الأزمة السياسية والاقتصادية بين ترامب وأوروبا وبخاصة ألمانيا

السؤال:

تصاعدت في الآونة الأخيرة الأزمة السياسية والاقتصادية بين ترامب وأوروبا وبخاصة ألمانيا... مع أنه كان من المتوقع أن يقتصر هذا التصعيد الذي قام به ترامب على المرحلة الانتخابية كما هو عادة المرشحين في الغرب... لكنه استمر في التصاعد بعد توليه الحكم، فما أسباب ذلك؟ ثم لماذا التصاعد الأكبر مع ألمانيا؟ وما النتائج المتوقعة بعد هذه الأزمات المتصاعدة بين أمريكا وأوروبا وبخاصة ألمانيا؟ وجزاكم الله خيراً.

الجواب:

أولاً: أما أسباب تصاعد تلك الأزمة السياسية والاقتصادية فهي ما قام به ترامب خلال المرحلة الانتخابية وما بعدها من تصرفات فوقية استفزازية للحلفاء ناهيك عن العملاء:

1- لقد أصر الرئيس الأمريكي وفق قناعاته التي أعلنها خلال حملته الانتخابية 2016 بأن دول الناتو مدينة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بسبب المساهمة الكبيرة لأمريكا في ميزانية الحلف، وأن هذه الدول يجب عليها أن تدفع لأمريكا لقاء حمايتها لها في العقود الفائتة! وبعد تسلمه لمهام منصبه 2017/1/20 فإن الرئيس الأمريكي قد أخذ يحاول تطبيق قناعاته تلك وتحويلها إلى مواقف رسمية للدولة في أمريكا، فأخذ يطالب الأوروبيين خاصة الألمان بالمزيد من المساهمة في ميزانية حلف الناتو، ذلك الحلف الذي أظهر ترامب شكوكاً كبيرة حوله، وصار يحتج أمام الألمان كذلك على عجز ميزان بلاده التجاري مع ألمانيا. وفي أول لقاء له مع المستشارة الألمانية في واشنطن (استقبل الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب الجمعة المستشارة الألمانية أنغيلا ميركل في البيت الأبيض، لكن التوتر كان جليا والخلافات واضحة وخصوصا بشأن ملفي التبادل الحر والهجرة...) (فرانس24، 2017/3/17). وقبل لقائه معها (قال الرئيس الأمريكى دونالد ترامب إن ألمانيا مدينة لحلف شمال الأطلسي "بمبالغ طائلة" وأن على برلين أن تدفع للولايات المتحدة المزيد للدفاع عنها، قال ذلك غداة لقائه المستشارة أنجيلا ميركل، وكتب ترامب على تويتر "ألمانيا مدينة بمبالغ طائلة لحلف الأطلسي ويفترض أن تتسلم الولايات المتحدة مبالغ أكبر من أجل الدفاع القوي والمكلف جدا الذي توفره لألمانيا"...) (اليوم السابع 2017/3/18)... وقد رفضت ألمانيا أن تتعامل معها أمريكا بعقلية رئيس المافيا الذي يطلب الأتاوات، (رفضت وزيرة الدفاع الألمانية الأحد اتهامات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب بأن بلادها تدين لحلف شمال الأطلسي بمبالغ طائلة، وللولايات المتحدة مقابل نفقات عسكرية، حيث قالت أورسولا فون دير ليين المقربة من المستشارة أنغيلا ميركل في بيان "لا يوجد حساب سجلت فيه ديون لدى حلف شمال الأطلسي" مضيفة أن النفقات ضمن حلف الأطلسي يجب ألا تكون المعيار الوحيد لقياس الجهود العسكرية لألمانيا...) (فرانس24، 2017/3/19).

