فوز ترامب في الانتخابات الأمريكية!

السؤال:

هناك سؤال لم أجد له جواباً مقنعاً، وهو: كيف فاز ترامب على كلينتون بفارق كبير، علماً بأن استطلاعات الرأي التي سبقت الانتخابات 2016/11/8 كانت تدل على تقدم كلينتون على ترامب بفارق لافت للنظر؟ وكذلك فإن تصريحات ترامب خلال حملة الانتخابات كانت نارية على كل الجبهات: على أوروبا، والصين، والسعودية، والمسلمين بعامة، وحتى على كوريا... وكان هناك مدح في تصريحاته لروسيا وبشار... فهل يعني أن سياسة أمريكا ستتغير، وبخاصة في سوريا؟ ولك الشكر، وجزاك الله خيراً.

الجواب:

لكي ندرك واقع أجوبة الأسئلة أعلاه فلا بد من استعراض الأمور التالية:

1- إن قانون الانتخابات في أمريكا يخالف الوضع العادي الذي يتوقف على آراء الناس وقياس عدد الأصوات، بل لكل ولاية عدد من الأصوات في المجمع الانتخابي البالغ (538)، والمرشح الذي يفوز بأغلبية الأصوات في ولاية ما حتى ولو بـــ(1%)، فإنه يحوز جميع أصوات الولاية، فمثلاً إذا كانت ولاية سكانها (2 مليون) ولها (20) صوتاً في المجمع الانتخابي، فإذا فاز أحد المرشحين بنسبة أصوات المنتخبين، مثلاً (51%)، والآخر (49%)، فإن صاحب الــ(51%) يأخذ جميع الأصوات الـــ (20)، وليس فقط نسبة الأصوات التي فاز بها، أي ليس (51% * 20 = 10.2) أي نحو (11) صوتاً، والآخر (9) أصوات، بل يأخذ الـــ (20) كاملة.

وهكذا فقد يفوز أحد المرشحين بأكثر أصوات الناخبين ولكنه لا يفوز بأكثر أصوات المجمع الانتخابي، حيث إن هذا يتوقف على كثافة سكان الولاية، وعدد الأصوات المخصصة لها في المجمع الانتخابي، والنسبة التي يفوز فيها أحد المرشحين عن الآخر.

وأما استطلاعات الرأي فيغلب عليها أصوات الناس، وليس الأصوات في المجمع الانتخابي، ولذلك قد لا تتفق أكثرية أصوات الناس مع أكثرية أصوات المجمع الانتخابي كما بينا آنفاً، وهذا ما حدث فعلاً، فقد: (فازت كلينتون بأكثرية أصوات الناس: "60،556،142 بنسبة 47.6%"، في حين فازت بـــ "232" صوتاً من المجمع الانتخابي"... أما ترمب ففاز بنسبة أقل من أصوات الناس "60،116،240 بنسبة 47.3%"، ولكن فاز بأكثرية المجمع الانتخابي "306"..." (انتخابات الرئاسة الأمريكية 2016 - 8 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2016).

هذا من جانب، ومن جانب آخر فإن النفوذ المالي والسياسي والأمني الذي يصاحب المرشحين، والأعمال التي لا تراعي أية قيمة، بل كل مرشح يستنفد طاقته دون النظر للصالح منها والطالح... وكل هذا يؤثر في دفع الناخبين إلى اتجاه معين، فمثلاً تحريك قضية كلينتون (وكان جيمس كومي مدير مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي "أف بي آي" قد أعلن قبل حوالي 11 يوما من موعد الانتخابات عن تحقيق جديد بشأن استخدام كلينتون للبريد الإلكتروني...) (بي بي سي عربي، 2016/11/13م)، هذا التحريك كان له أثر في الانتخابات حتى إن كلينتون صرحت (إعلان جيمس كومي عن إعادة التحقيق في استخدامها لبريديها الخاص عندما كانت وزيرة للخارجية قبل أيام من الانتخابات كان له ضرر سياسي كبير على حملتها الانتخابية"، وأضافت: "أن شكوك كومي كان لا أساس لها من الصحة، وقد أعلن أنه لم يجد شيئاً لإدانتي، إلا أن ذلك كان له أثر سلبي على نتائج الانتخابات"...) (بي بي سي عربي، 2016/11/13م). ثم إن الجمهوريين كانوا يهيئون الأجواء إلى أن أمريكا بحاجة إلى التغيير لإنقاذها بسبب ما يثيرونه من هبوط مستواها الدولي في ظل حكم الديمقراطيين، فمثلا الجمهوري ديك تشيني نائب الرئيس الأمريكي السابق في كتاب كتبه هو وابنته ليز تشيني مسؤولة سابقة بوزارة الخارجية تحت عنوان (استثناء: لماذا يحتاج العالم إلى أمريكا قوية) نشرت منه مقتطفات في شهر نيسان الماضي (رويترز 2016/4/8) وصدر في شهر أيلول قبل شهرين من الانتخابات يقول فيه: "للأسف في الوقت الذي نواجه فيه الخطر الواضح والقائم لتهديد إرهابي متزايد بصورة سريعة أضعف الرئيس أوباما قوتنا بشكل كبير وتخلى عن حلفاء أمريكا وجرأ أعداءنا" هذا بالإضافة للأوساط المالية، والتأثيرات السياسية المخابراتية، والقوى الخفية لكل من المرشحين! ثم استغلال اللوبي اليهودي لنيل أصواتهم، فقد ذكر في مقابلة له مع موقع يهودي "إسرائيل اليوم" نشرت يوم 2016/5/11 أن "حبه لليهود ولكيانهم كان منذ وقت طويل جدا". وقال: "إننا سنحمي إسرائيل وعليكم ألا تنسوا أن إسرائيل معقل الأمل العظيم لنا في المنطقة، لذلك فإن إسرائيل مهمة جدا". ووعد بنقل سفارة أمريكا من تل أبيب إلى القدس...

