جواب سؤال: آخر المستجدات على الساحة السورية وهل لهجمات باريس علاقة بها؟

السؤال:

إن الأجواء السورية وبخاصة بعد العدوان الوحشي الروسي على سوريا، أصبحت هذه الأجواء ميداناً عسكرياً للطائرات الأمريكية والروسية والسورية وغيرها، بالإضافة إلى الصراع العسكري على الأرض... وفي الوقت نفسه فقد تصاعدت المحادثات السياسية في فينّا1 وفينّا2 وفينا3 بالإضافة إلى المحادثات الجانبية... وسؤالي هو: لماذا لم يحدث تصادم عسكري بين هذه الطائرات في الجو مع أنها من دول متباينة؟ ثم لماذا صاحَب هذا التصعيدَ العسكري تصعيدٌ سياسي؟ وأخيراً فما هو الحل المتوقع لموضوع سوريا؟ ثم هل هجمات باريس يوم الجمعة 2015/11/13 وذلك قبل ساعات من انعقاد محادثات فينا 3 في 2015/11/14، فهل تؤثر في الحل المتوقع لموضوع سوريا؟ أو هي لا علاقة لها بالموضوع وأن التزامن كان صدفة؟ إني أرجو الجواب ولكن دون الإغراق في التحليل السياسي، بل بجواب بسيط سهل الفهم علي وعلى عامة الناس، وجزاك الله كل خير.

الجواب:

سأبدأ من حيث انتهيت به في السؤال، فإن كان المقصود من تبسيط الجواب هو أن يكون واضحاً بوضع النقاط على الحروف دون لبس أو غموض، وبألفاظ ذات دلالة مضيئة لا يكتنفها شيء من التورية أو نحوها... فإن هذا ما تتميز به إصداراتنا سواء أكانت نشرةً، أم بياناً أم جواب سؤال... أما إن كان المقصود بالتبسيط أن لا تُدرس مقدمات المسائل وخلفياتها، وأن لا يُسبر غور واقعها ومسبباتها... فإن هذا لا يكون في الأزمات السياسية لأن الجواب يجب أن يبنى على معطيات يغلب على الظن صحتها أو صوابها، وهذه لا تستقيم إن لم يدرس الواقع جيداً ودوافعه ومسبباته والأدلة ذات العلاقة... وإلا كان الجواب سطحياً أو مزاجياً، وهذا نتجنبه في إصداراتنا، بل نحرص أن يكون الجواب صحيحاً مستقيماً ما وسعنا إلى ذلك من سبيل، ولعلك بقراءة جوابنا هذا تتبين صدق رأينا وصوابه إن شاء الله، وهذا هو الجواب لفروع سؤالك:

أولاً: موضوع عدم التصادم:

نعم إن الدول متباينة في أسمائها ومواقعها، ولكن (معلِّمَها) واحد في موضوع الأزمة السورية، ومن ثم فالخطوط وحتى الخيوط منضبطة، وإليك البيان:

1- بالنسبة إلى النظام في سوريا فهو عميل مخلص لأمريكا في عهدي بشار وأبيه، فهو يحفظ مصالح أمريكا ومصالح دولة يهود... وانسحاب حافظ من الجولان واستلام اليهود لها، ثم جعلها منطقة آمنة لليهود نحو أربعين سنة، ثم اشتراك ذلك النظام في حلف أمريكا خلال حرب الخليج الثانية في 1991م، ثم المحادثات والمؤامرات التي تديرها أمريكا في المنطقة ويكون النظام من أدواتها الخاضعات خضوعاً تاماً ومنضبطاً بالسياسة الأمريكية... كل ذلك يجعل عمليات الطيران السوري العدوانية على الناس هي ضمن السياسة الأمريكية فلا تقترب من الطائرات الأمريكية، بل تؤدي مهامها ضمن خط مرسوم، وما نُشر خلال العام الماضي عند بدء عمليات التحالف الأمريكي العسكرية في سوريا بأنَّ علماً بها أُعطي للنظام... كل ذلك يُغني عن مزيد بيان.

