التوتر المتصاعد بين أمريكا وكوريا الشمالية

السؤال:

يزداد التوتر تصاعداً بين أمريكا وكوريا الشمالية، وتجري أمريكا تدريبات عسكرية ضخمة في كوريا الجنوبية، وعلى وقع هذا التوتر أرسلت أمريكا مجموعة سفن حربية كبيرة بينها حاملة طائرات، فيما تحذر كوريا الشمالية من حرب نووية، ذكرت بي بي سي 2017/4/15 (حذرت كوريا الشمالية الولايات المتحدة من ارتكاب أية تصرفات استفزازية في المنطقة، قائلة إنها "مستعدة للرد بهجمات نووية".) فما حقيقة هذا التوتر؟ وهل يمكن أن تندلع حرب نووية بينهما؟ ثم ما هو موقف الصين والتوتر على حدودها خاصة وأن كوريا الشمالية محسوبة عليها؟

الجواب:

نعم، أخذ التوتر بالتصاعد بشكل كبير بين كوريا الشمالية وأمريكا بعد تسلم الرئيس ترامب مهام منصبه في أمريكا، وأصبحت مسألة التجارب الصاروخية لكوريا الشمالية مناسبات لتهديد أمريكا لكوريا الشمالية، وقد كان لافتاً أن تصاعد التوتر قد أخذ منحى أكثر حدةً بعد تولي إدارة ترامب في أمريكا، وكأن تلك الإدارة جاءت وعلى رأس أولوياتها القضاء على ما تسميه بـ"التهديد" الكوري الشمالي لمصالحها وحلفائها في آسيا، ومن المؤشرات على ذلك:

1- إن مسألة كوريا الشمالية في الاستراتيجية الأمريكية هي ليست مسألة قوة عسكرية معادية، لها نظامها الاشتراكي ولا تخضع للنظام العالمي الأمريكي فحسب، فحجم كوريا الشمالية الصغير وقوتها كذلك لا يضعها على رأس الأولوية الأمريكية إلا من باب أنها جزء من كلٍّ اسمه الصين، فأمريكا تنظر بخطورة كبيرة لتصاعد نمو الصين، وتدرس كافة الخيارات لتحجيم القوة الصينية، ومن هذه الخيارات توتير الأجواء على حدود الصين ومنها كوريا الشمالية. والذي يؤكد ذلك أن أمريكا وعلى عهد أوباما قد نشطت في بناء التحالفات حول الصين، فكانت علاقاتها تزيد بشكل ملحوظ مع الهند واليابان وفيتنام والفلبين بالإضافة إلى كوريا الجنوبية، وكانت تريد من هذه التحالفات أن تكون طوقاً حول الصين، يحد من اندفاع السياسة الصينية لاستثمار بحر الصين الجنوبي، وتعزيز طرق تجارتها الكبيرة مع العالم، فكان توتير أمريكا للأجواء مع كوريا الشمالية واحداً من التوترات الأخرى التي تثيرها أمريكا حول الصين، مثل نزاع الحدود بين الصين والهند، ومسائل الجزر بين الصين من جهة واليابان والفلبين وفيتنام وماليزيا من جهة أخرى. ولأجل الصين فقد رفعت أمريكا الكثير من القيود عن العسكرية اليابانية لتكون في مواجهة الصين. واليوم عندما تضع أمريكا مسألة "التهديد" هذه على رأس أولوياتها، فذلك لأنها جزء من استراتيجيتها ضد الصين... إن الضغوط الأمريكية على كوريا الشمالية ليست جديدة حتى وإن أخذت الآن منحىً أكثر سخونة... فقد بدأت هذه الاستراتيجية بأسلوب المباحثات الضاغطة، فمحادثات أمريكا مع كوريا الشمالية قد أثمرت سنة 1994 بوقف برنامج بيونغ يانغ النووي، وسنة 2008 أثمرت المحادثات في إطار السداسية بإغلاق مفاعل يونجبون، وسنة 2012 أثمرت بتعليق كوريا الشمالية لبرنامجها النووي وسماحها بدخول المفتشين، وفي كل المرات كانت كوريا الشمالية تعود لتنشيط برنامجها النووي بسبب عدم وفاء أمريكا بالتزاماتها بتقديم مفاعلات الماء الخفيف كبدائل أو التزويد بالوقود، أو إهانتها في المساعدات المقدمة إليها، فكانت أمريكا هي التي تدفع ببيونغ يانغ إلى العودة إلى مربع التوتر... ثم تبنت أمريكا أسلوباً جديداً سنة 2012 تقوم بموجبه بنقل 60% من قوتها البحرية إلى الشرق الأقصى، وهي تقوم بذلك ليس ضد كوريا الشمالية الصغيرة، ولكن من أجل تحجيم القوة الصينية، وما التوتر الحاصل اليوم إلا استكمالاً لهذا التحجيم.