2- إن الحملات الانتخابية في الدول الرأسمالية وبخاصة أمريكا، هي حملات "نشر الغسيل" لكل من المرشحين، فلا يتورعون عن الفضائح، والشتائم، والسباب، والبحث عن كل أخطاء أو خطايا للمرشحين... غير أن هذه المرة فاقت ما سبق فقد دلت بوضوح على هبوط مستوى المرشحين وسقوط خطابهم، وقد سادتها الاتهامات الشخصية وتناول الأعراض، ولم يظهر أن لديهم أفكارا وحلولا ناجعة لمشاكل أمريكا المتفاقمة. وصار ترجيح كثير من الأمريكيين بين من هو سيئ ومن هو أسوأ، وهذا يشير إلى انحدار أمريكا نحو الأسفل مع تفاقم مشاكلها وأزماتها الداخلية والاقتصادية وزيادة الانقسامات في المجتمع الأمريكي وقد عمقتها تصريحات ترامب... لقد وصف كولن باول عضو الحزب الجمهوري ووزير الخارجية الأمريكي الأسبق مرشح حزبه ترامب بأنه (عار وطني وشخص منبوذ دولياً...) (بي بي سي عربي، 2016/9/14)، وأما هيلاري كلينتون فقد اعتبرها البعض بأنها مهملة ولا تصلح لرئاسة الجمهورية، ودليل ذلك استعمالها بريدها الخاص لإرسال معلومات سرية أثناء عملها كوزيرة خارجية. وكان مكتب التحقيقات الفديرالي "أف بي آي" قد استجوب مرشحة الرئاسة الأمريكية، هيلاري كلينتون (بشأن بريدها الإلكتروني، عندما كانت وزيرة للخارجية... وتنظر وزارة العدل فيما إذا كان هذا الإهمال يشكل جريمة...) (بي بي سي عربي، 2016/7/2)، فكل ذلك يدل على الانحطاط الذي بدأت تنحدر إليه أمريكا، فعندما لم تجد غير هذين المرشحين وهما أفضل ما لديها فإن ذلك يدل على السقوط القادم لأمريكا... هذا من حيث ما تتميز به التصريحات الانتخابية من "نشر الغسيل"...

أما من حيث مصداقية تنفيذ هذه التصريحات فهي تكاد تخلو من أي مصداقية ذات شأن إلا بمقدار تناسُبِها مع عنجهية الأسلوب الجمهوري، وخداع الأسلوب الديمقراطي... وهكذا فلا تؤخذ التصريحات الانتخابية مقياساً حقيقياً للسياسة التنفيذية للمرشح بعد انتخابه... وهذا مشاهد محسوس فقد ملأ أوباما حملته الانتخابية صراخاً بأنه سيغلق سجن غوانتينامو وهو الآن باق على حاله في الوقت الذي انتهت مرحلتا أوباما الانتخابيتان! وحتى ترامب نفسه فقد بدأ يتلاعب بتصريحاته:

- دعا ترامب في كانون الأول 2015 إلى "حظر كامل وشامل على دخول المسلمين أمريكا واعتماد بطاقة خاصة بهم لذكر ديانتهم وتخصيص قاعدة بيانات لهم ودعا إلى مراقبة المساجد"... (بي بي سي، 2015/12/7)، ولكنه قال بعد ذلك عن وعده (إنه مجرد اقتراح ليس أكثر...) (الجزيرة، 2016/11/11) ولكن سيبقى يستعمل أسلوب التهديد للمسلمين والتضييق عليهم وإن لم ينفذ كلامه.