2- أما عن العدوان الروسي على سوريا وأنه بالاتفاق مع أمريكا وبتنسيق بين طائرات الجانبين، فقد وضحناه في إصدارنا المؤرخ 2015/10/11 حول الموضوع، وأنقل لك منه بعض ما له علاقة: [... وهنا كانت الطامة فأمريكا تُظهر نفسها مع الثوار وصعب عليها قتالهم علناً، وهم قد ألحقوا ضرراً بالنظام، ولم ينضج البديل الأمريكي بعد، فكانت تلك اللعبة النارية القذرة بأن تقوم روسيا بالمهمة، فدورها دعم النظام علناً وضد الثوار علناً، والحرب عليهم عندها مبررة، والنظام جاهز لاستدعاء روسيا بأمر من أمريكا وهذا ما كان... فقد وافقت روسيا على لعب هذا الدور الشرير القذر في سوريا خدمة لأمريكا! ...إن غارات الطيران الروسي من الجو والبحر وحتى من البر بقواعدهم ومستشاريهم هي بتنسيق مع أمريكا... إن كل عاقل يدرك أن الطيران الحربي لدولتين إذا كان يحلق في سماء واحدة فإما أن يكون بتنسيق بينهما كصديقين وإما أن يكون في حرب بينهما كعدوين، ومن ثم يصطدمان ويتقاذفان القذائف كأي حرب من الحروب، وإلا كانا صديقين ينسقان بينهما أجواء السماء لتحقيق هدف واحد لا هدفين، وتصريحات الطرفين تثبت هذا التنسيق: (وقالت الخارجية الروسية في بيان نشرته على موقعها الإلكتروني الخميس 2015/10/8 إنه "وفقاً لتكليف الرئيس الروسي بوتين ونظيره الأمريكي باراك أوباما في ختام اجتماعهما على هامش جلسة الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، استكمل وزيرا الخارجية مناقشة طرق تسوية الوضع في سوريا، بما في ذلك من جهة ضرورة تجنب وقوع حوادث في المجال الجوي فوق سوريا، وتعزيز عملية التسوية السياسية في سوريا وفقا لبيان جنيف في 2012/30/6 ".وأضاف البيان أن الوزيرين "استعرضا أيضاً خطوات تنفيذ اتفاقات مينسك حول أوكرانيا الموقعة في 12 شباط/فبراير ...") الحياة: النسخة الرقمية الأربعاء، 7 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2015...إلخ] انتهى، وأضيف:

أ- عدوان روسيا على سوريا في 2015/9/30 سبقه مباشرة اجتماع أوباما وبوتين في 2015/9/29 ودام الاجتماع 90 دقيقة... احتلت الأزمة الأوكرانية الجزء الأول منه بينما ركز الرئيسان على الوضع في سوريا بالجزء المتبقي. وقد ظهرت نتائج هذا اللقاء فوراً (وفي 2015/9/30 وافق مجلس الاتحاد الروسي بالإجماع على طلب بوتين استخدام القوات الجوية الروسية في سوريا). ب- حتى المواقع التي كانت تضربها روسيا في سوريا كان معظمها باتفاق مع أمريكا فقد نقلت سي إن إن في 2015/10/4: (الجنرال أندري كارتابولوف، المسؤول العسكري في قيادة الأركان بالجيش الروسي قال مساء السبت 2015/10/3، إن المناطق التي تم استهدافها من قبل سلاح الجو الروسي في سوريا كانت قد عُرّفت لموسكو سابقاً بأنها مناطق تؤوي إرهابيين فقط من قبل القيادة العسكرية الأمريكية. وتابع المسؤول بحسب ما نقلته وكالة "تاس" الروسية: "الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أخطرتنا عبر اتصالات مشتركة بأنه لا يوجد أحد غير الإرهابيين في هذه المناطق).

ج- التنسيق القوي بين الطائرات الروسية والأمريكية في سماء سوريا حتى وُصف بالتدريب: (أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية "البنتاغون" الثلاثاء 2015/11/3 أن الأمريكيين والروس اختبروا بنجاح آلية تتيح لطيّاريهم الذين ينفذون عمليات في الأجواء السورية التواصل مباشرة لتجنب أي حوادث. وقال المتحدث باسم البنتاغون جيف ديفيس إن مقاتلة أمريكية "أجرت الثلاثاء اختبار تواصل تم إعداده مع مقاتلة روسية" في الأجواء السورية، لافتاً إلى أن الاختبار استمر "ثلاث دقائق" و"حقق أهدافه".... ومن جهتها، قالت وكالات أنباء روسية نقلا عن جنرال في القوات المسلحة الروسية، إن القوات الجوية الأمريكية والروسية أجرتا تدريباً مشتركاً في سوريا، اليوم الثلاثاء). (العربية نت: 2015/11/3م).