2- وفي قمة حلف الناتو 2017/5/25 زاد الرئيس الأمريكي من نبرة خطابه ضد الدول الأوروبية بشأن مساهمتها المالية في الحلف (الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب حاضر في قادة دول الناتو بكلمة أربكت الحضور الذين ظهرت عليهم علامات التعجب والاستغراب من الخطاب الذي وجهه ترامب لهم، في تصريحات صادمة حول الدعم الأمريكي لحلف الشمال الأطلسي. وظهر ترامب في فيديو يوبخ قادة دول الناتو ويحاضرهم، وكانت ردود أفعالهم معبرة عن استغرابهم، لا سيما المستشارة الألمانية أنغيلا ميركل والرئيس الفرنسي الجديد إيمانويل ماكرون. وقال ترامب في الفيديو وفق ما ترجمته "عربي21"، لقادة دول تحالف الناتو: "يجب أن يساهم أعضاء الناتو في دفع حصتهم العادلة، وأن يقوموا بالتزاماتهم المالية". ووجه حديثه موبخاً: "23 من الدول الـ 28 الأعضاء لم تدفع بعد التزاماتها المالية للحلف"، مضيفا أن هذا الأمر "ليس عادلا للشعب الأمريكي ودافعي الضرائب في الولايات المتحدة". وقال إن "العديد من هذه الدول تراكمت عليها مبالغ هائلة من المال خلال السنوات الماضية للناتو، ولم يسددوها بعد". وزاد من توبيخه لقادة الدول بالقول إنه "خلال الثماني سنوات الماضية أنفقت أمريكا المزيد من الدعم لتحالف الناتو أكثر مما أنفقته جميع دول الناتو مجتمعة". وكان واضحا على قادة دول الناتو اندهاشهم من تصريحات ترامب، وبدأوا يتلفتون إلى بعضهم، وتظهر عليهم آثار التوتر جراء حديثه غير المسبوق وغير المتوقع، وسخر ترامب من قادة الدول الأعضاء في الناتو، قائلا: "لم أسألكم ولو لمرة واحدة ما تكلفة المقر الجديد للناتو! أنا أرفض أن أقوم بذلك"...) (عربي21، 2017/5/27).

· كل هذه التصريحات والمواقف من ترامب تسببت في تكوين تلك الأزمات وتصعيدها مع أوروبا.

ثانياً: أما لماذا تصاعدت الأزمة أكثر مع ألمانيا عن غيرها من الدول الأوروبية، فذلك يرجع إلى الأسباب التالية:

1- إن ألمانيا هي المركز المالي الأكبر في أوروبا، والاقتصاد الرابع عالمياً بعد أمريكا والصين واليابان، لذلك ظلت عيون ترامب متجهة صوبها في محاولة لجني أموال وفيرة منها لصالح الولايات المتحدة، خاصة وأن أمريكا تتذرع على الجانب الألماني بالمخاطر الروسية لدفع ألمانيا إلى المزيد من المساهمة والمشاركة والعطاء داخل الناتو، وهي ذريعة تستخدمها أمريكا ضد البلدان الأوروبية كافة خاصة في الشرق لزيادة ربطها عسكرياً بأمريكا.

2- وكذلك من ناحية قلة إنفاق ألمانيا في الحلف، إذ تنفق برلين 1.2% من دخلها القومي على النواحي العسكرية (42 مليار دولار)، وهي بذلك تنفق أقل من فرنسا التي يبلغ إنفاقها العسكري 1.79% من ناتجها القومي (44 مليار دولار)، وكانت دول الناتو قد اتفقت على أن ينفق كل عضو 2% من ناتجه القومي، الأمر الذي تلتزم به فقط بريطانيا بالإضافة إلى دول أخرى قليلة وهامشية في أوروبا، ولا تلتزم به الدول الرئيسية في القارة. علماً بأن أمريكا تنفق 3.61% من دخلها القومي على النواحي العسكرية (664 مليار دولار)، وهي بذلك وحدها صاحبة أكثر من ثلثي الإنفاق العسكري داخل منظومة الناتو (أرقام الإنفاق العسكري الواردة أعلاه كما نشرها موقع العربي الجديد 2017/5/27 لإنفاق عام 2016).

3- يميل الميزان التجاري بين أمريكا وألمانيا لجهة الأخيرة بشكل كبير، نحو ستين مليار يورو، فقد بلغ حجم التجارة الأمريكية الألمانية 165 مليار يورو خلال 2016، منها 107 مليارات يورو حجم الاستيراد الأمريكي من ألمانيا، كما جاء في موقع عربي 21، 2017/2/24... أي أن حجم الاستيراد الألماني من أمريكا هو الباقي 58 ملياراً! وهكذا فقد ترامب أعصابه وتصاعدت تصريحاته ضد ألمانيا: (اشتكى الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب أثناء اجتماعه مع قادة الاتحاد الأوروبي في بروكسل من سياسة ألمانيا التجارية، بحسب ما نقلته مجلة "Der Spiegel" عن مشاركين في القمة. وذكر مصدر مطلع للمجلة أن ترامب قال في هذا الصدد: "الألمان سيئون، سيئون للغاية. انظروا إلى ملايين السيارات التي يبيعونها في الولايات المتحدة. رهيب. نحن سنوقف ذلك"...) (روسيا اليوم 2017/5/26)، وكذلك (قال الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب على حسابه على موقع "تويتر" للتدوينات القصيرة إن "لدينا عجزا تجاريا هائلا مع ألمانيا، إضافة إلى أنهم يدفعون أقل بكثير مما يتعين عليهم بالنسبة للناتو والجيش". وأضاف "هذا سيئ جدا للولايات المتحدة. وهذا سوف يتغير"...) (DW 2017/5/30) انتهى.

4- عندما انتهت قمة الناتو، وفشلت قمة مجموعة السبع الكبار في إيطاليا بخصوص المناخ، سارعت ألمانيا للدفاع عن أوروبا وتصدرت الموقف الأوروبي، فبحسب ما نقلته الجزيرة نت 2017/5/29، فقد وجه وزير الخارجية الألماني سيغما غابرئيل انتقادات حادة للرئيس الأمريكي ووصف سياسته بأنها "قصيرة النظر" وأن أمريكا تحت قيادة ترامب لم يعد لها موقع قيادي في المجتمع الدولي الغربي، ونقلت عن الوزير الألماني اليوم السابع 2017/5/29 أيضاً قوله (إن تحركات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب "أضعفت" الغرب. وأضاف أن "أي شخص يعمل على تسريع التغير المناخي من خلال إضعاف حماية البيئة، ويبيع المزيد من الأسلحة في مناطق النزاع ولا يرغب فى حل النزاعات الدينية سياسيا، يعرض السلام في أوروبا للخطر"، مؤكدا أن سياسات واشنطن "القصيرة النظر تلحق أضرارا بمصالح الاتحاد الأوروبي".)، وقد جاءت تصريحات الوزير الألماني بعد يوم واحد من تصريحات صادمة هي الأخرى للمستشارة الألمانية ميركل (أعلنت أنغيلا ميركل أنها اقتنعت أخيرا أنه لا يمكن لأوروبا بعد اليوم أن تعول على الآخرين، في إشارة إلى واشنطن التي مارست خلال الأيام الأخيرة ضغوطا كبيرة لانتزاع مكاسب من حلفائها. ونقلت صحيفة Bild الألمانية عن ميركل قولها: "لقد ولى الزمن الذي كنا نتكل فيه بالكامل على الآخرين. هذا ما أدركته في الأيام الماضية... يجب علينا نحن الأوروبيين أن نأخذ زمام أمورنا بأيدينا"...) (روسيا اليوم 2017/5/28).

5- بدأت أمريكا تلاحظ "شبه تمرد" ألماني على أمريكا وأن ألمانيا تحاول تصدر أوروبا في مواجهة أمريكا وبخاصة وأن ألمانيا تتصدر الكثير من المواقف الأوروبية وتسعى لفرض نفسها كقوة عالمية، حتى بدون امتلاكها للأسحلة النووية، وكانت تنتظر فرصتها بوجود مناخ دولي يسمح لها بالبروز. واليوم ترى ألمانيا بأن المناخ في أوروبا والعالم يساعدها على استعادة عظمتها بسرعة، لذلك تراها لا تبالي بأن تتصدر الدول الأوروبية في مواجهة السياسات الأمريكية ومواجهة روسيا، وأما حقيقة هذا المناخ الحديث للغاية والتهيئة المتسارعة أمام ألمانيا، فهي على النحو التالي:

أ- ببدء مسيرة خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي فقد تحررت ألمانيا من تلك القيود التي كان يفرضها ثنائي بريطانيا وفرنسا على حركتها الدولية من خلال الاتحاد الأوروبي، فقد كانت أسيرة التوافقات الأوروبية التي غالباً ما كانت تخدم بريطانيا وفرنسا دولياً...

ب- بظهور ضعف في السياسة الأمريكية برز بشكل واضح بتبني الرئيس الجديد ترامب سياسة "أمريكا أولاً"، فقد أصبح تحرر ألمانيا من القيود الأمريكية أسهل، إذ إن ألمانيا كانت تنقاد لأمريكا بحكم المصالح المشتركة للغرب، وأما اليوم فإن أمريكا قد أخذت علناً تبحث عن مصالحها دون مراعاة المصالح المشتركة لحلفائها، وبذلك فإن ألمانيا قد وجدت ما يكفي من المبررات لصياغة سياسة خاصة بها بغض النظر عن السياسة الأمريكية. وسياسة ترامب هذه تهيئ المناخ بقوة لبروز ألمانيا من جديد. وإذا كانت ألمانيا ومعها باقي الدول الأوروبية قد شاهدت كيف أبعدتها إدارة أوباما السابقة عن الأزمة السورية، واستجلبت لأجل ذلك روسيا من بعيد، إلا أن تلك الإدارة لم تتنصل من تحمل تبعات قيادتها للعالم الغربي، ولكن إدارة ترامب اليوم تتنصل علناً، وبقلة حنكة، من حلفائها الأوروبيين، وعينها مفتوحة على ركن واحد من عظمتها هو الاقتصاد الأمريكي والأعباء المالية التي تتحملها أمريكا لقاء قيادتها للعالم، وهذا قصر نظر أصبحت تعاني منه أمريكا له ما بعده.

ج- التغييرات الجوهرية في فرنسا، فقد كشفت الانتخابات الأخيرة في فرنسا عن تغيير جوهري في الحياة السياسية الفرنسية، فقد اضمحل تأثير الأحزاب الرئيسية اليمينية والاشتراكية التي حكمت فرنسا بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، وقد أسقطت الانتخابات الأخيرة 2017 رموز تلك الأحزاب بالكامل، وجاءت برئيس شاب لا ينتمي لأي حزب عريق في السياسة... وهذا يدفع ألمانيا لمزاحمة فرنسا بقوة في القيادة السياسية لأوروبا.

لكل ذلك فقد كانت ردات الفعل الألمانية على سياسة ترامب هي الأبرز أوروبياً، وقد خلت من الألاعيب الانتخابية، فقد وقف منافسو المستشارة ميركل في الانتخابات القادمة إلى جانبها ضد السياسات الأمريكية (طرح مارتن شولتس، رئيس الحزب الاشتراكي الديمقراطي ومنافس المستشارة الألمانية أنجيلا ميركل على المستشارية، خطة من خمس نقاط من أجل أوروبا قوية في مواجهة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب. (وقال شولتس، الذي سينافس المستشارة أنجيلا ميركل على منصب المستشار، خلال استقبال أعدته الكتلة البرلمانية لحزبه الاشتراكي لشخصيات اقتصادية اليوم الأربعاء، في برلين إن "أوروبا قوية أمر حاسم بالنسبة لسلامنا ورخائنا وأمننا"...) (موقع رأي اليوم 2017/5/31). وأيضاً (دعا مارتن شولتس منافس المستشارة الألمانية أنجيلا ميركل على منصب المستشار، كل الديمقراطيات في أوروبا، إلى أن "توضح للرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، حدوده". وقال شولتس زعيم الحزب الاشتراكي، مساء اليوم الاثنين في برلين "ولذلك فإن واجب الساعة هو أن نقف في وجه هذا الرجل بكل ما نمثله، وأيضا في وجه سياسته الخطيرة الخاصة بالتسلح التي يريد أن يجبرنا عليها".) (عربي 21، 2017/5/29).

· هذا الواقع الألماني الذي يراه ويسمعه ترامب جعله يعطي الحظ الوافر من هجومه لألمانيا!

ثالثاً: أما المتوقع نتيجة هذه التغييرات السياسية الدولية فيرجح أن تكون:

- اتساع الشق الأوروبي الأمريكي لينتج عنه هوة ليس من السهل ردمها، إلا إذا تداركت أمريكا الموقف قبل نهاية رئاسة ترامب... والذي يشير إلى هذا ويؤكده هو انسحاب إدارة ترامب من اتفاقية باريس للمناخ 2017/6/2، لتجد أمريكا نفسها أمام عاصفة من الانتقادات الأوروبية التي وصفت الخطوة الأمريكية بالخاطئة والخطيرة، مطالبةً العالم بالاعتماد على القيادة الأوروبية لتحدي التغيير المناخي (وفي بيان مشترك ونادر صدر أمس في روما، عبّر الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون والمستشارة الألمانية أنجيلا ميركل ورئيس الوزراء الإيطالي باولو جنتيلوني، عن الأسف لقرار الولايات المتحدة الانسحاب من اتفاق باريس، مشددين في الوقت ذاته على عدم إمكانية إعادة التفاوض على الاتفاق،...، وفي باريس، اعتبر ماكرون أن الرئيس الأمريكي ارتكب خطأ تاريخيا بالانسحاب من اتفاق باريس للمناخ... وفي وقت سابق أمس، قال المفوض الأوروبي للتحرك بشأن المناخ ميغيل أرياس كانيتي إن العالم "يمكنه أن يواصل التعويل على أوروبا لقيادة التصدي للاحتباس الحراري"، مبديا أسفه الكبير لـ"قرار إدارة ترامب الأحادي".) (الجزيرة نت 2017/6/2)، وهذا الشق والشرخ يشمل دول أوروبا الرئيسية، ولا تكاد تبتعد عنه إلا بريطانيا التي تتسلل كالأفعى، وكعادتها لمزيد من الالتصاق بأمريكا على أمل أن يكون لها مكانة أكثر أهمية في العالم.

- المشهد الأوروبي مقبل على مزيد من البروز للقيادة الألمانية على المستويين السياسي والاقتصادي، وما يشير إلى هذا ويؤكده هو تَصدُّر المسؤولين الألمان للرد على السياسات الأمريكية، وإعلان رغبة ألمانيا بنقل الخلاف مع الولايات المتحدة إلى العلن... وهذا إن توسع كثيراً فإنه سيخلخل أوروبا بشكل كبير، وقد يدفع في نهايته إلى تسلح سريع لألمانيا ومن العيار الثقيل.

وهذان الأمران يستحقان الوقوف عندهما بقوة لأن ما ينتج عنهما سيؤثر في نشوء مرحلة جديدة في السياسة الدولية ومن ثم الموقف الدولي.

رابعاً: ومن المؤلم أن هذه التغييرات الكبيرة التي تجري في العالم، وهذا المناخ الدولي الجديد، كله يأتي في ظل غياب دولة الإسلام، دولة الخلافة، فلا يستفيد المسلمون من هذا المناخ، ومن تلك التغييرات، بل ولا يزال حفنة من الحكام العملاء في بلاد المسلمين ساهرين لمنع الإسلام من البروز والتأثير في الحلبة الدولية، وأكثر من ذلك يسلمون طاقات الأمة الاقتصادية لإنقاذ أمريكا، بدل إهلاكها! ولكن هؤلاء وأسيادهم لن يطول وقوفهم ضد التيار، فالسوس ينخر سيدهم، وتيار الأمة الذي يشكله المخلصون ومعهم الملايين من المسلمين المندفعين لتحكيم شرع ربهم وإقامة دينهم بخلافةٍ على منهاج النبوة، هو تيار ثابت متصاعد سيؤتي أكله قريباً بإذن الله العزيز الحكيم القائل: ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا﴾.

Al-Arabiya published on its website on 6/27/2025: (4 informed sources said that President Donald Trump's administration discussed the possibility of helping Iran reach up to $30 billion to build a nuclear program to produce energy for civilian purposes... The sources added that these discussions continued this week after reaching a ceasefire agreement... Trump administration officials confirmed the presentation of several proposals, which are initial and advanced proposals with one fixed, non-negotiable clause: "Completely stop Iranian uranium enrichment"). Trump had announced the entry into force of the ceasefire he proposed between Iran and the Jewish entity (Netanyahu said he agreed to Trump's proposal... Reuters also quoted a senior Iranian official as saying that Tehran had agreed to the ceasefire through Qatari mediation and an American proposal. Al Jazeera, 6/24/2025). All of that happened after Trump's forces struck Iranian nuclear facilities on 6/22/2025, and after the Jewish entity launched a broad surprise aggression against Iran since 6/13/2025... So, the question here is why did the Jewish entity carry out this surprise aggression, which it only does by order of America? Then, isn't Iran moving in America's orbit, so how did America participate in striking Iranian nuclear facilities? Thank you.

The Answer:

To clarify the answer, we will review the following:

1- Yes, the Iranian nuclear program is considered a dire threat to the Jewish entity, so it wants to get rid of it by all means, and for that, it cheered for President Trump's withdrawal in 2018 from the 2015 agreement, and the Jewish entity's position was clear that it only accepts the Libyan model and Iran's dismantling of its nuclear program, meaning Iran abandoning its nuclear program completely... And it intensified its spies inside Iran for that... The Jewish entity's attack on its first day revealed an army of agents inside Iran monitoring and cooperating with the Jewish entity's intelligence agency "Mossad" for a few dirhams, so they import drone parts and assemble them in small workshops inside Iran and launch them at targets that include the homes of the Iranian regime's leaders in a scenario similar to what happened to Iran's party in Lebanon when the Jewish entity liquidated its leaders!

2- America's position was the main supporter of the Jewish entity, but rather it is the one moving them against the Iranian nuclear project, but Trump put on the table to achieve that: the negotiation solution and the military solution... Thus, America and Iran headed in April 2025 towards Muscat-Oman for negotiations, and the Trump administration was praising it for the depth of the concessions being made in the nuclear negotiations as if a new nuclear agreement was imminent... Trump had set a deadline of two months to complete this agreement, and Jewish entity officials were meeting with the American envoy to the region and the first negotiator for Iran, Witkov, almost once before each meeting with the Iranian delegation to inform him of what was happening in the negotiations...

3- The Trump administration adopted the hardline opinion of some of its figures, that opinion that is in line with the Jewish entity. This coincided with the emergence of hardline opinions in Europe as well, as European countries were annoyed that America was negotiating with Iran alone, meaning that America would get the lion's share of any agreement with Iran, especially since Iran was making the Trump administration's mouth water by talking about hundreds of billions of dollars that American companies could invest and benefit from inside Iran, such as oil and gas contracts, aviation companies, and much more. Those hardline opinions culminated in the emergence of a hardline report from the International Atomic Energy Agency: (For the first time in nearly 20 years, the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency announced on Thursday, June 12, 2025, that Iran violated its obligations in the field of preventing the spread of nuclear weapons... Deutsche Welle German, 6/12/2025), and the Iranian Supreme Leader had previously refused to stop enrichment: (Khamenei said: "Since negotiations are on the table, I want to send a warning to the other party. The American side, which is participating in these indirect negotiations and holding discussions, should not talk nonsense. Their saying 'We will not allow Iran to enrich uranium' is a serious mistake; Iran does not wait for the permission of this person or that"... Witkov, Trump's envoy to the Middle East, said on Sunday that Washington will not accept any level of uranium enrichment in a potential agreement with Tehran. Witkov added in an interview with ABC News: "We cannot allow even one percent of the enrichment capacity. Everything starts from our point of view with an agreement that does not include enrichment." In an interview with ABC, Trump indicated the possibility of US intervention to support Israel in eliminating the Iranian nuclear program... Arab 48, 6/16/2025).

7- America uses war as a tool to subjugate Iran, as in Trump's previous statement that (some battles are inevitable before reaching an agreement), and what confirms that is Trump's description of this attack as "The Israeli attack on Iran is excellent," and he said, "It gave the Iranians a chance and they did not exploit it and they received a very harsh blow, confirming that there is more in the future"... ABC American 6/13/2025). Trump said ("The Iranians" want to negotiate, but they should have done that before, I had 60 days, and they had 60 days, and on the 61st day I said we have no agreement"... CNN American, 6/16/2025). These statements are clear that America is the one that allowed the Jewish entity to launch this aggression, but rather instructed it to do so... Trump wrote on the "Truth Social" platform: ("Iran should have signed the "agreement on its nuclear program" that I asked them to sign..." And he added: "In short, Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. I have said that over and over again." RT, 6/16/2025). 9- Then, after these attacks by America and the Jewish entity and the Iranian responses, where the material losses were great in addition to the human losses: (A spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Health said that the Israeli strikes have resulted in the martyrdom of 610 people and the injury of 4746 others since the beginning of the conflict... According to the Israeli Ministry of Health... The death toll since June 13 has risen to 28 people... BBC News, 6/25/2025), after these attacks, Trump, as he started it by pushing the Jewish entity to attack Iran and he participated in it, is now returning to announce a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree, as if Trump is the one who is managing the war between the two parties and he is also the one who is stopping it! (Trump announced the entry into force of the ceasefire he proposed between Iran and the Jewish entity)... (Netanyahu said he agreed to Trump's proposal... Reuters also quoted a senior Iranian official as saying that Tehran had agreed to the ceasefire through Qatari mediation and an American proposal. Al Jazeera, 6/24/2025). This means that this war that Trump ignited and stopped was to achieve his goals of removing the effectiveness of nuclear and missile weapons from Iran (In a statement to reporters before leaving to attend the NATO summit in The Hague, Trump said ("Iran's nuclear capabilities are over and it will never rebuild its nuclear program," and continued, "Israel will not attack Iran... and the ceasefire is in effect." Al Jazeera, 6/24/2025).

10- As for Iran's orbiting of America, yes, Iran is a state that orbits America, so it seeks to achieve its interests by achieving America's interests. And with that, it helped America in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq and concentrating its occupation in it... Likewise, it intervened in Syria to protect America's agent, Bashar al-Assad, and the like in Yemen and Lebanon. And with that, it wants to achieve its interests in these countries and be a major regional power in the region, even if it means orbiting America! But it escaped them that if America sees that its interest in the satellite state has ended and wants to reduce its role and strength, then it puts diplomatic pressure on it, and if necessary militarily, as is happening with Iran in the recent attacks, in order to adjust the rhythm for the state that is orbiting... Accordingly, through this attack that was by its order and carried out by the Jewish entity and with its support, it is liquidating the military leadership, especially the nuclear section and the advisors who have tried in the recent period to have an opinion in dealing with the Jewish entity against America's wishes, and it does not care about these countries because it realizes that these countries will ultimately accept the solution that America makes!

11- This is what has begun to appear in a declared manner in the American plan after the ceasefire in order to end Iran's nuclear military weapons: (4 informed sources said that President Donald Trump's administration discussed the possibility of helping Iran reach up to $30 billion to build a nuclear program to produce energy for civilian purposes, and easing sanctions and releasing billions of dollars of restricted Iranian funds, all of that is part of an intensive effort to bring Tehran back to the negotiating table, according to CNN... The sources reported that key actors from the United States and the Middle East held talks with the Iranians behind the scenes even in the midst of the wave of military strikes on Iran and Israel over the past two weeks. The sources added that these discussions continued this week after reaching a ceasefire agreement... 12- Finally, the tragedy of this nation is in its rulers, as Iran is threatened with an attack on it, so it does not initiate an attack in defense of itself, and the attack is the best means of defense against the Jews, but rather remained silent until its facilities were struck and its scientists were killed, then began to respond, and so on for America's attack... Then Trump announces a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree... And after that, America is managing discussions and putting forward proposals, and says about "completely stopping Iranian uranium enrichment" that it is fixed and non-negotiable! And we warn that this war will lead to any peace with the Jewish entity, or the disarmament of Iran... As for the other rulers in the Muslim countries, especially those around the Jewish entity, the enemy's planes cross over their heads and bomb the Muslim countries and return reassured without firing a shot at them!! They are willingly at America's disposal... They interpret inaction and sanctify borders, and have forgotten or pretended to forget that the Muslim countries are one, whether they are at the farthest end of the earth or the nearest!
