When the Houthis rejoice at the mobilizations of the Bakil and Hashid tribes and the beating of the drums of war between them!

On Saturday, 07/26/2025, Sheikh Hamid Mansour Radman was killed in the Al-Hait area, Ayal Surayh district, in the Imran Governorate, by his son-in-law "his daughter's husband" Humair Saleh Rattas Falita "Abu Adhar," the head of the Al-Hait police station. The killing of Sheikh Radman came after he left his house following a family dispute. The killer holds the position of head of the police station, and he is supposed to be a guardian of the protection of lives, property, and honor, and to maintain the comfort and safety of society, what disturbs its peace, and the flow of tranquility in its regions, and to deter violators and aggressors against people's lives, not to deliberately kill his uncle, by shooting him in the public street!

Until now, the Houthi authority has not done what God has prescribed to deal with the killer. They forcibly arrest those they want from those who disagree with them in thought and belief or those who oppose them in their unjust policies. As for the perpetrators, criminals, murderers, and aggressors against people's lives, and the shedding of their innocent blood without right, they do not care about their matter, because they are not shepherds and have not yet transformed from a sectarian mentality to a state mentality, and they do not look at the flock with one eye, but rather the basis of their rule is based on discrimination, partisanship, and racism, and by delaying, procrastinating, and stalling in the trial of those who committed the crime among them, and the biggest proof of this is leaving the perpetrator Falita in their protection, and before him the killer of Sheikh Ahmed Salem Al-Sakani, and the rapist of the child Jannat, and many others... Not to mention the acts of killing, bombing houses, besieging villages, and beating people with heavy weapons in Rada'a. Their delay in arresting the killer, because he is a perpetrator of a crime, indicates that there is more to it than meets the eye. They must know that everyone is equal before God's law, without regard to the killer's position or status, and that whoever plays with a mine will be blown up by it, whoever puts poison in it will drink it, and whoever relies on something other than God, God will punish him with it.

Are the Houthis waiting for many years to pass after the killing of Sheikh Radman until Muhammad Ali al-Houthi can reconcile the tribes in murder cases as propaganda for the group?!

We know very well that the Houthis will not follow the famous saying of the well-known Rightly-Guided Caliph Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, "The strong among you is weak in my eyes until I take the right from him..." in his sermon assuming the caliphate after the Messenger of God ﷺ, so what do the Houthis say in the saying of the Messenger of God ﷺ: «IF FATIMA, THE DAUGHTER OF MUHAMMAD, WERE TO STEAL, I WOULD CUT OFF HER HAND» narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim?!

 The Houthis leaving the tribes of the perpetrator and the victim mobilizing their men for a possible confrontation is a major crime, and they bear the burden of it. They can rule by His saying: ﴿AND THERE IS LIFE FOR YOU IN RETRIBUTION, O YOU OF UNDERSTANDING, THAT YOU MAY BECOME RIGHTEOUS﴾. The guardians of the victim's blood must abide by His saying: ﴿AND DO NOT KILL THE SOUL WHICH ALLAH HAS FORBIDDEN [TO BE KILLED] EXCEPT BY [LEGAL] RIGHT. AND WHOEVER IS KILLED WRONGFULLY - WE HAVE GIVEN HIS HEIR AUTHORITY, BUT LET HIM NOT EXCEED LIMITS IN [TAKING] LIFE. INDEED, HE HAS BEEN SUPPORTED [BY THE LAW]﴾. Unless the Houthis want to achieve other goals, and make ruling according to what God has revealed their last goals!

It is one of the misfortunes that these secular regimes have bequeathed: the issues of vendettas that the ruling regime uses whenever it wants and extinguishes them whenever it wants. For them, the blood of the innocent is for bargaining and for achieving their desires to remain on their crooked seats of power. The defunct regime used it repeatedly, and the Houthis are now following in its footsteps.

The influence of the tribe in Yemen is great, and the infidel West is aware of this. Therefore, it worked through the criminal rulers to destroy it and corrupt its leaders with money. Britain worked cunningly and cleverly through the princes of the Gulf to provide money to many of them, while America is striving to crush the tribes, fragment them, and eliminate their leaders in several ways, including striking some of them with others, including making sheikhs who compete with those who support Britain and its agents, including expelling them from the country, finding alternatives for them, impoverishing them, humiliating them, and getting rid of them, and fueling vendettas between them. This is the reality of what happened and is happening to many of them, so when will the tribes realize what is being planned for them?!

We in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Yemen address you, O notables of the Bakil and Hashid tribes and the tribes of Yemen as a whole, to be aware of the plan of fragmentation, weakening, and distraction that is being practiced against you, and to respond to the call of God Almighty: ﴿AND HOLD FAST TO THE ROPE OF ALLAH, ALL OF YOU, AND DO NOT BE DIVIDED. AND REMEMBER THE FAVOR OF ALLAH UPON YOU - WHEN YOU WERE ENEMIES AND HE BROUGHT YOUR HEARTS TOGETHER AND YOU BECAME, BY HIS FAVOR, BROTHERS. AND YOU WERE ON THE EDGE OF A PIT OF FIRE, AND HE SAVED YOU FROM IT. THUS DOES ALLAH MAKE CLEAR TO YOU HIS VERSES THAT YOU MAY BE GUIDED﴾. And adhere to the call of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him: «WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH THE CLAIMS OF JAHILIYYAH (IGNORANCE)?» Then he said: «LEAVE IT, FOR IT IS FOUL.» Narrated by Al-Bukhari.

O brothers: Stop the calls for fighting, and cut off the path of Satan, by making each other's blood lawful. The killer must surrender and God's judgment must be carried out on him. You must realize that the former and current rulers in northern and southern Yemen are employees of the infidel West. They implement its secular systems and resort to the Crusader United Nations, and the Book of God is in our hands, abandoned and not paid attention to except by reciting it without exceeding the clavicles of those who take care of it. You must, and you are able to overthrow the ruling agent regimes and establish the rule of Islam in their place, make God's law the rule between you, resort to it, reject the rulings of disbelief and the plans of the enemies, and support those working to establish the second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of prophethood, as the Aws and Khazraj supported the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family and companions, in Yathrib, and that there be among you Saad bin Muadh, may God be pleased with him, whose death shook the throne of the Most Merciful and was accompanied by seventy thousand angels.

Your sons from the Bakil and Hashid tribes in all parts of the state and in all areas of fighting in Yemen, and even those occupying leadership positions in the armed forces and security, are capable of sweeping away the rulers and establishing the rule of Islam.

Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Yemen calls on the people of faith and wisdom to work with it to resume the Islamic way of life and rule according to what God has revealed by establishing the second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of prophethood, which establishes Islam among them, and unites the Muslim countries under the banner of Al-Uqab. Hizb ut-Tahrir, which many of you know, has the correct methodology, the straight path, and the ability and sufficiency, and the alternative (adoptee) ready for implementation and derived from the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, may God bless him and his family and companions, from the first day the state is announced, and it is working among you and with you for this great goal, and it is working in more than forty countries around the world, including Yemen, in faith, anticipation, struggle, and struggle until what God has commanded to be achieved is achieved, and it has men who have been true to what they promised God until God's victory is achieved.

God Almighty said: ﴿O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, RESPOND TO ALLAH AND TO THE MESSENGER WHEN HE CALLS YOU TO THAT WHICH GIVES YOU LIFE. AND KNOW THAT ALLAH INTERVENE BETWEEN A MAN AND HIS HEART AND THAT TO HIM YOU WILL BE GATHERED﴾.