وعليه فإن الطائرات الأمريكية والروسية تسير في أجواء آمنة من كل الأطراف: فالطيران الأمريكي يقصف في سوريا بعلم من النظام الطاغية، والطيران الروسي يقصف في سوريا بعلم كذلك من النظام السوري... والطيران الروسي يجوب الأجواء في سوريا باتفاق مع أمريكا، وبتنسيق تام بين سلاحي الجو الأمريكي والروسي... وهكذا فإن التصادم غير وارد لأن الذين يجوبون الأجواء السورية أصدقاء متآلفون، كيدهم واحد موجه للإسلام والمسلمين ﴿قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ﴾. أما إذا زال التآلف بينهما فإن التصادم يكون حينها وارداً.

ثانياً: مصاحبة الأعمال السياسية للأعمال العسكرية:

كما هو معلوم فإن النظام في سوريا عميل تابع ذليل لأمريكا، وهي تعتبر سوريا منطقة نفوذ لها لخدمة مصالحها، وهي الآن تدرك أن بشار قد سقط أو كاد وأنه أصبح في حالة لا تمكِّنه من خدمة مصالح أمريكا فهي تبحث عن بديل عميل يخلفه، وتخشى أن يسقط قبل أن تجد من يخلفه... ولهذا فهي تدعمه بأساليب مختلفة ومنها هذه الأعمال العسكرية لتحقيق أمرين:

الأول: دعم الطاغية بشار حتى لا يسقط قبل أن تجد أمريكا البديل العميل اللاحق للعميل السابق، ومن ثم لا يحدث فراغ يُملأ بطريقة لا تكون وفق حسابات أمريكا... والثاني: الضغط المتلاحق على أهل سوريا ليقبلوا بالبديل الذي تصنعه أمريكا من الائتلاف ومن الفصائل التي تسميها معتدلة ومن بعض أعوان النظام.
ولهذا فقد تنوعت أساليب الأعمال العسكرية التي تقودها أمريكا في سوريا، سواء أكانت تابعة لإيران أم لحزبها أم لأعوانها أم للقوات الروسية مؤخراً، وكلها تصبُّ في هذا الجانب، أي تهيئة الأجواء لعمل سياسي يحقق مصلحة أمريكا في الدرجة الأولى، وترضية لروسيا بالنسبة لتخفيف العقوبات وموضوع أوكرانيا... وهكذا تتصاعد الأعمال العسكرية لتهيئة الأجواء السياسية، وبمتابعة ما يجري يتبين هذا الأمر بجلاء، فقد تلاحقت الاجتماعات في الوقت الذي تستمر فيه الأعمال العسكرية:

- في 23 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2015 عقد اللقاء الرباعي الأول "روسيا والولايات المتحدة والسعودية وتركيا" (وقال وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف "إن المشاركين في اللقاء الرباعي الروسي الأمريكي السعودي التركي في فيينا الجمعة 23 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر اتفقوا حول صيغة الدعم الخارجي للعملية السياسية في سوريا... وذكر أن جميع الوزراء اتفقوا على ضرورة الحفاظ على سوريا كدولة موحدة علمانية ذات سيادة."... وصف كيري اجتماع الوزراء الأربعة في فيينا بـ"البناء والمثمر"، وذكر كيري أن طهران قد تتلقى اقتراحاً للانضمام إلى المفاوضات الخاصة بتسوية الأزمة السورية، حسبما نقلت وكالة "بلومبرغ" عن الوزير الأمريكي...) (روسيا اليوم 2015/10/23).

- وفي مساء 2015/10/29 عقد اللقاء الرباعي الثاني (انتهى في فينا ليل الخميس/الجمعة 2015/10/30، اجتماع رباعي جمع وزراء خارجية السعودية وتركيا وروسيا والولايات المتحدة حول سبل حل سياسي ينهي الأزمة في سوريا، دون أن يدلي الوزراء الأربعة عقب انتهاء الاجتماع بأي تصريحات لوسائل الإعلام... وكان وزير الخارجية الأمريكي، جون كيري، قد التقى نظيره الإيراني محمد جواد ظريف، واعتبر أن محادثات فيينا لن تؤدي إلى حل سياسي فوري، لكنها قد تكون أفضل فرصة لإنقاذ سوريا من الجحيم) .(العربية نت 2015/10/29)

