorates of Daraa and Quneitra.
The forces of the Jewish entity advanced this morning on the Al-Mantara Dam road in the western countryside of Quneitra, and closed all the side roads leading to it from the eastern side. A local source explained that the occupation forces strengthened their presence in the vicinity of the road, amid the continued closure of the corridors leading to the villages of Al-Qahtaniyah and other neighboring areas, after they had previously allowed access to them. This incursion comes hours after the occupying entity carried out demolition and bulldozing operations that affected more than 15 houses in the village of Al-Hamidiyah, which sparked a state of tension and alert in the region.
Two people were killed today as a result of a landmine explosion while they were traveling on a motorcycle near Tel Abu Ghanem in the Badiyah of Sweida. Local sources said that the explosion of a landmine resulted in the death of two civilian young men who were riding a motorcycle on the Tel Abu Ghanem road, east of the Qaa al-Banat area in the Badiyah of Sweida. The sources revealed that the victims came from a new village in Eastern Ghouta in the countryside of Damascus. They explained that the two young men were apparently on a trip searching for antiquities, before the mine exploded as they passed through the area. In a similar incident that occurred yesterday, two civilians from the city of Al-Sukhna in the eastern countryside of Homs were injured as a result of a landmine explosion near the Bir Fayez area, on the Rawd al-Wahsh road, about 10 km west of the city, and the injured were taken to Al-Walid Hospital in the city of Homs.
Media and human rights activists have denounced what they described as a state of "assimilation" shown by the judiciary in the governorate of Aleppo towards documented lawsuits against media personnel who were working for the institutions of the former regime, despite the availability of evidence and documents that condemn them for committing crimes against humanity and serious media violations. The activists mentioned that the lawsuit, which has been going on for more than four months, includes full names attached with photos and videos documenting these media personnel's incitement to murder, falsification of facts, and promotion of hate speech, in addition to mentioning the media institutions to which they belong. Despite this, the plaintiffs were surprised by requests described as "crippling" from the Public Prosecution, which included information that had nothing to do with the essence of the case, such as the father's name, the mother's name, the phone number, and the full address, in a move that activists interpreted as an attempt to delay and deliberately procrastinate. In contrast, the activists pointed out that the judiciary in the city of Homs immediately responded to a lawsuit filed by the Shabiha "Heba Sabouh" against 12 media activists, despite the lack of basic information about the accused, and on its basis, media personnel were summoned based only on conversations via the "WhatsApp" application, on charges of defamation.
The General Authority for Land and Sea Ports in Syria has announced the adoption of a package of facilities for the return of Syrian refugees from Lebanon, based on the procedures announced by the Lebanese authorities. Alloush added that Syrians who entered Lebanon legally from 2011 until the beginning of December 2024 can return to Syria after paying the legal fees due on them, while emphasizing that their names will not be included in the lists of entry bans later. As for the Syrians who entered Lebanon in an orderly manner after the first of December 2024, and their legal documents have expired, they have been allowed to leave Lebanese territory without incurring any financial fines, and without taking any measures that prevent their return to Lebanon in the future. Alloush confirmed that these exceptional facilities are valid until July 15, 2025, calling on all Syrians wishing to return to take advantage of this opportunity during the specified period.

On the 92nd day of resuming the war of extermination on Gaza, the occupation army committed a new massacre against those seeking aid. Sources in Gaza hospitals reported the death of 74 Palestinians by the occupation's fire since dawn today, including 56 of those waiting for aid. The early hours of Tuesday witnessed a series of air raids and heavy artillery shelling that resulted in the death and injury of dozens of Palestinians, the majority of whom were displaced persons and civilians. At the same time, the Minister of Finance in the Jewish entity, Bezalel Smotrich, confirmed that Trump did not pressure officials of the Jewish entity to stop their military campaign against Iran. On the ground, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced the targeting of the military intelligence center of the Jewish entity in Herzliya and the assassination planning center in Tel Aviv. Iranian television announced that the tenth wave of Operation True Promise 3 had been launched. At the same time, the entity's army said that it had assassinated the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Army, Ali Shadmani, in a bombing in Tehran.
