What is new? Where is the change, O Ministry of Construction and Change?

The Minister of (Social) Affairs and Labor, Samir Baja'ala, held a meeting in Sana'a on Sunday, 06/29/2025, with the preparatory committees for the Cooperative Societies Conference for the year 2025, which will be held at the beginning of July 2025. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for the Development Sector, Ali Al-Ruzami, and the Director of the Office of (Social) Affairs and Labor in the Capital Secretariat, Nasser Al-Kahali.

This conference clearly and unequivocally indicates that this ministry has no prior vision, nor ready-made plans waiting to be implemented! Rather, the call for the convening of this cooperative conference came in response to and in conjunction with the annual celebration of the International Day of Cooperatives, which is celebrated by the International Cooperative Alliance, and falls on the first Saturday of July of each year, which this year comes under the slogan "Cooperatives: Leading the comprehensive and sustainable solutions for a better world".

The call to celebrate the Day of Cooperatives goes back to the United Nations General Assembly resolution 47/90 issued on 12/16/1992. The celebration began in 1995, on the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the International Cooperative Alliance in 1895.

What is happening, O Ministry of Construction and Change?! Is this your construction coming from the United Nations, lock, stock, and barrel?! And where is the change?! This is still the habit of your predecessors from the successive ministries for six decades, sponsored and directed by the United Nations with actions that anger God and do not please Him, and calling for ideas that are not of the same kind as Islamic belief, and we have nothing to do with them! You are blowing into a perforated waterskin, and the experience of cooperatives in Yemen is a failure, because it is not of the same kind as Islamic ideas. We say this in accordance with the enjoining of good and forbidding of evil. O government of change and construction, and all those who stand behind you, you are going in the wrong direction, so make Islam your compass as God has commanded.

Wake up, O people of faith: The destruction and degradation of people comes from the systems that are applied to them violating the nature of their belief, but rather its explicit violation of it. So how can those who disobey God's commands and commit His sins, following every caller, succeed in life and be happy?! How many corrupt life systems have been applied to you for six decades?! And know with certainty that you will not leave degradation, rise up, and be happy until the systems of Islam are applied to you in politics, economics, society, and foreign policy... and it will only be in the second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood.

God Almighty said: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾
