جواب سؤال: هبوط الليرة التركية

جواب سؤال

هبوط الليرة التركية

  

السؤال: هوَتْ الليرة التركية في يوم واحد يوم 2018/8/10 بنسبة 14% بعد انخفاضها بنسبة أكثر من 21% منذُ بداية العام الجاري بشكل متواصل... وزاد الهبوطَ فرضُ أمريكا رسوماً جمركية على الصُّلب والألمنيوم المستورد من تركيا... وأيضاً إثارة مسألة احتجاز الراهب الأمريكي في تركيا منذ عام 2016، وطلب إطلاق سراحه... فما أسباب كل ذلك؟ ثم إلى أين تسير هذه الأزمة؟ وجزاك الله خيراً.

  

الجواب: حتى يتضح الجواب لا بُدَّ من تدبُّر الأمور التالية:

  

أولاً: أزمة الليرة وهبوطها المتواصل على فترات:

   

1- بدأ العمل بالليرة عام 1927 مقابل دولار واحد تقريباً، وذلك بعد القضاء على الخلافة وعلى نقدها المستند إلى الذهب والفضة... ثم بدأت قصة هبوط الليرة منذ عام 1933 فأصبح الدولار يساوي ليرتين... وتسارعت بعد ذلك سلسلة الهبوط إلى أن أصبح الدولار يساوي مليوناً و650 ألف ليرة عام 2001، وبلغ العجز في الاقتصاد التركي أشُدَّه مع ضغوطات صندوق النقد الدولي وبدأت حكومة أجاويد الموالي للإنجليز تترنَّح... فَجرَتْ انتخابات عام 2002 لينجح أردوغان وحزبه فيها ويشكِّل الحكومة بدعم أمريكي. واتَّخذت حكومته قراراً بإلغاء ستة أصفار ووافق عليه البرلمان وبدأت العمل به ابتداء من 2005/1/1، فأصبح الدولار يساوي 1,79 ليرة. ولكنَّ ذلك لم يستقرّ طويلاً، فمنذُ عام 2013 بدأت الليرة في السقوط مجدداً، وقد سجَّلت هبوطاً كبيراً خلال تسعة أشهر حتى بداية عام 2014 حيث فقدت من قيمتها 30%، ولم تتوقف حتى اليوم، وقد حاولت حكومة أردوغان الحدّ من الهبوط والمحافظة على الاستقرار ولكنَّها لم تستطع. وبدأت الليرة تسقط منذُ بداية العام بشكل لافت، حيث فقدت حتى منتصف العام 2018 نحو 21% من قيمتها بداية العام، أي خلال ستة أشهر...

   

2- بعد ذلك وفي 26 تموز/يوليو هذا العام ظهرت الأزمة على السطح بشكل مثير، وذلك عندما هدَّد كل من ترامب ونائبه مايك بنس بفرض عقوبات على تركيا إذا لم يتم إطلاق سراح برونسون على الفور... ثم بدأت الليرة بمزيد من الانخفاض في نهاية شهر تموز الماضي مقابل الدولار ليصبح 4,91 ليرات مقارنة بـ 4,76 ليرات قبل صدور قرار البنك المركزي التركي إبقاء سعر الفائدة الربوية عند 17,75% دون زيادة (أبقى المركزي التركي على أسعار الفائدة دون تغيير الثلاثاء مخالفاً التوقعات التي تنبأت برفعها بعد صعود التضخم لأعلى مستوى في 14 عاما... وأبقى البنك على سعر إعادة الشراء لأجل أسبوع عند 17.75%... وانخفضت الليرة التي خسرت نحو 20% من قيمتها منذُ بداية العام الجاري إلى 4.91% مقابل الدولار بعد القرار من 4.7605 قبله مباشرة... المصدر: سكاي نيوز عربي - الثلاثاء 24 تموز/يوليو 2018)

  

3- بعد ذلك كان إعلان قرار العقوبات في تغريدة لترامب على التويتر، ومن ثم تسارع هبوط الليرة التركية أمام الدولار... ولاحتواء الأزمة مع واشنطن، سارعت أنقرة إلى إرسال وفد برئاسة نائب وزير الخارجية التركي في 7 آب/أغسطس للتفاوض مع نظيره الأمريكي لبحث أزمة القس برونسون. ولكن التفاوض بين الطرفين لم يصل إلى نتيجة. وما إن بدأ الوفد التركي رحلة العودة إلى بلاده في 9 آب/أغسطس حتى صبَّ ترامب الزيت على النار في تغريدة له على حسابه بموقع التواصل الاجتماعي "تويتر"، الجمعة، في 10 آب/أغسطس بزيادة الرسوم على واردات الصُّلب والألمنيوم من تركيا، بحيث تصبح رسوم استيراد الألمنيوم 20 بالمئة والصُّلب 50 بالمئة، ومن ثم دفعت الليرة إلى الهبوط من جديد، فهبطت إلى مستوى قياسي جديد عند 7.24 ليرة للدولار في التعاملات المبكرة في آسيا والمحيط الهادي. وفقدت العملة التركية نحو 40 بالمائة من قيمتها منذُ بداية العام، فخلال الأسبوع الثاني وحده من آب/أغسطس، خسرت الليرة ما يعادل 20 بالمئة من قيمتها أمام الدولار. 4- وهكذا فإنَّ الأزمة المالية بين أمريكا وتركيا تبدو في ظاهرها وكأنها نتاج قضية القس برونسون، ورغبة الرئيس الأمريكي في إرضاء القطاع المسيحي الأصولي من قاعدته الانتخابية قبل شهور قليلة فقط على انتخابات الكونغرس النصفية. أما الحقيقة فهي أنَّ قضية القس برونسون استُخدمت من أجل التغطية على الأسباب الحقيقية لانهيار الليرة التركية وهي أزمة سياسية تُغذّيها الولايات المتحدة لضرب أوروبا كما نُبيِّنه... وذلك لأنَّ بوادر الأزمة كانت قائمة حتى قبل خلاف الأتراك مع الأمريكيين، وأنَّ الحكومة التركية قرَّبت موعد الانتخابات من تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2019 إلى حزيران/يونيو هذا العام، وذلك لاستباق أي تفاقم للأزمة ما قد يُؤثر على نتائج الانتخابات... وقد اعترف بذلك أردوغان نفسه قائلا "بفضل تقديم تاريخ الانتخابات سنستعد لآثار زلزال اقتصادي مُدمِّر وإلا لن نتمكن من الخروج من هذه الفترة دون تكبُّد الخسائر". (صفحة الأخبار التركية 2018/4/20) أي أنَّ تدهور قيمة الليرة كان قبل موضوع القس وقبل رفع الرسوم... وبخاصة، وأنَّ برونسون مسجون منذ عام 2016، لذا لا معنى لأنْ تلجأ أمريكا إلى فرض عقوبات على تركيا في هذا الوقت من أجل برونسون، خصوصاً عندما يُعرف مدى ضعف اهتمام الولايات المتحدة بالدين وحقوق الإنسان...

     

5- أما الأسباب الحقيقية خلف الانحدار الحثيث للعملة التركية فهو يعود لجملة من الأسباب أبرزها:

   

أ‌- حجم الاقتراض الكبير، سيما للقطاع الخاص، خلال السنوات العشر الأخيرة... إذ أعلنت الخزانة التركية في أيلول 2017 عن بلوغ إجمالي الديون الخارجية لتركيا 438 مليار دولار... وأنها تُخطِّط لدفع نحو 11 ملياراً لخدمة الديْن البالغ نحو 43 ملياراً خلال عام 2018: فأعلنت الخزانة التركية في بيان أصدرته يوم 2017/10/31 أنها ("تخطط لدفع 10,92 مليار دولار كجزء من المبلغ الذي يصل قرابة 43,1 مليار دولار لخدمة الدين في عام 2018"... وبلغت معدلات التضخم حديثاً إلى أعلى من 10%"... وكالة الأناضول 2017/10/31). وهكذا بدأت أجراس الخطر تدقّ بشدَّة، إلى أنْ أعلنت مستشارية الخزينة التركية مؤخراً أنَّ ("إجمالي الديون الخارجية على تركيا للربع الأول من السنة اعتباراً من تاريخ 2018/3/31 هو 466,1 مليار دولار"... وكالة الأناضول 2018/6/29) وهنا تجب الإشارة إلى أنَّ جزءاً مهماً من هذه الديون يعود إلى مشاريع حكومية في الأصل، لكنَّ القطاع الخاص تولى تنفيذها وتمويلها... لأنَّ حكومة الرئيس أردوغان خلال السنوات العشر الأخيرة، حاولت التخفيف من ديون الحكومة من خلال طرح هذه المشاريع على القطاع الخاص، الذي يستدين من الخارج لتنفيذها... لذا فإنَّ القطاع الخاص يتحمل اليوم جزءاً من هذه الديون، وهي حيلة سياسية كي تتمكن الحكومة دائماً من التباهي بقلة ديونها الخارجية!

   

ب- العجز التجاري بين الصادرات والواردات زاد إلى 37,5% مقارنة بالعام الذي سبقه ليصل إلى 77,06 مليار دولار خلال عام 2017 كما أظهرت بيانات وزارة الجمارك والتجارة التركية يوم 2018/1/2. وهذه تُدفع بالعملات الصعبة. فكانت قيمة الصادرات التركية 157,1 مليار دولار بينما كانت الواردات 234 ملياراً + 156 مليون دولار أمريكي لعام 2017 (التلفزيون والراديو التركي 2018/1/2). بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإنَّ نسبة التضخم المالي الذي أعلن عنها في تركيا بأرقام رسمية من "مكتب الإحصاء التركي الرسمي يوم 2018/8/3 حول نسبة التضخم في البلاد، إذ بلغت 15,85%" (وكالة الأناضول 2018/8/3) وهي ترتفع للمرة الأولى بهذا القدر منذ عام 2003 عند وصول حزب أردوغان الحكم، علماً أنَّ هدف البنك المركزي جعل نسبة التضخم 5% ليبلغ مقاييس أوروبا... ولكنه فشل إذْ لم يستطع أنْ يجد هذه النسبة ووقف عند نسبة 8% ولكن سرعان ما ارتفعت إلى 10% العام الماضي ولتصل اليوم إلى هذا الرقم أي نحو 16%.

    

ج- تخفيض وكالات التصنيف للدرجة الاقتصادية لتركيا حيث شكلت ضغطاً على الليرة التركية وإضعاف الثقة بها وبالاقتصاد التركي... فقد حذرت وكالة التصنيف "موديز" يوم 2018/4/14 من ضعف العملة التركية ومن تضخم المديونية التركية، فقالت: "إن الضعف المزمن في العملة التركية له أثر سلبي لتصنيف ديونها السيادية وإشكالي للاقتصاد" وأشارت إلى "تدني احتياطات النقد الأجنبي لدى تركيا" (رويترز 2018/4/14)، وقد "خفَّضت هذه الوكالة تصنيفها لتركيا من (بي إيه1) إلى (بي إيه2) يوم 2018/3/13". فغضب أردوغان قائلا: "إن وكالات التصنيف الائتماني منشغلة بالسعي إلى دفع تركيا نحو الدخول في مأزق وأن الأسواق المالية يجب ألا تحمل ذلك محمل الجد" (ترك برس 2018/3/13) ولحقت بها وكالة "ستاندرد آند بورز" للتصنيف الائتماني إذ خفَّضت يوم 2018/5/2 تصنيف تركيا في خطوة غير متوقعة... فأعلنت هذه الوكالة قرارها بخفض تصنيف تركيا من (بي/ بي بي) إلى (بي/ بي بي-). وقالت هذه الوكالة: ("إنَّ خفض التصنيف يرجع إلى مخاوفنا بخصوص تدهور آفاق التضخم والانخفاض الطويل الأمد في سعر صرف العملة التركية وتقلبه"... رويترز 2018/5/2). ولحقت بهما وكالة "فيتش" للتصنيف الائتماني... فقالت في بيانها: ("إن التصنيف الائتماني لتركيا انخفض من "بي بي +" إلى "بي بي" بسبب زيادة التضخم والعجز في الحساب الجاري والغموض في السياسة الاقتصادية التركية"... ترك برس 2018/7/14) ومعروف أنَّ هذه الوكالات للتصنيف الائتماني تلعب دوراً في التأثير على الوضع الاقتصادي حيث تُخفي مشاكل اقتصادية لبلد ما ولا تُسلِّط الضوء عليها كما فعلت مع تركيا لسنوات طويلة، أو ترفع اللثام عنها وتضخمها كما تفعل مع تركيا الآن لتخدم أغراضا سياسية، فتجعل الدائنين يتوجسون خيفة من إقراض تركيا... ومن ثم مطالبتهم بالديون... ما يزيد الطلب على جمع العملات الصَّعبة من السوق لسداد الديون فتنخفض الليرة.

    

ثانياً: وهنا لا بد من التساؤل: ما دامت أزمة الليرة كانت منذ زمن... وإذن لماذا الضغط عليها في هذه الفترة بأزمة القس ورفع الرسوم؟ ومن ثم إبراز هبوط الليرة بهذا الشكل المتسارع وكأنه توتُّر بين تركيا وأمريكا لضرب الليرة؟ وهو أمرٌ خطر كإعلان الحرب، يوجب على الأقل قطع العلاقات أو الانسحاب من الناتو...إلخ، لكن شيئاً من هذا لم يحصل! فما حقيقة الأمر إذن؟ وحتى تتضِّح الحقيقة نذكر الأمور التالية:

   

1- إنَّ إدارة ترامب تبنَّت خطاب الدولار القوي دائمًا أمام النقد العالمي المؤثر وخاصة اليورو، فاستغلت انخفاض الفائدة في منطقة اليورو ورفعت الفائدة عندها لتدفع رؤوس الأموال للهجرة من أوروبا إلى أمريكا للحصول على فائدة مرتفعة... وكانت أمريكا تتوقع أنَّ انتقال الأموال سيُخفِّض اليورو أمام الدولار، ولكن النتيجة لم تكن كما أرادوا، بل استمرَّ ارتفاع اليورو بالنسبة للدولار، وذلك أنَّ البنك المركزي الأوروبي بدأ خططاً فعالة لتشديد سياسته النقدية وتخفيض أو وقف شراء السندات فيما يسمى بالتيسير النقدي ما أدى إلى انتقال رؤوس الأموال من الولايات المتحدة إلى أوروبا وآسيا سعياً وراء عائدات أفضل على الاستثمارات... ولما فشل ترامب في هذه عمد إلى تقليل الواردات وزيادة الصادرات لتعديل الميزان التجاري في صالحه فيُقوى الدولار، فبدأ بفرض رسوم على بعض السلع الواردة (ولذلك أعلن وزير التجارة الأمريكي ويلبور روس الخميس 31 أيار/مايو 2018 أنَّ بلاده ستفرض يوم غد الجمعة رسوماً جمركية عالية على الفولاذ والألمنيوم المستورديْن من الاتحاد الأوروبي والصين والمكسيك وكندا... 2018/5/31 www.dw.com)

   

2- ولكن كل هذه السياسات لم تحقق لترامب تقوية الدولار أمام اليورو... ويبدو أنَّه وجد ضالته في إبراز هبوط الليرة التركية بمزيد من الضغط عليها، ومن ثم يضرب السوق المالي في أوروبا بإثارة الفزع فيه بسبب كثافة العلاقات المالية بين أوروبا وتركيا، حيث أكثرية الاستثمارات في تركيا أوروبية، وقد ازدادت عام 2017 بنسبة 42% وحجم التبادل التجاري التركي الأكبر هو مع أوروبا إذ بلغ 160 مليار دولار عام 2017 ويميل لصالح الأخيرة وبدأ الطرفان بتحديث اتفاقية الاتحاد الجمركي الموقَّعة عام 1995 ليكون الهدف رفع التبادل التجاري إلى 200 مليار دولار خلال عام ونصف وليصل إلى 500 مليار خلال خمسة أعوام كما أعلن وزير الاقتصاد التركي نهاد زيبكجي (الشرق الأوسط 2017/9/29). بينما يبلغ حجم التبادل التجاري بين تركيا وأمريكا 18,7 مليار دولار بزيادة الصادرات الأمريكية إلى تركيا بنسبة 7,2 خلال 11 شهراً على عهد ترامب (وكالة الأناضول 2018/1/21)، وعليه فأي هزة في الاقتصاد التركي ومن ثم الليرة التركية سيثير الفزع بقوة في اقتصاد أوروبا... وهذا الفزع المالي كما يتوقع ترامب سيُشكل ضربة شبه قاضية لليورو...

   

3- لقد تأثر السوق الأوروبي فعلاً بانخفاض الليرة التركية:

   

أ- إنَّ البنك المركزي الأوروبي يشعر بقلق متزايد بشأن انكشاف بنوك منطقة اليورو على تركيا خصوصا بنك (أن بي باريبا) الفرنسي وبنك (بي بي في أيه) الإسباني وبنك (أوني كريديت) الإيطالي. ولدى هذه البنوك الثلاثة العمليات الكبرى في تركيا، وانخفضت أسهم البنوك الثلاثة بنحو 3%. فأصبحت أوروبا تتأثَّر بما يجري في تركيا بسبب استثماراتها هناك والديون التي لها على تركيا وحجم التبادل التجاري بين الطرفين.

  

ب- (بحسب أحدث أرقام بنك التسويات الدولية فإنَّ ديون المصارف الأوروبية المستحقة على تركيا تصل إلى 224 مليار دولار (نحو 200 مليار يورو)، أكثرها للبنوك الإسبانية. وتخشى تلك البنوك من انكشافها على أزمة في تركيا، وبدأت أسهم بعض تلك البنوك الأوروبية في الانخفاض مع انهيار الليرة بنِسَب تتراوح ما بين 10 و20 في المئة بسبب ديونها في تركيا) سكاي نيوز 2018/5/31.

   

ج- هناك جانب آخر مقلق للديون التركية، وهو عدم القدرة على خدمة الديون... فالمستثمرون الأتراك يدينون للبنوك الإسبانية بمبلغ 82.3 مليار دولار، وللبنوك الفرنسية بمبلغ 38.4 مليار دولار، بينما تبلغ قيمة القروض الإيطالية 17 مليار دولار في مزيج من العملات المحلية والأجنبية. من هنا تنطلق الإنذارات في أوروبا، فالبنك الإسباني BBVA والإيطالي UniCredit وشركة BNP Paribas الفرنسية قد خسرت قيمة أسهمها: https://www.ft.com/content/51311230-9be7-11e8-9702-5946bae86e6d

   

كما أنّ الانخفاض في قيمة الليرة يثير أيضًا احتمال تخلف تركيا عن سداد قروضها، مما يؤدي إلى تأثر أوروبا على نطاق واسع...

  

د- وكانت تقارير قد أشارت إلى أنَّ شركات تركية كبيرة مَدينة بأكثر من 220 مليار دولار، تقدمت بطلبات للحكومة للحماية من الدائنين بعد هبوط الليرة. ومن بين هذه الشركات، مجموعة "دوغوش" التي يديرها الملياردير فريد شاهينك، والذي طالب البنوك بإعادة هيكلة ديون بالعملة الأجنبية بمليارات الدولارات، وذكرت بعض التقديرات، أنَّ المبلغ الإجمالي للديون التي يطلب إعادة هيكلتها نحو 20 مليار دولار...

  

ه- أعلن اتِّحاد غرف الصناعة والتجارة في ألمانيا أنَّ نحو 6 آلاف و500 شركة ألمانية داخل تركيا تأثرت جراء حالة الضبابية التي تخيم على الاقتصاد التركي، مشيرًا إلى أنَّ الشركات الألمانية بدأت تصرف النظر عن ضخ استثمارات جديدة في السوق التركي. "13/8/2018 www.lebanon24.com"

   

ثالثاً: وهكذا فإنَّ تركيز الضوء على أزمة الليرة بهذا الانخفاض المتسارع نتيجة إجراءات أمريكا كانت لإيجاد هزة شديدة في الاقتصاد الأوروبي ومن ثم ضرب اليورو وانخفاضه أمام الدولار... ومع أنَّ الإجراءات الأمريكية بالضغط على الليرة ستؤثر في عيش الناس في تركيا فإنَّ ترامب لا يلقي لهذا الأمر بالاً... وإنْ كان المرء يتفهَّم عنجهية ترامب لضرب أي عملة تُنافس الدولار وفق عقلية رعاة البقر التي تمتزج بدمه، لكن المستهجن هو أن لا يدرك أردوغان ذلك فيُفاجأ بما صنع ترامب ويستغرب كيف يصنع ترامب ذلك مع حليفه من أجل قسيس؟! فيقول أمام تجمع في مدينة أونيه المطلة على البحر الأسود ("من الخطأ التجرُّؤ ومحاولة إخضاع تركيا عبر إطلاق التهديدات من أجل قس" وأضاف "أخاطب أولئك في أمريكا مجدداً: عار عليكم. تستبدلون شريككم الاستراتيجي في الحلف الأطلسي بقس" المصدر: موقع الأنباء يوم الأحد الموافق 2018/8/12) ثم إنَّه يقول مخاطباً ترامب بتوسُّل وحزن بأنَّ تركيا قدَّمت خدمات كثيرة لأمريكا وقاتلت في سبيلها! وذلك في مقال تحت عنوان "كيف ترى الأزمة مع الولايات المتحدة" نُشر في صحيفة نيويورك تايمز الأمريكية يوم 2018/8/11 يقول أردوغان: (... وإنَّ تركيا وأمريكا شريكان استراتيجيان وحليفان في الناتو منذ 60 عاما وأنهما جابها الصعوبات المشتركة في فترة الحرب الباردة وما بعدها... لقد هرعت تركيا لمساعدة الولايات المتحدة في كل وقت على مدى أعوام... وقواتنا قاتلت معهم في كوريا... وفي أحلك أوقات أزمة الصواريخ مع كوبا، ساهمنا من أجل تهدئة الأزمة من خلال السماح للولايات المتحدة بنشر صواريخ جوبيتر على أراضينا. وإنَّ تركيا أرسلت قواتها إلى أفغانستان من أجل إنجاح مهمة حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) عندما كانت تنتظر أمريكا أصدقاءها وحلفاءها من أجل الرد على من نفذوا هجمات 11 أيلول/سبتمبر الإرهابية") وهكذا يُظهر أردوغان موالاته لأمريكا عدوة الإسلام والمسلمين، فتكافئه بعدم التقدير!

   

رابعاً: أما مصير هذه الأزمة بين أمريكا وتركيا ومشكلة الليرة التركية، فالذي نتوقعه هو كما يلي:

   

1- حيث إنَّ الغرض من الضغط الأمريكي على الليرة التركية الذي أدَّى إلى تسارع انخفاض الليرة... هذا الغرض هو إيجاد الفزع في أوروبا لخلخلة الاقتصاد الأوروبي ومن ثم انخفاض اليورو، وذلك لكثافة العلاقات المالية والاقتصادية بين أوروبا وتركيا، وحيث إنَّ هذا قد أدى فعلاً إلى انخفاض قيمة اليورو أمام الدولار: (... وتضرَّر اليورو كثيراً يوم الجمعة بعدما نقلت صحيفة فايننشال تايمز عن مصدريْن القول إنَّ البنك المركزي الأوروبي قلق بشأن بنوك إسبانيا وإيطاليا وفرنسا وانكشافها على تركيا. واليوم لامس اليورو 1.13655 دولار وهو أقلّ مستوى أمام العملة الأمريكية منذُ تموز/يوليو 2017 أي منذُ أكثر من سنة... المصدر: رويترز - يوم الاثنين الموافق 2018/8/13) ولذلك فإنَّ ترامب إذا تحقَّق له ضرب اليورو بشكل يرضي عنجهيته فقد يُعيد دعم الليرة بقلب موازين مؤسسات التصنيف كما فعل عند مجيء أردوغان 2003 عندما كانت الليرة منخفضة والاقتصاد مُضطَّرباً في زمن أجاويد ومن ثمّ أوجد فقاعة ارتفاع الاقتصاد بالقروض المتوالية بتأثير من أمريكا وأعوانها ورفع تصنيف تركيا... ومن ثم كان الترويج للاقتصاد المتنامي في تركيا مع أنَّه قائم على القروض والديون الربوية!

   

2- أما عن تأثير الرسوم فهي غير ذات أثر كبير، فصادرات الصلب التركية إلى أمريكا تزيد قليلاً عن المليار دولار (اليوم السابع 2018/8/2)، وهي غير مؤثِّرة في دولة بلغت صادراتها سنة 2017 أكثر من 157 مليار دولار (بوابة الشرق 2018/1/2)، وكأنَّ المقصود كان إيجاد أجواء خلخلة في الاقتصاد التركي ومن ثم أجواء سوداء على الليرة التركية يكون لها صدى بل رنين في الاقتصاد الأوروبي ومن ثم اليورو وذلك لكثافة المعاملات الاقتصادية والمالية بين تركيا وبين أوروبا وهكذا كان...

   

3- أما القسيس فقد مضى على اعتقاله نحو سنتين وكانت الأمور هادئة بين تركيا وأمريكا، والآن أبرزه ترامب لغرض انتخابي، وأيضاً لإيجاد جو من التوتُّر بين تركيا وأمريكا يساعد بالتأثير في الأسواق المالية، فهو عنصر مساعد في هذه الضجة وليس أصيلاً، ولذلك فعندما يكتفي بما حدث لليورو، والمتوقع أن لا يطول... فسيتم تسليم ذلك القسيس إلى أمريكا مع حفظ ماء الوجه لأردوغان أو حتى دون حفظ!.

   

4- أما معاناة الشعب التركي نتيجة انهيار الليرة ومن ثم ارتفاع الأسعار وصعوبة العيش... فهذا لا يعني ترامب ولا يعني السائرين في فلك ترامب ولا العملاء... ولعلّ هؤلاء الأتباع والأشياع يرعوون أو يعقلون بأن لا وزن لهم ولا قيمة عند الأسياد إذا اقتضت مصالح هؤلاء الأسياد أن يفعلوا بهم ما يشاؤون حتى لو كان في ذلك إهانة أولئك الأتباع أو تسويد وجوههم... فمن يهن يسهل الهوان عليه...

   

والخلاصة هي:

   

- أنَّ الأزمة التي صنعها ترامب من رسوم جمارك وموضوع القسيس وتخفيض وكالات التصنيف لتركيا وكشف الديون على تركيا...إلخ ومن ثم ما حدث لليرة من انخفاض لافت للنظر... هذه الأزمة مقصود منها إيجاد الفزع في أوروبا لخلخلة الاقتصاد الأوروبي ومن ثم انخفاض اليورو، وذلك لكثافة العلاقات المالية والاقتصادية بين أوروبا وتركيا، وقد أدى هذا فعلا إلى انخفاض قيمة اليورو أمام الدولار...

   

- وحيث إنَّ أردوغان يدور في فلك أمريكا فليس من المتوقع أن تطول الأزمة، بل إذا اكتفى ترامب بالانخفاض الذي حدث في اليورو حتى وإن لم يكن ضربة قاضية كما كان يأمل، وكأنَّ هذا ليس بعيداً... فعندها كما بدأ ترامب الأزمة فهو سينهيها بشيء من حفظ ماء الوجه لأردوغان أو دون شيء... ومن ثم يُطلَق سراح القسيس وتُلغى الرسوم أو تُخفَّف، وتعود وكالات التصنيف فتُعدِّل درجة تركيا بعد تأجيل الدَّيْن بقروض جديدة، ومن ثم يتحسن سعر الليرة حتى وإن لم يعد كما كان قبل الأزمة، ويعود ترامب وأردوغان يتداولان الحديث الودي كأنَّ شيئاً لم يكن!! وهكذا دواليك... فإذا اقتضت مصالح أسيادهم إهانتهم فعلوا، بل إذا اقتضت إزالتهم كان، وقد حدث مثل ذلك في أشياعهم من قبل، أفلا يذَّكرون؟ ﴿إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَذِكْرَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ قَلْبٌ أَوْ أَلْقَى السَّمْعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ﴾.