ويلاحظ هنا حرص أمريكا على أن تكون اللقاءات بينها وبين أحلافها وأتباعها، روسيا وتركيا والسعودية وإيران، وذلك لتكتمل المجموعة ومن ثم تسير المخططات الأمريكية دون تشويشات أوروبا! وقد حرصت على دعوة إيران إلى اللقاءات: (أعلنت أمريكا يوم 2015/10/27 أنها وجهت الدعوة إلى إيران لحضور المؤتمر في فينّا، فأعلنت على الفور المتحدثة باسم الخارجية الإيرانية مرضية أفخم قائلة: "لقد تسلمنا الدعوة، وتقرر أن وزير الخارجية سيشارك في المحادثات. "الشرق الأوسط 2015/10/28 . ليس هذا فحسب بل إن أمريكا حاولت استبعاد أوروبا من الاجتماعات الأولى حتى تتخلص من التشويش الأوروبي أثناء المفاوضات ومن ثم تستمر المفاوضات بحضور أحلافها وأتباعها، ولهذا انزعجت فرنسا، وكرد فعل دعا وزير خارجيتها إلى عشاء عمل في 2015/10/27 وقال فابيوس إن "عشاء عمل" سيقام في مقر وزارة الخارجية بحضور "شركاء فرنسا في التعامل مع الأزمة السورية"، وأضاف أن المجتمعين سيناقشون سبل انتقال سياسي من أجل سوريا موحدة وديمقراطية، يحترم جميع مكونات الشعب، وكذا دعم حربنا على الإرهاب". ولكن أمريكا لم تعره اهتماماً إذ أرسلت نائب وزير الخارجية، توني بلينكن، بدلاً عن جون كيري). (بي بي سي 2015/10/27). وظاهر أن الاجتماع الفرنسي مجرد محاولة لحجز مقعد في المفاوضات في فيينا.

وكادت تنجح أمريكا في استمرار استبعاد أوروبا لولا تفجر أزمة اللاجئين السوريين وانتقال آثارها إلى قلب أوروبا حتى قيل إن أزمة اللاجئين أنست الأوروبيين أزمة اليونان... وجرى التركيز عليها إعلامياً في أوروبا خلال الأشهر الأربعة الأخيرة، وبخاصة من بريطانيا وفرنسا، ثم تصاعدت الأزمة إلى أن أصبحت منفذاً لأوروبا، وبخاصة فرنسا وبريطانيا، للعبور باتجاه الأزمة السورية، وأصبح لا مناص من الحضور الأوروبي في لقاءات الأزمة السورية، ومع ذلك فواضح للمتابع أن المباحثات الجادة هي بين أمريكا وأحلافها وأتباعها "روسيا، السعودية، وتركيا، وإيران".

- وفي 30 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2015 عقد اللقاء الموسع لسبع عشرة دولة، فشاركت أوروبا وبعض الدول الأخرى... بالإضافة إلى ممثلي الأمم المتحدة، والاتحاد الأوروبي، والجامعة العربية... ولكن كان معلوماً أن المتحكم الفعلي في سير اللقاءات هو أمريكا ثم أحلافها وأتباعها!

وكان من أبرز ما ورد عن هذا اللقاء:

(وكانت المفاوضات الجديدة بشأن الأزمة السورية في فيينا قد بدأت صباح اليوم بمشاركة نحو عشرين... بينها إيران، في مسعى للتوصل لحل سياسي ينهي الأزمة ويضمن رحيل الأسد عبر مرحلة انتقالية.. وتشارك في الاجتماع وفود من الولايات المتحدة وروسيا والسعودية وتركيا والصين وبريطانيا وألمانيا وفرنسا وإيطاليا ولبنان وإيران والأردن وقطر ومصر وعمان والعراق والإمارات، إلى جانب الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي. وتعد هذه أول محادثات بشأن سوريا تشارك فيها إيران إلى جانب القوى العالمية والإقليمية الساعية لحل الأزمة السورية) (الجزيرة نت 2015/10/30م). وقد كان هذا الاجتماع أقرب إلى اجتماع ترضية وبخاصة إلى أوروبا... وأُعلن أنه بعد أسبوعين سيعقد الاجتماع القادم.

- وفي 2015/11/14 عقد الاجتماع وقد ورد في بيانه: (وقال البيان إن ممثلي الدول الـ17 إضافةً إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي والأمم المتحدة وجامعة الدول العربية اتفقوا خلال لقاء فيينا على جدول زمني محدد لتشكيل حكومة انتقالية في سوريا خلال ستة أشهر وإجراء انتخابات خلال 18 شهراً رغم استمرار خلافهم على مصير بشار الأسد. وكان اجتماع فيينا الدولي قد بدأ، اليوم السبت، بحضور الولايات المتحدة وروسيا، سعياً لإيجاد حل سياسي للنزاع في سوريا على خلفية اعتداءات غير مسبوقة في باريس وخلافات تتعلق بمصير بشار الأسد، على ما أفاد مصدر دبلوماسي. وهذا هو الاجتماع الدولي الثاني خلال 15 يوماً، ويأتي بعد ساعات من هجمات باريس التي أوقعت ما لا يقل عن 128 قتيلاً). (وقال الوزير الألماني أيضاً «رغم أن الأمر لا يزال يبدو بعيد المنال، إلا أن جميع الأطراف مجتمعون حول الطاولة»... من جانبه، قال كيري في مؤتمر صحافي مشترك في فيينا مع نظيره الروسي سيرغي لافروف، والمبعوث الأممي الخاص إلى سوريا ستيفان دي ميستورا: إن الأعضاء الخمسة الدائمين في مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة وافقوا على إصدار قرار لصالح وقف إطلاق النار في سوريا، وإجراء انتخابات خلال 18 شهراً). وهكذا فإن الأعمال العسكرية مستمرة والمفاوضات مستمرة وكل ذلك بإيقاع أمريكي لتحقيق الهدفين اللذين ذكرناهما آنفاً:

الأول: دعم الطاغية بشار حتى لا يسقط قبل أن تجد أمريكا البديل العميل اللاحق للعميل السابق، ومن ثم لا يحدث فراغ يُملأ بطريقة لا تكون وفق حسابات أمريكا...

والثاني: الضغط المتلاحق على أهل سوريا ليقبلوا بالبديل الذي تصنعه أمريكا من الائتلاف والفصائل التي تسميها معتدلة وبعض أعوان النظام.

إن مأزق أمريكا في سوريا، أنها تصنع بدائل متعددة كما فعلت في الأنواع المختلفة ممّا سمي بالائتلاف وغيره من أتباعهم وأدواتهم، ولكن كل هؤلاء ليس لديهم قبول في الداخل... ولذلك فهي تصعّد من أعمالها العسكرية سواء أكانت مباشرة منها أو من إيران وحزبها، وأخيراً من روسيا، وكل ذلك محاولة منها للضغط على أهل سوريا بأن يقبلوا صنائع أمريكا كبديل عميل لاحق لبشار العميل السابق.

ثالثاً: الحل المتوقع في سوريا:

إن إنعام النظر في الوقائع الجارية في سوريا ومتعلقاتها الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية يلقي إضاءة على الحل المتوقع على النحو التالي:

1- إن النظام السوري عميل لأمريكا في عهد بشار وأبيه من قبله، وهذا أمر لا يحتاج إلى مزيد شرح...

2- إن الكفار المستعمرين يلقون بعميلهم في مكان سحيق إذا استنفد دوره وأصبح غير قادر على تحقيق مصالحهم...

3- ولكنهم في الوقت نفسه يحرصون على العميل البديل اللاحق ليخلف العميل السابق...

4- وهنا مأزق أمريكا فإن ما صنعوه من بدائل وائتلاف كان كيد ساحر ولا يفلح الساحر حيث أتى...

5- فشلت أمريكا في إيجاد العميل التالي للعميل الحالي فخشيت أن يهلك بشار قبل أن يجدوا البديل فيملأ الفراغَ المسلمون...

هذه الإضاءة تبين أن الحل المتوقع هو أحد ثلاثة:

- أن تستمر أمريكا في المماطلة في المفاوضات... جنيف 1-2-3... فينا1-2-3... وأخواتها... وتمديد آجال للتفاوض بعد شهر أو شهرين... وحكم مؤقت لسنة أو سنتين... وهكذا انتظاراً للبديل المقبول من الناس القادر على تحقيق مصالحها، وفي الوقت نفسه تستمر في دعم بشار حتى لا يهلك قبل وقته، وذلك بوسائل الدعم الشيطانية المختلفة منها ومن عملائها، وإيران ومليشياتها، وروسيا وأشياعها...