- في الملف النووي الإيراني صرح بأنه سوف يلغي الاتفاق وليس من المتوقع أن يفعل ذلك وإنما سيظهر التشدد تجاهها لخداع الناس بأنه ضد إيران وهو يدرك أنها تدور في فلك أمريكا وتنفذ سياساتها. مما يدل على أنه يتناقض مع نفسه في تصريحاته أو أنه يتعمد التناقض ليخيف الطرف المقابل وليوهم الأمريكيين ويدغدغ مشاعرهم بأنه سيفعل لهم شيئا لم يفعله الأوائل. وكأن ذلك أسلوب يتخذه للتضليل حتى يغطي على عيوب أمريكا وعدم قدرتها على تنفيذه.

- (قال الرئيس الأمريكي المنتخب دونالد ترامب في مقابلة مع شبكة سي بي أس إنه سيقوم بترحيل نحو ثلاثة ملايين مهاجر غير شرعي من البلاد... وأضاف ترامب في المقابلة: "ما سنفعله، هو أن نرحل الأشخاص الذين لديهم سجل إجرامي، أعضاء العصابات، مهربي المخدرات، ربما يكونون مليوني شخص أو ثلاثة ملايين، سوف نخرجهم من بلادنا أو نضعهم في السجن... لكننا سنخرجهم من بلادنا، إنهم موجودون هنا بشكل غير شرعي"... وتابع الرئيس الجمهوري قوله إنه بعد "تأمين" الحدود، سيبدأ مسؤولو الهجرة في اتخاذ القرارات بشأن المهاجرين غير المسجلين في الولايات المتحدة... وعن قضية بناء حائط بين الولايات المتحدة والمكسيك، قال ترامب إن الجدار الذي يعتزم بناءه على الحدود قد لا يبنى بكامله من الحجارة وقد يشمل أجزاء تقتصر على سياج، موضحا "ربما يشمل بعض التسييج... في بعض المناطق من الأنسب بناء جدار، أنا بارع في هذا العمل الذي يسمى البناء"...) (الحرة، 2016/11/13م)، وواضح أنه يتلاعب في تصريحاته فبعد أن قال بترحيل نحو ثلاثة ملايين عاد يفسر ويستثني، وحتى السياج عاد يفصل فيه بعضه حجارة وبعضه سياج... وهذا يؤكد أن أسلوبه هو التهديد والهجوم على الغير وهو على استعداد أن يتراجع.

- وقد سبق أن صرح ترامب بأن الحلف الأطلسي ("فقد جدواه"، ولفت إلى أن تدخل واشنطن إلى جانب حلفائها الأوروبيين إذا ما تعرضوا لعدوان روسي، رهن بالمساهمات المالية الأوروبية في ميزانية الحلف.) ("أ.ف.ب"... جريدة الخليج، 2016/11/11م)

وفي غضون ذلك قال الرئيس الأمريكي الحالي، باراك أوباما: (إن ترامب أبلغه أن سيظل "ملتزما بحلف ناتو قوي"...) (بي بي سي عربي، 2016/11/14م)

3- أما عن تغيير السياسة الأمريكية في القضايا الأساسية المتداولة في عهد الرئيس السابق فإن الخطوط العريضة من غير المتوقع أن تتغير، وإنما الأساليب هي التي يمكن أن تتغير، فالنظام الأمريكي تتحكم فيه مؤسسات مختلفة، ولكل منها صلاحيات تزيد أو تنقص، فمثلاً الرئيس وإدارته، والبنتاغون، والكونغرس، ومجلس الأمن القومي، والدوائر الأمنية... وهذه تؤثر في الاحتفاظ بالخطوط العريضة للسياسة الأمريكية شبه ثابتة مع الفارق في الأساليب، ولتوضيح ذلك أتناول موضوع سوريا الوارد في السؤال:

