Lebanese media: The army's plan to confine weapons is ready
RT, 2025/8/9 - Lebanese media reports stated that the army's plan to confine weapons to the state is almost ready, as it had already begun preparing it in implementation of the government's decision, and includes watchtowers on the southern Lebanese borders and army checkpoints in Baalbek-Hermel and its deployment in the five hills that are still under the occupation of the Jewish army.
The Lebanese government announced that it had approved the objectives of the American envoy Thomas Barack's paper regarding the consolidation of the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and the Jewish entity, including the disarmament and destruction of the Iranian party, i.e. preventing the state from benefiting from it in order to keep Lebanon weak in the face of any attacks by the Jewish entity.
Lebanese Information Minister Paul Morcos said on Thursday after the end of the government session, which was devoted to discussing the file of "confining weapons to the state," that the Council of Ministers approved the terms of the agreement proposed by America to disarm the Iranian party. He explained that the main provisions of the agreement proposed by America include the gradual liquidation of the armed presence, including the party, and supporting the Lebanese army and deploying it in the south of the country.
The US envoy, Tom Barack, described the government's decision as "historic and bold."
For his part, Lebanese Justice Minister Adel Nassar announced that "the wheel of confining weapons to the official authorities has started within a timetable."
This is what client regimes do, who care about America's interests before the interests of their countries.

Jewish government makes its decisions in its mini-council, and Arab countries beg the Security Council
Anatolia, 2025/8/9 - The UN Security Council will hold an emergency session on Saturday to discuss the decision of the Jewish entity to occupy the entire Gaza Strip.
According to diplomatic sources for Anatolia on Friday, the emergency session was requested by the Arab countries and was responded to by all members of the Security Council except for America and Panama. The diplomatic sources added that America insisted on not holding the emergency meeting, in order to enable the Jewish entity to kill the largest possible number of people in the Gaza Strip, occupy it completely, and displace people from the north to the south according to a "gradual plan" approved by the Jewish government.
The plan begins with the occupation of Gaza City by displacing its people, numbering about one million, to the south, then encircling the city and carrying out incursions into residential areas, followed by the second phase, which includes the occupation of refugee camps in the center of the Strip, large parts of which were destroyed by the Jewish army.
Despite the Jewish entity's increasing deepening of its crimes in Gaza and the rest of the regions, such as the West Bank and Lebanon, and despite America's continued endless support for it, the client regimes in the region are still begging for mercy in America's international council, the "Security Council," without realizing their duties towards Palestine.

Opportunistic Russia steals the production of the Iranian Shahed aircraft
Al-Arabiya, 2025/8/9 - After Iran supported it with it during the Ukrainian war, and it was in dire need of military support, Russia, in a remarkable industrial expansion, has tightened its control over the production of the Iranian "Shahed-136" drone in the Alabuga factory in Tatarstan. Russia relies on local components by nearly 90%, according to analysts and intelligence sources.
Russia has introduced technical updates to the aircraft that have made it more lethal. This development sparked a dispute with Tehran, which feels that its role has been marginalized despite its significant military support for Moscow since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, according to a CNN report.
This tension peaked during the Jewish entity's 12-day campaign against the Iranian nuclear program in June. Tehran considered that Moscow's response was limited to formal statements of condemnation. Ali Akbar Darini, an analyst at the Center for Strategic Studies affiliated with the Iranian President's office, told CNN that Iran was expecting additional steps from Russia, such as strengthening operational support or increasing arms shipments and intelligence cooperation.
Russia is considered one of the most opportunistic countries in the world. It exploited Iran, which provided it with this model of aircraft despite the Western campaign against Russia's arms suppliers, and then agreed with it on local manufacturing with a relatively small contract, only for Iran to be surprised that Russia, which has an advanced military industrial base, had introduced more advanced communications systems, longer-life batteries, and larger warheads, making the aircraft more lethal and difficult to intercept, and Russia changed its name to "Geran," and experts believe that these updates represented a gradual loss of Iran's control over the final product, as Moscow seeks to own the entire production cycle and get rid of any future dependence on Tehran.
It would have been more appropriate for Iran, which spent a lot until its "Shahed" aircraft reached this level, to exchange manufacturing with Russia, so in exchange for enabling Russia in this industry, Iran was supposed to obtain Russian industries for air defense, for example, which is what it needed most during the Jewish entity's campaign against it.