2- أعلن وزير الخارجية تيلرسون بأن سياسة الصبر الاستراتيجي الأمريكي حيال كوريا الشمالية قد انتهت (وقال تيلرسون خلال مؤتمر صحفي مع نظيره الكوري الجنوبي يون بيونج-سيه في سول "دعوني أكن واضحا جدا. إن سياسة الصبر الاستراتيجي انتهت. نبحث مجموعة جديدة من الإجراءات الأمنية والدبلوماسية. جميع الاحتمالات مطروحة على الطاولة...") (رويترز، 2017/3/17)، ويعزز ذلك أيضاً أن أمريكا قد سادها بعض الاطمئنان بخصوص سوريا بعد إثبات قدرة تركيا على إجبار الثوار على تسليم مدينة حلب، أي أن انخفاض حدة الخطر للثورة السورية - كما تراها أمريكا - يمكّنها من الانتقال والتركيز على كوريا الشمالية، ومن ثم أصبحت مسألة كوريا الشمالية هي القضية رقم 1 على طاولة الرئيس ترامب، بعد أن كانت المسألة السورية تزاحم في الأولوية لدى إدارة أوباما، ولم تكن أمريكا قد فرغت بعد من إعداد خططها لمحيط الصين، فكانت تدرس خياراتها، وتجهز تحالفاتها. لذلك صار التوتير مع كوريا الشمالية هو النغمة المتعالية في واشنطن، وكان إعلان أمريكا نهاية سياسة الصبر الاستراتيجي مؤشراً لاحتمال جنوح واشنطن للحل العسكري مع كوريا الشمالية، وترتب على ذلك أن أعلنت أمريكا ردها على تجارب كوريا الشمالية العسكرية بخطوات وتصريحات عالية الاستفزاز، ومن ذلك:

أ- تهديد وزير الخارجية الأمريكي تيلرسون لكوريا الشمالية بالأسلحة النووية (هدد وزير الخارجية الأمريكي، ريكس تيلرسون، كوريا الشمالية باستخدام "الردع النووي" للدفاع عن كوريا الجنوبية واليابان، في أعنف رد على آخر تجربة صاروخية لبيونغ يانغ. وأصدر تيلرسون بيانا مشتركا مع نظيريه الكوري الجنوبي والياباني، أكد فيه أن الولايات المتحدة "عازمة" على الدفاع عن طوكيو وسيؤل حتى باستخدام "الردع النووي"...) (وكالة سبوتنيك الروسية، 2017/2/17).

ب- تهديد أمريكا بتزويد كوريا الجنوبية واليابان بالأسلحة النووية (وقد أعلن وزير الخارجية الأمريكي، ريكس تيلرسون، في وقت سابق من اليوم، أنه لا يستبعد حلاً ما، يمكن أن يؤدي إلى ظهور أسلحة نووية في كوريا الجنوبية واليابان. ولم يحدّد الوزير إن كان الحديث يدور عن نشر أسلحة نووية أمريكية في تلك المناطق، أم أن هذه الأسلحة ستكون من ملك كوريا الجنوبية واليابان...) (وكالة سبوتنيك الروسية، 2017/3/18).

ج- بلغة فيها من الاستفزاز ما فيها ذكَّر ترامب كوريا الشمالية بتعدد الأسلحة الأمريكية التي يمكن أن تضربها بها (وأوضح الرئيس الأمريكي أيضا أنه اتصل أمس بالرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ وطلب منه في مكالمة استغرقت ساعة أن يوصل إلى مسامع زعيم كوريا الشمالية كيم جونغ أون أن الولايات المتحدة ليس لديها حاملات طائرات فقط بل وغواصات نووية". وقال بشدة: "لا يمكن السماح لكوريا الشمالية أن تمتلك أسلحة نووية. ليس لديهم حتى الآن وسائط لإيصال الأسلحة النووية، لكنها ستتوفر لديهم...") روسيا اليوم، 2017/3/14 نقلاً عن صحيفة "wall street journal" الأمريكية).

د- وبسبب تصاعد التوتر مؤخرا بين الولايات المتحدة وكوريا الشمالية بعد إعلان بيونغ يانغ إجراء تجربة صاروخية جديدة والمخاوف من تحضيرها لتجربة نووية سادسة قامت الولايات المتحدة بإرسال قوة أمريكية كبيرة من مدمرات وحاملة طائرات بالقرب من كوريا الشمالية، (أكد متحدث باسم القيادة الأمريكية في المحيط الهادي أن حاملة الطائرات الأمريكية كارل فنسون وأسطولها الجوي بالإضافة لمدمرتين قاذفتين للصواريخ وطراد قاذف للصواريخ، اتجهت صوب شبه الجزيرة الكورية بعد أن كان من المفروض أن تتوقف في أستراليا، وبأنها وضعت تحت التصرف "كإجراء احتياطي". وأضاف المتحدث بأن التهديد الأول في المنطقة مصدره كوريا الشمالية بسبب برنامجها الصاروخي...) (فرانس24، 2017/4/9) وقد أكد نائب الرئيس الأمريكي مايك بنس السبت 2017/4/22 هذا الأمر، فقد قال للصحافيين في سيدني: (إن حاملة الطائرات "ستكون في بحر اليابان في غضون أيام، قبل نهاية الشهر الحالي" مع مدمرتين وطراد قاذف للصواريخ، وتابع "على النظام الكوري الشمالي ألا يخطئ، فالولايات المتحدة لديها من الموارد والموظفين والوجود في هذه المنطقة من العالم ما يسمح لها بالحفاظ على مصالحنا وعلى أمن هذه المصالح وأمن حلفائنا". وتوعد بنس عندها بـ"رد ساحق وفعال" على أي هجوم قد تشنه كوريا الشمالية، مؤكدا أن هذا البلد يشكل "التهديد الأخطر على السلام والأمن في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ".) (وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية (أ.ف.ب)، 2017/4/22).

ه- التدريبات العسكرية الكبيرة التي يجريها الجيش الأمريكي في كوريا الجنوبية، (بدأت قوات من كوريا الجنوبية والولايات المتحدة تدريبات عسكرية واسعة النطاق يوم الأربعاء والتي تجرى سنويا لاختبار استعدادهما الدفاعي في مواجهة تهديدات كوريا الشمالية،... تأتي التدريبات في ظل تصاعد التوتر عقب أحدث تجربة لإطلاق صاروخ باليستي أجرتها كوريا الشمالية في 12 من شباط/فبراير...) (رويترز، 2017/3/1). وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الجيش الأمريكي يمتلك قواعد عسكرية كبيرة في كوريا الجنوبية يرابط فيها 28500 جندي أمريكي، هم جزء من منظومة عسكرية في بلدان حوض الصين وجزر المحيط الهادي تضم أكثر من ربع مليون جندي، ناهيك عن القوة البحرية التي تجوب البحار.

3- وهكذا فإن ترامب يهدد كأن الحرب على الأبواب... غير أن هناك مؤشرات تدل على أن أمريكا لا تريد الحرب الآن، ومنها:

أ‌- هددت أمريكا وتوعدت وأظهرت جاهزيتها للرد القوي على أي تجربة جديدة لكوريا الشمالية، فردت كوريا الشمالية بعرض عسكري كبير 2017/4/15 ومشاهد بثها تلفزيون بيونغ يانغ أظهر قدرات كوريا الشمالية لإطلاق الصواريخ البالستية من الغواصات واحتمال كون بعض صواريخها عابرة للقارات، أي يمكنها أن تصل للأراضي الأمريكية، وعندها أضحت حقائق القوة هذه في كوريا الشمالية مأزقاً لأمريكا، فأمريكا تريد أن تخطط لحرب دون أن يلحق بها أذى معتبر، أو أن تطال الحرب أراضيها، ولما كشفت كوريا الشمالية حقيقة قوتها فقد أصبحت التهديدات الأمريكية في مأزق كبير لمصداقيتها، ولم تقف بيونغ يانغ عند حد ما أبرزته في العرض العسكري والبث التلفزيوني، وتحديداً قدرة غواصاتها على حمل الصواريخ البالستية وإطلاقها، بل ألحقت ذلك بتجربة صاروخية في 2017/4/16، وكأنها لصاروخ عابر للقارات، وهي وإن فشلت إلا أنها زادت من تحديها لأمريكا، فتبيَّن أن التهديدات الأمريكية لم تكن في محلها، وأن أمريكا غير قادرة الآن على تنفيذها، أي أن أمريكا ليست جاهزة بعد للحرب...

ب‌- حتى الآن لم يتم نشر نظام الدرع الصاروخي "ثاد" في كوريا الجنوبية وإنما يجري الإعداد لذلك مع أن الاتفاق عليه قد مضى عليه نحو سنة (أكدت مساعدة وزير الخارجية الأمريكية لشؤون شرق آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، سوزان تورنتون، أنه يتم نشر نظام الدرع الصاروخي "ثاد" في كوريا الجنوبية بحسب الخطة الموضوعة. والجدير بالذكر أن الأنظمة الصاروخية الأمريكية كان من المقرر نشرها في كوريا الجنوبية في حزيران/يونيو أو تموز/يوليو من العام الجاري، لكن الولايات المتحدة وكوريا الجنوبية، على ما يبدو، قررتا الإسراع بالعملية على خلفية التجارب الصاروخية لكوريا الشمالية. ويذكر، أن الاتفاق بين واشنطن وسيؤل على نشر أنظمة "ثاد" الصاروخية في كوريا الجنوبية تم التوصل إليه في تموز/يوليو عام 2016... وتثير الخطط لنشر صواريخ "ثاد" في شبه الجزيرة الكورية قلقا لدى روسيا والصين، فيما اعتبرت اليابان أنه من شأن ذلك أن يعزز أمن المنطقة...) ج- يستبعد أن تنخرط أمريكا في حرب ضد كوريا الشمالية قبل اكتمال المئة يوم المتفق عليها مع الرئيس الصيني لإنجاز اتفاق تجاري كبير يراجع مجمل العلاقات التجارية بين البلدين. فأمريكا تريد إظهار بعض الليونة بخصوص التجارة مع الصين، على عكس ما وعد به الرئيس ترامب أثناء حملته الانتخابية بفرض ضرائب بقيمة 45% على البضائع الصينية، أي تحاول إغراء الصين ودفعها لممارسة ضغط كبير على بيونغ يانغ، يكون مبرراً لها للتخلي عنها، وتركها وحيدة في مواجهة أمريكا وحلفائها، فهذا تُحقق به أمريكا غرضين:

الأول: لو نجح ذلك فإنه يحط من مكانة الصين بإظهار تخليها عن حلفائها، وفي إطار الحط من مكانة الصين أيضاً فإن تعليمات الرئيس ترامب بإجازة الضربة الصاروخية لسوريا 2017/4/7 قد جعلت أمريكا توقيتها أثناء استراحة عشاء بين ترامب والرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ في فلوريدا، ما اعتبره البعض إهانة للصين. فقد ذكرت العربية نت 2017/4/8 (ونقل الموقع عن الجنرال المتقاعد جاك كين، نائب رئيس هيئة أركان الجيش الأمريكي السابق، نقلا عن موقع فوكس نيوز قوله تعليقا على تصرف ترامب: "إنه يفعل ما يقوله... إنه يرسل رسالة إلى الصينيين") أي بخصوص عزمه شن الحرب ضد كوريا الشمالية، وأن على الصين الضغط على كوريا الشمالية والتخلي عنها، فإن فعلت كان التساهل معها ممكناً في الاتفاق التجاري...

الثاني: تريد أمريكا من محاولة إظهار الورقة الصينية ضد كوريا الشمالية بإكثار التصريحات الأمريكية حول توافق البلدين بخصوص الوضع الخطير في كوريا الشمالية، أن يكون ذلك تسريعاً لإنجاز الوفاق الأمريكي الروسي، فتجعل أمريكا الورقة الكورية ملعباً للسباق بين روسيا والصين! والإكثار من هذه التصريحات كان لافتاً للنظر... فقد قال مايك بنس نائب الرئيس الأمريكي في مؤتمر صحفي مع رئيس الوزراء الأسترالي مالكوم ترنبول: ("تحمسنا بالخطوات التي اتخذتها الصين حتى الآن"... وأشاد ترامب الأسبوع الماضي بالمساعي الصينية لكبح جماح التهديد الكوري الشمالي بعدما حذرت وسائل إعلام كورية شمالية الولايات المتحدة من ضربة وقائية مهولة...) (جريدة الحياة - سيدني رويترز، 2017/4/22).

د- تريد أمريكا أن تواجه كوريا الشمالية من موقع قوة يمكن أن يفت في عضض بيونغ يانغ، وهذا الموقع يتمثل بوضع روسيا عسكرياً بجانب أمريكا ضد بيونغ يانغ، وربما وضعها كرأس حربة كما في سوريا، إذ من شأن ذلك أن يربك كثيراً من حسابات كوريا الشمالية التي تظن أن روسيا ندٌّ لأمريكا. وخطة كيسنجر القديمة الجديدة هذه التي تمحورت حولها العقوبات الأمريكية على روسيا من إدارة أوباما، والإغراءات لروسيا من إدارة ترامب قد تأخرت أمريكا في إنجازها، وكانت المسألة الأهم، أي التحالف ضد كوريا الشمالية، في جدول أعمال وزير الخارجية الأمريكية تيلرسون في موسكو 2017/4/11، وهو ما أكدته لاحقاً مصادر لروسيا اليوم 2017/4/16 نقلاً عن صحيفة كوميرسانت الروسية ("أما بالنسبة إلى الولايات المتحدة، فوفق نتائج محادثات موسكو، يمكنها اعتبار مناقشة المشكلة الكورية نجاحاً لها. وبحسب مصادر الصحيفة، كانت هذه المسألة من أولويات زيارة تيلرسون إلى موسكو.") وإذا ما اندلعت الحرب الكورية قبل الاتفاق الأمريكي-الروسي فإن أمريكا يمكن أن تتكبد خسائر كبيرة. كما أن أمريكا تريد أن تجعل الصين تتأثر بتصعيد التهديد لتتدخل في وجه كوريا الشمالية خشية وقوع الحرب النووية...

4- لكل ذلك فأمريكا ليست جاهزة للحرب في كوريا الشمالية الآن، وليس لديها حلول أخرى مناسبة، وهي بانتظار أن تقوم الصين بالضغط، وتحاول تسريع ذلك، فتتزايد تصريحاتها بأن أمريكا مستعدة لحل المشكلة بمفردها، أي بدون الصين، وكأنها تهدد الصين بوجوب الانصياع لأمريكا والانخراط في الضغط على بيونغ يانغ لنزع أسلحتها النووية. وأمريكا كذلك بانتظار اتفاقها مع روسيا لتوريطها في حل المعضلة الكورية. وأمام هذه الشروط غير المكتملة للحرب فقد أخذت الولايات المتحدة تتراجع عن تهديداتها، رغم أن كوريا الشمالية لم تتراجع عن تجاربها الصاروخية والنووية، وتستمر بالتهديد بحرب شاملة تطال الأراضي الأمريكية، وتظهر عدم خشيتها من الحرب النووية، ودليل تخفيف لهجة أمريكا ما ورد مؤخراً من تصريحات: (نقلت وكالة "أسيوشيتد برس" عن مصدر عسكري أمريكي طلب عدم الكشف عن هويته، أنه لا تتوفر لدى واشنطن في الوقت الراهن أي نية حقيقية لضرب كوريا الشمالية، حتى لو استمرت الأخيرة في تجاربها النووية والصاروخية. وأضاف المصدر، أن خطط واشنطن لن تتغير إلا حين إقدام بيونغ يانغ على استهداف كوريا الجنوبية أو اليابان أو الولايات المتحدة، وأن القيادة الأمريكية المعنية أجمعت في الوقت الراهن على التروي وعدم التصعيد...) (روسيا اليوم، 2017/4/15)، وعملت أمريكا على المزيد من تخفيف التوتر الذي أوجدته هي بتهورها، فقد (أعلنت مساعدة وزير الخارجية الأمريكي بالوكالة لشؤون شرق آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، سوزان ثورنتون، أن بلادها لا تسعى للنزاع مع كوريا الشمالية أو تغيير نظامها. وقالت ثورنتون في مؤتمر صحفي: ("أعلنت الولايات المتحدة بوضوح بأنها تريد حل هذه المشكلة مع كوريا الشمالية من خلال نزع السلاح النووي سلميا في شبه الجزيرة الكورية، ونحن بالتأكيد لا نركز على النزاع أو تغيير النظام") (روسيا اليوم، 2017/4/17.) واعتبر مايك بنس نائب الرئيس الأمريكي (أنه لا يزال من الممكن نزع السلاح النووي في شبه الجزيرة الكورية سلماً، بفضل انخراط واشنطن الجديد مع بكين، وذلك رغم المخاوف المتنامية من إجراء كوريا الشمالية تجربة نووية جديدة قريباً، وأضاف بنس نرى بحق أنه إذا مارست الصين والدول الحليفة في المنطقة هذا الضغط فإن هناك فرصة لتحقيق الهدف التاريخي بجعل شبه الجزيرة الكورية خالية من السلاح النووي بالطرق السلمية...) جريدة الحياة - سيدني رويترز، 2017/4/22).

5- هذه هي حقيقة الموقف والتوتر في شبه الجزيرة الكورية الناتج عن التخطيط والتهور الأمريكيين، وتلك كانت أطرافه، وهذا هو الخط العام... ومع ذلك فإن الموقف قابل للاشتعال في أي لحظة، والتلويح بالحرب وربما خوضها يبقى بانتظار أن تكتمل شروطها خاصة بالاتفاق المرتقب بين أمريكا وروسيا، وإذا ما اتفقا فإن احتمالات التصعيد ستزيد، وإذا تأخر اتفاقهما كثيراً أو لم يعقد أصلاً فإن الوضع في شبه الجزيرة الكورية سيبقى على حالة متوسطة من التوتر بهدف استمرار الضغط على بيونغ يانغ لنزع سلاحها النووي... أما إذا ما تهورت الإدارة الأمريكية في تعاملها مع كوريا الشمالية فإن ورطتها فيها ستكون فظيعة... وهذه الإدارة لا تملك من الحنكة ما يكفي لتنفيذ استراتيجيات محكمة، فقد (حذر وزير الدفاع الأمريكي السابق ليون بانيتا من مغبة إقدام واشنطن على ضربة استباقية لكوريا الشمالية مشيرا إلى أن أي خطوة في هذا الاتجاه سوف تشعل حربا نووية تزهق أرواح الملايين، "وهذا هو" السبب الذي منع رؤساء الولايات المتحدة السابقين عن الضغط على زناد السلاح وضرب كوريا الشمالية، وأضاف: "على الإدارة الأمريكية أن تكون حذرة في انتقاء عباراتها وتفادي التصعيد، وأن تتوخى الحذر وألا تتخذ أي قرارات متسرعة"، مشيرا إلى "ضرورة التروي في انتظار ما ستتمكن الصين من تحقيقه في اتجاه التهدئة، لا سيما وأن واشنطن قد منحتها مؤخرا فرصة التدخل علّها تؤثر...) 6- وأما حقيقة موقف الصين، فهي تعي تماماً أنها المقصودة بشكل غير مباشر من إشعال أمريكا للتوتر ناهيك عن الحرب، لذلك تقوم بما في وسعها لنزع فتيل الاشتعال، فتدعو إلى التسوية السلمية للنزاع، وترفض الحلول العسكرية، وتجاهر برفضها لعسكرة شبه الجزيرة الكورية، ومن ذلك رفضها القاطع لنصب منظومة "ثاد" الأمريكية المضادة للصواريخ في كوريا الجنوبية، (وعبرت الخارجية الصينية عن معارضة بكين لنشر نظام ثاد، مطالبة في الوقت نفسه كوريا الشمالية والدول المجاورة لها بالامتناع عن ارتكاب أي أفعال تحريضية...) (الجزيرة نت، 17/4/2017)، ولكنها تتحسب للأسوأ، وتستعد هي الأخرى لاحتمال الحرب، وتحذر منها، فقال وزير الخارجية الصيني وانغ يي "إذا اندلعت الحرب فلن يكون هناك منتصر" (بي بي سي 2017/4/15). وأما الاستعداد العسكري الصيني، فقد ذكرت روسيا اليوم 2017/4/14 (كشفت وكالةUnited Press International الأمريكية أن القوات المسلحة الصينية تلقت أوامر مباشرة من القيادة العامة للجيش بالحفاظ على حالة التأهب القصوى في 5 مناطق عسكرية. وأفادت الوكالة استنادا لمركز حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية - غير الحكومي في هونغ كونغ بأن كتائب مدفعية في المناطق العسكرية شاندون وتشيتسزيان ويوننان أُمرت بالتحرك والتموضع على الشريط الحدودي مع كوريا الشمالية. ووفقا للمركز فإن حوالي 25 ألف عسكري من الجيش-47 المرابط غرب البلاد أُمروا بالاستعداد للتحرك مع آلياتهم الحربية إلى مسافات بعيدة باتجاه قاعدة حربية تقع بالقرب من الحدود الكورية الشمالية. كما أفادت وكالة إخبارية يابانية بأن السبب الكامن وراء تحريك قوات صينية نحو الحدود الكورية الشمالية هو قلق بكين من احتمال قيام واشنطن بضربة استباقية لـبيونغ يانغ على غرار سيناريو الهجوم الصاروخي الأمريكي الذي شنته على قاعدة الشعيرات العسكرية في سوريا.).