- أوباما كان يدعم بشار ولكنه لا يعلن ذلك صراحة بل يقول بشار لا مستقبل له في سوريا... بشار لا يُتفاوض معه... بشار لا مانع من التفاوض معه لكن لا وجود له في المرحلة الانتقالية... لا مانع من وجوده في المرحلة الانتقالية ولكن لا دور له في حكم سوريا بعد ذلك... وأخيراً قال لا مانع من أن يشارك في انتخابات الرئاسة!! وأما ترامب فقالها مرة واحدة بشار يحارب الإرهاب فهو عنصر فعال والأولوية للقضاء على الإرهاب وليس لبشار (وقالت صحيفة غارديان إن ترامب أكد مجددا أن تحالفا مع روسيا وسوريا لهزيمة تنظيم الدولة هو السياسة التي يفضلها للتعامل مع الأزمة السورية. ونقلت عن ترامب قوله لصحيفة وول ستريت جورنال إنه لا يحب الأسد مطلقا، "لكن تعزيز نظامه هو الطريق الأفضل للقضاء على التطرف الذي ازدهر في فوضى الحرب الأهلية والذي يهدد أمريكا"...) (الجزيرة، 2016/11/13م)، وكان قد عبر ترامب عن رأيه في الأزمة السورية في مقابلة نشرتها نيويورك تايمز في تموز الماضي قائلا "أعتقد أن علينا أولا التخلص من داعش قبل التخلص من الأسد". أما ما وعد به في حملته الانتخابية بإرسال عشرات الآلاف من الجنود إلى سوريا والعراق لمحاربة تنظيم الدولة وذكر أنه سيرسل معهم كذلك قوات الناتو... فقد نقلت وكالات الأنباء يوم 2016/11/4 تصريحات ترامب التي قال فيها: (سوف نستخدم القوة العسكرية فقط في الحالات التي يكون فيها الأمر حيويا من وجهة نظر ضمان أمن الولايات المتحدة القومي...)، فهذا يقوله كل رئيس أمريكي، السابق واللاحق، ولا يتورعون عن العدوان الوحشي على أي يلد بحجة الأمن القومي حتى وإن غُلِّفت بالكذب الصراح!.

- وكذلك فأوباما كان يمنع الأسلحة الفعالة عن المعارضة معللاً ذلك خشية وقوعها في يد الإرهابيين... وترامب يقول بمنع الأسلحة عن المعارضة قولاً واحداً ولا يهمه إن وقعت مع المعارضة أو لم تقع (قالت صحيفة غارديان إن ترامب عبّر عن عزمه إنهاء الدعم الأمريكي للمعارضة السورية المسلحة رغم طلبها المساعدة منه...) (الجزيرة، 2016/11/13م)...

- وأيضاً أوباما يُقصي أوروبا عن الأزمة السورية فيُقصيها من لوزان ولكنه في اليوم التالي يراضيها باجتماع لا يسمن ولا يغني من جوع... وترامب لا يعنيه ترضية أوروبا بل يصيح في وجه أوروبا كأنها لا شيء! ولا يعبأ بردود فعلهم على شدتها (...فالرئيس الفرنسي أولاند يقول في حق ترامب: "أشعر بالتقيؤ منه" ووصفه وزير خارجية بريطانيا بوريس جونسون بأنه "مختل تماما" وقال رئيس الوزراء الإيطالي رينزي في حق ترامب إنه "يبث سياسة الخوف" وقال رئيس البرلمان الأوروبي مارتن شولتز "إن ترامب مشكلة للعالم وليس فقط للاتحاد الأوروبي"...) (جريدة الشرق الأوسط، 2016/11/11). وخاطبت وزيرة الدفاع الألمانية فون دير لاين ترامب من خلال تلفزيون زد. دي. إف الألماني يوم 2016/11/11 رداً على تصريح ترامب عن أن تدخل واشنطن إلى جانب حلفائها الأوروبيين إذا ما تعرضوا لعدوان روسي، رهن بالمساهمات المالية الأوروبية في ميزانية الحلف قائلة: (لا يمكنك أن تقول إن الماضي لا يهم وإن القيم المشتركة غير مهمة وتحاول بدلا من ذلك أن تكسب أموالا من الحلف بقدر ما تستطيع... إن حلف شمال الأطلسي ليس مشروعا تجاريا، ليس شركة...) (رويترز، 2016/11/10)