All of that happened after Trump's forces struck Iranian nuclear facilities on 6/22/2025, and after the Jewish entity launched a broad surprise aggression against Iran since 6/13/2025... So, the question here is why did the Jewish entity carry out this surprise aggression, which it only does by order of America? Then, isn't Iran moving in America's orbit, so how did America participate in striking Iranian nuclear facilities? Thank you.

1- Yes, the Iranian nuclear program is considered a dire threat to the Jewish entity, so it wants to get rid of it by all means, and for that, it cheered for President Trump's withdrawal in 2018 from the 2015 agreement, and the Jewish entity's position was clear that it only accepts the Libyan model and Iran's dismantling of its nuclear program, meaning Iran abandoning its nuclear program completely... And it intensified its spies inside Iran for that... The Jewish entity's attack on its first day revealed an army of agents inside Iran monitoring and cooperating with the Jewish entity's intelligence agency "Mossad" for a few dirhams, so they import drone parts and assemble them in small workshops inside Iran and launch them at targets that include the homes of the Iranian regime's leaders in a scenario similar to what happened to Iran's party in Lebanon when the Jewish entity liquidated its leaders!

2- America's position was the main supporter of the Jewish entity, but rather it is the one moving them against the Iranian nuclear project, but Trump put on the table to achieve that: the negotiation solution and the military solution... ABC American 6/13/2025). Trump said ("The Iranians" want to negotiate, but they should have done that before, I had 60 days, and they had 60 days, and on the 61st day I said we have no agreement"... CNN American, 6/16/2025). These statements are clear that America is the one that allowed the Jewish entity to launch this aggression, but rather instructed it to do so... Trump wrote on the "Truth Social" platform: ("Iran should have signed the "agreement on its nuclear program" that I asked them to sign..." And he added: "In short, Iran cannot have nuclear weapons. BBC, 6/22/2025) and then (CNN revealed on Monday evening that Iran attacked the American Al Udeid base in Qatar with short- and medium-range ballistic missiles, pointing out that the American military aircraft stationed at the air base were transferred at the end of last week... Reuters also said: "Iran informed the United States hours before launching attacks on Qatar and also informed Doha." Sky News Arabia, 6/23/2025) Trump said on Monday ("I would like to thank Iran for informing us in advance, which allowed no casualties." Sky News, 6/24/2025).

9- Then, after these attacks by America and the Jewish entity and the Iranian responses, where the material losses were great in addition to the human losses: (A spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Health said that the Israeli strikes have resulted in the martyrdom of 610 people and the injury of 4746 others since the beginning of the conflict... According to the Israeli Ministry of Health... The death toll since June 13 has risen to 28 people... BBC News, 6/25/2025), after these attacks, Trump, as he started it by pushing the Jewish entity to attack Iran and he participated in it, is now returning to announce a ceasefire, so the Jews and Iran agree, as if Trump is the one who is managing the war between the two parties and he is also the one who is stopping it! 10- As for Iran's orbiting of America, yes, Iran is a state that orbits America, so it seeks to achieve its interests by achieving America's interests. And with that, it helped America in its occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq and concentrating its occupation in it... Likewise, it intervened in Syria to protect America's agent, Bashar al-Assad, and the like in Yemen and Lebanon. And with that, it wants to achieve its interests in these countries and be a major regional power in the region, even if it means orbiting America! But it escaped them that if America sees that its interest in the satellite state has ended and wants to reduce its role and strength, then it puts diplomatic pressure on it, and if necessary militarily, as is happening with Iran in the recent attacks, in order to adjust the rhythm for the state that is orbiting... Accordingly, through this attack that was by its order and carried out by the Jewish entity and with its support, it is liquidating the military leadership, especially the nuclear section and the advisors who have tried in the recent period to have an opinion in dealing with the Jewish entity against America's wishes, and it does not care about these countries because it realizes that these countries will ultimately accept the solution that America makes!

As for the other rulers in the Muslim countries, especially those around the Jewish entity, the enemy's planes cross over their heads and bomb the Muslim countries and return reassured without firing a shot at them!! They are willingly at America's disposal... They interpret inaction and sanctify borders, and have forgotten or pretended to forget that the Muslim countries are one, whether they are at the farthest end of the earth or the nearest!