1- Yes, the Iranian nuclear program is considered a dire threat to the Jewish entity, so it wants to get rid of it by all means, and for that, it cheered for President Trump's withdrawal in 2018 from the 2015 agreement, and the Jewish entity's position was clear that it only accepts the Libyan model and Iran's dismantling of its nuclear program, meaning Iran abandoning its nuclear program completely... And it intensified its spies inside Iran for that... The Jewish entity's attack on its first day revealed an army of agents inside Iran monitoring and cooperating with the Jewish entity's intelligence agency "Mossad" for a few dirhams, so they import drone parts and assemble them in small workshops inside Iran and launch them at targets that include the homes of the Iranian regime's leaders in a scenario similar to what happened to Iran's party in Lebanon when the Jewish entity liquidated its leaders!

2- America's position was the main supporter of the Jewish entity, but rather it is the one moving them against the Iranian nuclear project, but Trump put on the table to achieve that: the negotiation solution and the military solution... ABC American 6/13/2025). Trump said ("The Iranians" want to negotiate, but they should have done that before, I had 60 days, and they had 60 days, and on the 61st day I said we have no agreement"... CNN American, 6/16/2025). These statements are clear that America is the one that allowed the Jewish entity to launch this aggression, but rather instructed it to do so... Trump wrote on the "Truth Social" platform: ("Iran should have signed the "agreement on its nuclear program" that I asked them to sign..." And he added: "In short, Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. 9- Then, after these attacks by America and the Jewish entity and the Iranian responses, where the material losses were great in addition to the human losses: (A spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Health said that the Israeli strikes have resulted in the martyrdom of 610 people and the injury of 4746 others since the beginning of the conflict... According to the Israeli Ministry of Health... The death toll since June 13 has risen to 28 people... BBC News, 6/25/2025), after these attacks, Trump, as he started it by pushing the Jewish entity to attack Iran and he participated in it, is now returning to announce a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree, as if Trump is the one who is managing the war between the two parties and he is also the one who is stopping it! 10- As for Iran's orbiting of America, yes, Iran is a state that orbits America, so it seeks to achieve its interests by achieving America's interests. And with that, it helped America in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq and concentrating its occupation in it... Likewise, it intervened in Syria to protect America's agent, Bashar al-Assad, and the like in Yemen and Lebanon. And with that, it wants to achieve its interests in these countries and be a major regional power in the region, even if it means orbiting America! But it escaped them that if America sees that its interest in the satellite state has ended and wants to reduce its role and strength, then it puts diplomatic pressure on it, and if necessary militarily, as is happening with Iran in the recent attacks, in order to adjust the rhythm for the state that is orbiting...