- وأوباما يعتمد على روسيا في هجماته الوحشية على سوريا ولكنه يصرح ضد الهجمات الوحشية الروسية...! وذلك من باب المراوغة والخداع للمعارضة... وترامب يعتمد على روسيا جهاراً نهاراً ويثني على بوتين بل يقدمه على رئيسه أوباما وعلى منافسته كلينتون! فيقول عن بوتين "لقد كان قائدا أكثر بكثير من رئيسنا"...) (بي بي سي عربي، 2016/11/14م)... (وأضاف ترامب أن بوتين أذكى من كلينتون وقد هزمها في سوريا...) (سكاي نيوز عربية، 2016/10/20). وهكذا فإن أوباما وترامب كلاهما يتعاملان مع روسيا لخدمة مصالح أمريكا مع اختلاف الأساليب يساعدهم في ذلك ما لدى روسيا من عقدة نقص في أن تصبح دولة أوروبية أو غربية وأن ترجع دولة عظمى وتعيد أمجادها على عهد الاتحاد السوفياتي. وقد ضج البرلمان الروسي بالتصفيق بعد أن أعلن عن فوز ترامب مما يؤكد شدة الغباء الروسي!

من كل ذلك يتبين بأن الخطوط العريضة في السياسة الأمريكية لا تختلف بين الحزب الجمهوري وبين الحزب الديمقراطي وإنما الأساليب تختلف.

4- أما سبب ذلك فيرجع إلى خلفية نشوء الحزبين فالحزب الجمهوري لا يهمه كثيراً الظهور بلبوس الديمقراطية التي بها يتشدقون بل يغلب عليه سلوك رعاة البقر المشبع بالعنجهية وهو قد نشأ من هذا الوسط ولا زالت تغلب عليه... وثقافة رعاة البقر تميل إلى الشخص الذي يظهر القوة ويقوم بضرب هذا وقتل ذاك، ويفجر هنا وهناك، وينهب هذا ويسرق ذاك ولا أحد يستطيع أن يعترض أو يتحداه فعليه أن يسكت ويخضع، ولا تهمهم الجرائم من قتل الناس الأبرياء، فهي سائدة في بلادهم، ويحبون حمل السلاح واستعماله حسب الأهواء. وكان مجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي رفض الاثنين اقتراحاً للحزب الديمقراطي يسمح بتوسيع التحريات عن التاريخ الإجرامي والنفسي للراغبين في شراء أسلحة فردية... (وصوت الجمهوريون الاثنين 2016/6/20 ضد هذا الإجراء الذي يحاول الديمقراطيون تمريره منذ سنوات، وكانت نتيجة التصويت 44 صوتاً داعماً للاقتراح مقابل 56 صوتاً معارضاً...) (روسيا اليوم، 2016/6/21). وهكذا فإن الجمهوريين لا يهمهم تنظيم حيازة السلاح بسبب سيطرة لوبي منتجي وتجار السلاح على الجمهوريين... من هذا المنطلق يأتي أسلوب ترامب فهو أسلوب الرجل الذي يظهر كأنه قوي وأن بلاده قوية ليستعيد هيبتها بالتهديدات والابتزاز سواء نفذها أم لم ينفذها و تراجع عنها ولجأ إلى أسلوب آخر، فهو كما قال "أريد أن أكون شخصا لا يمكن التنبؤ بمواقفه" (رويترز، 2016/11/10) فسوف يعمد إلى إخافة الآخرين ليجعلهم يقبلون بسياسة أمريكا أو يخضعون لها أو يخشون معارضتها، ولهذا جاءت تصريحاته تَخبِط في الجهات الأربع! فقد كان واضحاً حقده على الإسلام والمسلمين... ونزل في ساحة الصين... ولم يسلم منه أتباعه في كوريا الجنوبية والسعودية وإيران... وهاجم أوروبا بقوة بشكل استفزازي وكأنه يتعمد ذلك! هذا من حيث أسلوب العنجهية... وسيستعمل كذلك أسلوب التجار المحتالين حيث سيعمل على ابتزاز الدول الأخرى ويريد أن يربح ويجعل الآخرين يدفعون التكاليف وزيادة لأمريكا، ولذلك جاء في تصريحاته:

- (إن السعودية دولة ثرية وعليها أن تدفع المال لقاء ما تحصل عليه منا سياسيا وأمنيا. وقال: السعودية ستكون في ورطة كبيرة قريبا، وستحتاج لمساعدتنا، لولانا لما وجدت وما كان لها أن تبقى...) (تلفزيون إن بي سي الأمريكي، 2016/8/19) وذلك في خطوة ليبتزها ويأخذ كافة إيداعاتها الموجودة في أمريكا، سيما وأن الكونغرس أقر قانونا أطلق عليه الجاستا يرغم السعودية بدفع تعويضات للأمريكيين عن أحداث 9/11 عام 2001 في مركزي التجارة العالمي بنيويورك.