- أن تفرض على الحكم، بقوة دولية أو بغير دولية، صنائعَها من ائتلاف وفصائل معتدلة، ويعلنون علمانية تحارب الله سبحانه ورسوله ﷺ.

- أن يمسك بالحكم أهله الصادقون، أهل الشام عقر دار الإسلام، فيدوسوا الكفار المستعمرين وصنائعهم، وعلمانيتهم، ويقيموا حكم الإسلام، الخلافة الراشدة، فيعز الإسلام وأهله، ويذل الكفر وأهله، ويكون كما قال العزيز الحكيم ﴿وَقُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا﴾، وإن أهل الشام وكل أخ لهم في الإسلام سيمنعون بحول الله وقوته كل حكم في أرض الشام إلا حكم الإسلام، وكل راية إلا راية العقاب، راية رسول الله ﷺ، راية لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله ﷺ، ومن ثم يُطهِّرون أرض الشام من رجس العملاء والمستعمرين.

رابعاً: تأثير هجمات باريس وتزامنها مع مؤتمر فينا:

أما عن تزامن مؤتمر فينا وتفجيرات فرنسا حيث حدث المؤتمر بعد التفجيرات بساعات فيستبعد أن يكون هذا التزامن مقصوداً أو أن يكون له تأثير فاعل في مؤتمر فينا إلا بمقدار استغلال أمريكا للهجمات لجعل فرنسا تكفّ عن المطالبة بحرب نظام بشار بل تنشغل بحرب ما تسميه الإرهاب بعيدة عن بشار فيستمر في موقعه إلى أن تجد أمريكا البديل، وقد كانت فرنسا تعارض أمريكا في أن تقتصر الهجمات الجوية على ما تسميه الإرهاب وليس على النظام والآن أصبحت فرنسا تركز على مسمى الإرهاب وليس النظام... وكل هذا يجعل أمريكا تعمل في حياكة خيوط مؤامراتها في سوريا لإيجاد الحل العلماني المخبوء في جعبتها بدل الخلافة التي ينادي بها أهل الشام... تعمل ذلك وهي ترى أنها مطمئنة إلى بقاء بشار حتى تجد البديل وتفرغ من مؤامراتها، وذلك بعد أن دعمته بإيران وحزبها ثم الأشياع والأتباع، وأخيراً بدعم روسيا وإبعاد خطر فرنسا عن النظام.

هذا من ناحية ومن ناحية أخرى فقد استفاد أوباما من هذه الهجمات في تحسين صورة حكمه الديمقراطي انتخابياً، فقد لوحظ أن تصريحات أوباما في الوقوف مع فرنسا في إجراءاتها ضد التنظيم والإرهاب كانت تصريحات متصاعدة! وكأنَّ أوباما أراد في أجواء حملات الانتخابات الأمريكية أن يظهر أنه حازم في محاربة الإرهاب، وليس كما يتهمه خصومه الجمهوريون بأن حكومة أوباما الديمقراطية لا تقف في وجه الإرهاب بقوة، وهذا يؤثر في تأييد الرأي العام الانتخابي للديمقراطيين. وفي هذا السياق كان تصريح وزير خارجية أمريكا جون كيري يوم الجمعة 13/11/2015 في تونس وفي اليوم نفسه الذي حدثت فيه هجمات باريس الذي قال فيه: "إن أيام داعش محدودة" في تعليقه على استهداف المسمى الجهادي جون... كما أن حديث أمريكا عن القوات التي تخضع لتدريبهم وأنها تحقق انتصارات في داخل سوريا ضد تنظيم الدولة هو في السياق نفسه.

