Only the Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Prophetic Method Will Stop the Proliferation of Militias and Parallel Armies
The Tamanatai conference announced a military alliance called the Joint Forces of the Eastern Sudan Movements, which includes the forces of the Beja Congress Unified Leadership led by Mohamed Taher, the forces of the Eastern Orta led by Commander Al-Amin Dawood, the Popular Resistance, and the Mobilizers led by Nazer Turk. This announcement comes in light of a war that would not have happened without the existence of an army parallel to the state army; the Rapid Support Forces, this war that has destroyed everything, ruined infrastructure, displaced people, violated honor, and killed thousands of innocent unarmed people in cold blood. After all this that has happened, and is still happening, the government is still turning a blind eye to the emergence of new armies, and even using some of them, which encourages everyone to establish a militia and an army parallel to the state army, and the worst thing is that these conflicting armies are all based under blind banners, either regional or tribal, and although their existence realistically means the destruction of the country, the loss of its strength, and preparing it for the division and fragmentation desired by the disbelieving colonialist West, which began by separating South Sudan, and is now working quickly to separate Darfur.
The talk about joint forces in eastern Sudan, which are regional forces, means putting eastern Sudan on the shredding machine.
From the Sharia point of view, it is not permissible for the state to have two armies, let alone armies based on tribal or regional affiliation. The Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, says: «Whoever fights under a blind banner, gets angry for a group, or calls to a group, or supports a group, and is killed, then his death is a death of ignorance.»
Hizb ut-Tahrir has explained in the draft constitution of the Caliphate state the unity of the army, as stated in Article 66 of the draft constitution of the Caliphate state: (The entire army shall be made one army, and shall be placed in special camps, except that some of these camps must be placed in various states and some in strategic places, and some shall be made mobile camps that are constantly moving and are striking forces, and these camps shall be organized into multiple groups, each group shall be called an army, and a number shall be assigned to it, and it shall be said the First Army, the Third Army, for example, or it shall be named after a state from the states or a province from the provinces).
We in Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan, affirm that the establishment of armed movements and tribal or regional militias only serves the plan of the colonialist disbeliever who seeks to tear Sudan apart and fragment it.
We call on the wise people of Sudan to work to cut off the road to the plans of the colonialist disbeliever and his tails inside, by working seriously with Hizb ut-Tahrir; the pioneer who does not lie to his people, to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Prophetic Method, which unites the country and eliminates all this chaos, and even seeks to unite it with the rest of the Muslim countries.