- ذكر ترامب أثناء حملته أنه يرغب بسحب القوات الأمريكية المتمركزة في كوريا الجنوبية ما لم تدفع الأخيرة حصة أكبر من تكلفة نشر هذه القوات التي يبلغ تعدادها 28500 جندي أمريكي في إطار الدفاع المشترك ضد كوريا الشمالية.

- وطلب من أوروبا أن تدفع أكثر في ميزانية حلف الأطلسي، وقال بأن الحلف الأطلسي ("فقد جدواه"، ولفت إلى أن تدخل واشنطن إلى جانب حلفائها الأوروبيين إذا ما تعرضوا لعدوان روسي، رهن بالمساهمات المالية الأوروبية في ميزانية الحلف.) ("أ.ف.ب"... جريدة الخليج، 2016/11/11م)

- وحول المناخ قال (إن القيود البيئية على الشركات يجعلها أقل قدرة على المنافسة في السوق العالمية ووصف تغير المناخ بأنه خدعة)، وهكذا يتبين مدى الابتزاز المالي الذي يسعى له ترامب حتى مع عملائه وأتباعه!

5- وأما الحزب الديمقراطي فيغلب عليه الخداع والظهور بلبوس الديمقراطية الزائفة وتقليد الأسلوب الإنجليزي فيقدم السم بغلاف من الدسم الزائف فيقتلك وهو يبتسم، في حين إن الحزب الجمهوري يقدم السم خالصاً فيقتلك وهو يضغط على أسنانه... ولذلك فإن الرؤساء الديمقراطيين أقدر على الخديعة وكسب ود المغفلين، في حين إن الرؤساء الجمهوريين لا يخدعون أحداً لأن عداوتهم سافرة معلنة، ويمكن ملاحظة ذلك عند استعراض رؤية الناس لأمثلة من التاريخ غير البعيد للرؤساء من الطرفين؛ فريغان ونكسون وبوش الأب والابن من الحزب الجمهوري وعنجهيتهم وخاصة تجاه الإسلام والمسلمين بشكل استفزازي عدواني مكشوف وأنيابهم بارزة... وكندي وكارتر وكلينتون وأوباما من الحزب الديمقراطي وخبثهم وخداعهم وكيدهم للإسلام والمسلمين وابتسامتهم ظاهرة... فبوش يقول بالحرب الصليبية وأوباما يستشهد في القاهرة بآية قرآنية... والاثنان يكيدان للإسلام كيداً...! ولهذا فكما قلنا آنفاً: "ولذلك فإن الرؤساء الديمقراطيين أقدر على الخديعة وكسب ود المغفلين، في حين إن الرؤساء الجمهوريين لا يخدعون أحداً لأن عداوتهم سافرة معلنة".

6- وحتى في شعار الحزبين فهناك فارق في الدلالة يناسب ما قلناه فمنذ أن نشر رسام الكاريكاتير الأمريكي - الألماني الأصل - توماس ناست في (1870، و 1874) رسماً في مجلة هاربر أظهر فيه صورة حمار يرتدي هيئة أسد لتخويف مجموعة من الحيوانات، من بينها فيل ضخم هائج يحطم ما حوله... ثم أصبح الحمار شعار الحزب الديمقراطي، والفيل شعار الحزب الجمهوري، وهذان الشعاران يعكسان صورة الحزبين، فخلال حملة انتخابات عام 2008 انتشرت صورتان يظهر في الأولى حمار يجسد شعار الحزب الديمقراطي، تمتطيه امرأة بفستان أصفر وترمز إلى هيلاري كلينتون، وخلفها شاب أسمر اللون يرمز إلى باراك أوباما، وأخذ كل واحد منهما يقدم للحمار جزرة مربوطة في طرف عصا طويلة، وهو ما شكل حينها تعبيرا انتخابيا عن استراتيجية الحزب الديمقراطي المرتكزة على "الترغيب والترهيب". وفي المقابل، ظهرت صورة أخرى في نفس الحملة يبرز فيها مرشحان اثنان أيضا، في إشارة حينها إلى جون ماكين وميترومني - من الحزب الجمهوري - يمتطيان فيلا (يمثل شعار الحزب) وأخذ كل منهما يضربه بعصا غليظة ترمز إلى السياسة المحافظة للجمهوريين التي تعتمد على "الحزم والقوة".

وهكذا فليست تصرفات ترامب بدعاً من تصرفات مرشحي الحزب الجمهوري إلا بقدر الخصائص الشخصية التي تميز شخصاً عن آخر ولكن تبقى الخصائص العامة للحزب الجمهوري تكاد تنطبق على جميع مرشحي الحزب باستثناء الخصائص الشخصية كما ذكرت آنفاً.