وهناك أمر لا مندوحة عن لفت النظر إليه وهو أن الغرب قد استغلَّ هجمات باريس في "التجييش" ضد الإسلام بزعم أن الإسلام وراء قتل المدنيين مع العلم أنه من الحقائق الثابتة أن استهداف المدنيين غير المحاربين يعتبر عملاً غير شرعي من وجهة نظر الإسلام، وأن الإسلام على مدار التاريخ ومنذ عهد رسول الله ﷺ عمد إلى حماية المدنيين غير المحاربين من ويلات الحروب، بل إن الإسلام يأمر بإنقاذ المستضعفين وهم المدنيون الذين لا يملكون أداة الحرب للدفاع عن أنفسهم... وحتى في الحروب عند ملاقاة العدو فقد كان رسول الله ﷺ يوصي الجيش الإسلامي بذلك «وَلا تَقْتُلُوا امْرَأَةً، وَلا وَلِيدًا، وَلا شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا»، وكان الخلفاء الراشدون يوصون كذلك، فأبو بكر رضي الله عنه يوصي قائد جيشه: (وَإِنَّكُمْ سَتَجِدُونَ أَقْوَامًا قَدْ حَبَسُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ فِي هَذِهِ الصَّوَامِعِ فَاتْرُكُوهُمْ وَمَا حَبَسُوا لَهُ أَنْفُسَهُمْ... وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا كَبِيرًا هَرِمًا، وَلَا امْرَأَةً، وَلَا وَلِيدًا، وَلَا تُخْرِبُوا عُمْرَانًا...)، ويوصي عمر رضي الله عنه قائد جيشه: (لَا تَغُلُّوا، وَلَا تَغْدِرُوا، وَلَا تُمَثِّلُوا، وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا امْرَأَةً، وَلَا صَبِيًّا، وَلَا شَيْخًا...)، هكذا هم المسلمون حتى في قتالهم، فقد كان فارسهم وهو يقاتل خصمه إذا سقط سيف الخصم من يده لم يقتله بل ينتظر حتى يلتقط الخصم سيفه ثم يقتله في عزَّةٍ وجهاً لوجه... ومع أن هذه حقائق ثابتة في الإسلام ويدركها الغرب من تاريخ المسلمين وفتوحاتهم إلا أنهم يستغلون تلك الأحداث لتجييش الحقد على الإسلام والمسلمين، وهو حقد أعمى، فإذا قاموا هم بالجريمة، وما أكثرها، لم يقفوا عندها وبرروها، وإذا قام مسلم لاحقوا الجالية الإسلامية عندهم بل وتهجموا على الإسلام نفسه كما هو حادث أمس واليوم... إنه حقد أعمى لن يُطفأ إلا بعد قيام الخلافة، ومن ثم تنتقم لكل مظلوم من كل طاغية، فينتشر ضوء الخلافة ويعم خيرها، ليس فقط بلادَ المسلمين، بل وكلَّ عاقل حي في هذا العالم...

Trump had announced the entry into force of the ceasefire he proposed between Iran and the Jewish entity (Netanyahu said he agreed to Trump's proposal... Reuters also quoted a senior Iranian official as saying that Tehran had agreed to the ceasefire through Qatari mediation and an American proposal. Al Jazeera, 6/24/2025). All of that happened after Trump's forces struck Iranian nuclear facilities on 6/22/2025, and after the Jewish entity launched a broad surprise aggression against Iran since 6/13/2025... So, the question here is why did the Jewish entity carry out this surprise aggression, which it only does by order of America? Then, isn't Iran moving in America's orbit, so how did America participate in striking Iranian nuclear facilities? Thank you.

To clarify the answer, we will review the following:

1- Yes, the Iranian nuclear program is considered a dire threat to the Jewish entity, so it wants to get rid of it by all means, and for that, it cheered for President Trump's withdrawal in 2018 from the 2015 agreement, and the Jewish entity's position was clear that it only accepts the Libyan model and Iran's dismantling of its nuclear program, meaning Iran abandoning its nuclear program completely... And it intensified its spies inside Iran for that... The Jewish entity's attack on its first day revealed an army of agents inside Iran monitoring and cooperating with the Jewish entity's intelligence agency "Mossad" for a few dirhams, so they import drone parts and assemble them in small workshops inside Iran and launch them at targets that include the homes of the Iranian regime's leaders in a scenario similar to what happened to Iran's party in Lebanon when the Jewish entity liquidated its leaders!

2- America's position was the main supporter of the Jewish entity, but rather it is the one moving them against the Iranian nuclear project, but Trump put on the table to achieve that: the negotiation solution and the military solution... Thus, America and Iran headed in April 2025 towards Muscat-Oman for negotiations, and the Trump administration was praising it for the depth of the concessions being made in the nuclear negotiations as if a new nuclear agreement was imminent... 7- America uses war as a tool to subjugate Iran, as in Trump's previous statement that (some battles are inevitable before reaching an agreement), and what confirms that is Trump's description of this attack as "The Israeli attack on Iran is excellent," and he said, "It gave the Iranians a chance and they did not exploit it and they received a very harsh blow, confirming that there is more in the future"... ABC American 6/13/2025). Trump said ("The Iranians" want to negotiate, but they should have done that before, I had 60 days, and they had 60 days, and on the 61st day I said we have no agreement"... CNN American, 6/16/2025). These statements are clear that America is the one that allowed the Jewish entity to launch this aggression, but rather instructed it to do so... Trump wrote on the "Truth Social" platform: ("Iran should have signed the "agreement on its nuclear program" that I asked them to sign..." And he added: "In short, Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. BBC, 6/22/2025) and then (CNN revealed on Monday evening that Iran attacked the American Al Udeid base in Qatar with short- and medium-range ballistic missiles, pointing out that the American military aircraft stationed at the air base were transferred at the end of last week... Reuters also said: "Iran informed the United States hours before launching attacks on Qatar and also informed Doha." Sky News Arabia, 6/23/2025) Trump said on Monday ("I would like to thank Iran for informing us in advance, which allowed no casualties." Sky News, 6/24/2025).

9- Then, after these attacks by America and the Jewish entity and the Iranian responses, where the material losses were great in addition to the human losses: (A spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Health said that the Israeli strikes have resulted in the martyrdom of 610 people and the injury of 4746 others since the beginning of the conflict... According to the Israeli Ministry of Health... The death toll since June 13 has risen to 28 people... BBC News, 6/25/2025), after these attacks, Trump, as he started it by pushing the Jewish entity to attack Iran and he participated in it, is now returning to announce a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree, as if Trump is the one who is managing the war between the two parties and he is also the one who is stopping it! (Trump announced the entry into force of the ceasefire he proposed between Iran and the Jewish entity)... (Netanyahu said he agreed to Trump's proposal... This means that this war that Trump ignited and stopped was to achieve his goals of removing the effectiveness of nuclear and missile weapons from Iran (In a statement to reporters before leaving to attend the NATO summit in The Hague, Trump said ("Iran's nuclear capabilities are over and it will never rebuild its nuclear program," and continued, "Israel will not attack Iran... and the ceasefire is in effect." 10- As for Iran's orbiting of America, yes, Iran is a state that orbits America, so it seeks to achieve its interests by achieving America's interests. And with that, it helped America in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq and concentrating its occupation in it... Likewise, it intervened in Syria to protect America's agent, Bashar al-Assad, and the like in Yemen and Lebanon. And with that, it wants to achieve its interests in these countries and be a major regional power in the region, even if it means orbiting America! But it escaped them that if America sees that its interest in the satellite state has ended and wants to reduce its role and strength, then it puts diplomatic pressure on it, and if necessary militarily, as is happening with Iran in the recent attacks, in order to adjust the rhythm for the state that is orbiting... Accordingly, through this attack that was by its order and carried out by the Jewish entity and with its support, it is liquidating the military leadership, especially the nuclear section and the advisors who have tried in the recent period to have an opinion in dealing with the Jewish entity against America's wishes, and it does not care about these countries because it realizes that these countries will ultimately accept the solution that America makes!

Then Trump announces a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree... And after that, America is managing discussions and putting forward proposals, and says about "completely stopping Iranian uranium enrichment" that it is fixed and non-negotiable! And we warn that this war will lead to any peace with the Jewish entity, or the disarmament of Iran... As for the other rulers in the Muslim countries, especially those around the Jewish entity, the enemy's planes cross over their heads and bomb the Muslim countries and return reassured without firing a shot at them!! They are willingly at America's disposal... They interpret inaction and sanctify borders, and have forgotten or pretended to forget that the Muslim countries are one, whether they are at the farthest end of the earth or the nearest! In conclusion, Hizb ut-Tahrir, the leader who does not lie to his people, calls on you to support it and work with it to restore the Rightly-Guided Caliphate anew, so Islam and its people will be glorified and disbelief and its people will be humiliated, and that is the great victory; ﴿AND THAT DAY THE BELIEVERS WILL REJOICE * IN THE VICTORY OF ALLAH. HE GIVES VICTORY TO WHOM HE WILLS, AND HE IS THE EXALTED IN MIGHT, THE MERCIFUL﴾.