والخلاصة:

أ- إن الخطوط العريضة للسياسة الأمريكية التي تقررت في عهد الرئيس السابق لا تتغير تغيراً ذا شأن، وخاصة تجاه الإسلام والمسلمين، وبصورة أخص تجاه الأزمة السورية، سواء أكان الرئيس جمهورياً أم ديمقراطياً، وذلك لأن السياسة الأمريكية تقررها مؤسسات لكل منها شيء من التأثير يزيد أو ينقص...

ب- إن التصريحات الانتخابية ليست مقياساً للتنفيذ العملي للعلاقات الدولية، أو لحلول المشاكل الخارجية...

ج- وسوف تستمر أمريكا في استخدام روسيا في حربها على المسلمين الذين ثاروا على نظامها وأنظمتها، وكذلك في استخدامها لمجابهة أوروبا، لأنها تريد أن تحد من تمرد الأوروبيين عليها وهم الإخوة الصغار كما تعتبرهم وهي الأخ الكبير، وتوقف تشويشهم على مشاريعها وسياساتها وفي مناطق نفوذها، وعملهم المستقل خارج إرادتها ومظلتها ومحاولتهم تشكيل قوة سياسية واقتصادية وعسكرية مستقلة.

د- ومن أساليب الإدارة الجديدة التهديد والتهكم والهجوم على الذين تحسبهم أعداء، وكذلك ممارسة الغطرسة والعنجهية. ولذلك فإن خير أسلوب للدول الأخرى التي تحترم نفسها ألا تنصاع ولا تخضع لضغوطاتها ولا تخشى تهديداتها فكلها زوبعة في فنجان، بل عليها أن تمضي في تحديها لأمريكا ومجابهتها والعمل على إخراجها من المنطقة. لأنها وهي في بلوغها الذروة على عهد بوش الابن عندما شكلت فرنسا محوراً مع دول أخرى لمعارضة أمريكا استطاعت أن تؤثر فيها، فكيف اليوم وهي في انحدار إلى الأسفل؟!

هـ- يبدو أن الإدارة الأمريكية برئاسة ترامب سوف تستخدم أسلوب الابتزاز كما بدى منه لإرغام الدول على الدفع، فما بقي لها غير هذه الحيلة. وفي هذه الحالة يجب على الدول الأخرى أن لا تخضع لابتزازها وتثير عليها الرأي العام.

و- وأما شعوب الأمة الإسلامية الثائرة وهي الشوكة الكبرى والصلبة في حلق أمريكا والتي تؤرق مضجعها ولا تتركها تنام بهدوء فعليها مواصلة ثورتها وكفاحها، وهي منتصرة بإذن الله على أمريكا وعلى كافة القوى الاستعمارية، وقد مرَّغت أنفها في رمال العراق وثرى أفغانستان... ولتعلم أن أمريكا أوهن من بيت العنكبوت وقد اهترأت وتآكلت وهي تهوي نحو السقوط، ولكن على الأمة أن تحذر عملاء أمريكا والأتباع والأشياع فهم المداخل لأمريكا في بلاد المسلمين... وأن تتوجه الأمة نحو المخلصين الواعين الذين سيقودونها بإذن الله إلى النجاة والتحرير والسؤدد، فتعود كما كانت ممسكة للمجد من ركنيه: ﴿كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ﴾، و«... ثُمَّ تَكُونُ جَبْرِيَّةً، فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ» أخرجه أبو داود الطيالسي... وما ذلك على الله بعزيز.

All of that happened after Trump's forces struck Iranian nuclear facilities on 6/22/2025, and after the Jewish entity launched a broad surprise aggression against Iran since 6/13/2025... So, the question here is why did the Jewish entity carry out this surprise aggression, which it only does by order of America? Then, isn't Iran moving in America's orbit, so how did America participate in striking Iranian nuclear facilities? Thank you.

To clarify the answer, we will review the following:

1- Yes, the Iranian nuclear program is considered a dire threat to the Jewish entity, so it wants to get rid of it by all means, and for that, it cheered for President Trump's withdrawal in 2018 from the 2015 agreement, and the Jewish entity's position was clear that it only accepts the Libyan model and Iran's dismantling of its nuclear program, meaning Iran abandoning its nuclear program completely... And it intensified its spies inside Iran for that... The Jewish entity's attack on its first day revealed an army of agents inside Iran monitoring and cooperating with the Jewish entity's intelligence agency "Mossad" for a few dirhams, so they import drone parts and assemble them in small workshops inside Iran and launch them at targets that include the homes of the Iranian regime's leaders in a scenario similar to what happened to Iran's party in Lebanon when the Jewish entity liquidated its leaders!

2- America's position was the main supporter of the Jewish entity, but rather it is the one moving them against the Iranian nuclear project, but Trump put on the table to achieve that: the negotiation solution and the military solution... Thus, America and Iran headed in April 2025 towards Muscat-Oman for negotiations, and the Trump administration was praising it for the depth of the concessions being made in the nuclear negotiations as if a new nuclear agreement was imminent... Those hardline opinions culminated in the emergence of a hardline report from the International Atomic Energy Agency: (For the first time in nearly 20 years, the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency announced on Thursday, June 12, 2025, that Iran violated its obligations in the field of preventing the spread of nuclear weapons... 7- America uses war as a tool to subjugate Iran, as in Trump's previous statement that (some battles are inevitable before reaching an agreement), and what confirms that is Trump's description of this attack as "The Israeli attack on Iran is excellent," and he said, "It gave the Iranians a chance and they did not exploit it and they received a very harsh blow, confirming that there is more in the future"... ABC American 6/13/2025). Trump said ("The Iranians" want to negotiate, but they should have done that before, I had 60 days, and they had 60 days, and on the 61st day I said we have no agreement"... CNN American, 6/16/2025). These statements are clear that America is the one that allowed the Jewish entity to launch this aggression, but rather instructed it to do so... Trump wrote on the "Truth Social" platform: ("Iran should have signed the "agreement on its nuclear program" that I asked them to sign..." And he added: "In short, Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. BBC, 6/22/2025) and then (CNN revealed on Monday evening that Iran attacked the American Al Udeid base in Qatar with short- and medium-range ballistic missiles, pointing out that the American military aircraft stationed at the air base were transferred at the end of last week... Reuters also said: "Iran informed the United States hours before launching attacks on Qatar and also informed Doha." Sky News Arabia, 6/23/2025) Trump said on Monday ("I would like to thank Iran for informing us in advance, which allowed no casualties." Sky News, 6/24/2025).

9- Then, after these attacks by America and the Jewish entity and the Iranian responses, where the material losses were great in addition to the human losses: (A spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Health said that the Israeli strikes have resulted in the martyrdom of 610 people and the injury of 4746 others since the beginning of the conflict... According to the Israeli Ministry of Health... The death toll since June 13 has risen to 28 people... BBC News, 6/25/2025), after these attacks, Trump, as he started it by pushing the Jewish entity to attack Iran and he participated in it, is now returning to announce a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree, as if Trump is the one who is managing the war between the two parties and he is also the one who is stopping it! (Trump announced the entry into force of the ceasefire he proposed between Iran and the Jewish entity)... (Netanyahu said he agreed to Trump's proposal... This means that this war that Trump ignited and stopped was to achieve his goals of removing the effectiveness of nuclear and missile weapons from Iran (In a statement to reporters before leaving to attend the NATO summit in The Hague, Trump said ("Iran's nuclear capabilities are over and it will never rebuild its nuclear program," and continued, "Israel will not attack Iran... and the ceasefire is in effect." 10- As for Iran's orbiting of America, yes, Iran is a state that orbits America, so it seeks to achieve its interests by achieving America's interests. And with that, it helped America in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq and concentrating its occupation in it... Likewise, it intervened in Syria to protect America's agent, Bashar al-Assad, and the like in Yemen and Lebanon. And with that, it wants to achieve its interests in these countries and be a major regional power in the region, even if it means orbiting America! But it escaped them that if America sees that its interest in the satellite state has ended and wants to reduce its role and strength, then it puts diplomatic pressure on it, and if necessary militarily, as is happening with Iran in the recent attacks, in order to adjust the rhythm for the state that is orbiting... 12- Finally, the tragedy of this nation is in its rulers, as Iran is threatened with an attack on it, so it does not initiate an attack in defense of itself, and the attack is the best means of defense against the Jews, but rather remained silent until its facilities were struck and its scientists were killed, then began to respond, and so on for America's attack... Then Trump announces a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree... And after that, America is managing discussions and putting forward proposals, and says about "completely stopping Iranian uranium enrichment" that it is fixed and non-negotiable! And we warn that this war will lead to any peace with the Jewish entity, or the disarmament of Iran... As for the other rulers in the Muslim countries, especially those around the Jewish entity, the enemy's planes cross over their heads and bomb the Muslim countries and return reassured without firing a shot at them!!
